Hey first off hi 2 every1 in the world of NPenis Enlargement, i am not that new to this as i am half way into my 2 month.Some of you may remember me for PP were my username was xxxx well im the same dude. Anyways id like to say hi 2 DLD as you might know who i am and just sayin this is a great forum.
Anyhow this is my new rountine which i started 2 weeks ago....


I split my routine into girth and length days.

As i want length more i work on it on MON,WENS,FRI

Girth on TUES,THURS and i take SAT and SUN off.

Length days
Mornings
TOW- 10mins
Legover-10mins
Squat-10mins

Evenings
TOW-10mins
Legover-10mins
Squat- 10mins
Sit up streches 25/50
Each routine is warmed up and down with a hot wrap, pc flexes i have been forgetting to do latly but i will pick them up again and do around 500/600 per day.

Girth Days
Mornings
Dry Jelqs-200
Wer Jelqs-200
Super Jelqs-50 (there called sumthing else but i cannot remeber, there were u trap the blood in your penis with one hand and the jelq with the other)
Tao Head exercise 2/3mins
Evenings
The same as above +
Helicopter-2/3mins
Each routine is warmed up and down with a hot wrap and around 500/600 px flexes.

I know my length routine is pritty simple but i think this helps make the exercise's you do more tense.Ur views on this are welcome.
ps i thank After the shock for helping me with my routine and being my monitor.
Also i have gained .15 EL so far on this routine but havnt easured my EG

thanxs C7 and PapperCut,i forgot to give you credit for the idea PaperCut it was your idea and if u handnt have done it then i would neva have thought of trying it so thanxs again.It seems to be going well but i need to get .30/.35 in around 2-3weeks to reach this months goal, not impossible at all so the best i can do is try and if i fail who cares i still gained and theres always next month
 
I have taken alot of time off this month to recover from numerous injury's, this means my gains are not so good. I am up to 5.9EL and I'm quite excited but also worried that by the end of the next month i could be over 6inches. The excitement is due to the fact i will no longer be Penis Enlargementing for a average penis but for i BIG one (if you get me). Along with the excitement comes worry, this is due to the fact I'm scared that its gonna be harder to jump from 5 to 6". DLD's post of how he had his problem jumping into double figures inspired me and I'm now ready to go. To help me make this jump I'm going to increase the time i do NPenis Enlargement and i have purchased some (my popular demand) golf gloves so i can really get some pull on my stretches. This is all set to happen next month as i want to keep the rest of this month just doing my normal routine and getting my penis ready for next month. I know that in stats its only .1 before I'm there but in my mind it feels like alot more, if i just gain .1 in the hole month il be a happy man. Wish me luck!! because in 1 month and i half il be a new man:D

Ain't posted in a while.. so here i am. My new routine has started which i will post tomorrow along with this months gains. Aug is the start of a very full month and i will post alot more to let people know how I'm going.

Well woke you this morning completely unmotivated and tired and i though to myself "i can't be bothered NPenis Enlargement I'm going to sleep":rolleyes: . But then i thought the more i miss out NPenis Enlargement the more time it takes to reach my goal of 7x6. So i hoped out of bed and heres how my mini routine went (i only did girth and il do length in abit).



1. Hot Bath- Warm Up

5.5x1Min's isolated compression squeezes

That took me an hour which is how much i generally spend in a day on NPenis Enlargement and Ive still got to do length exercises yet. I'm just saying this because by the end of August WHEN I AM over 6" i don't want people to think its down to luck or because I'm a fast gainer. In my last two months Ive gained .4 EL which is half what some off you get in 1 month. So WHEN I'M 6" its down to the hard work and effort in putting in.

So far id say Ive had 3 out of 5 good Penis Enlargement days this week. The last two have been pretty weak this is mainly to do with a party i had one night and then me recovering the next day. Although i still Penis Enlargement'ed on those days they weren't very good and i only put in around 30/40Min's workout. I'm very inspired by SWM as i know he strongly follows the lines "the more you work at it the better you get" in other words the more i Penis Enlargement the better gains i get. So i think I'm going to go and have a LONG jelq session too make up for what i have missed (this is ment to be a rest day) . Il post back in an hour or so and see if I'm happy with it.

p.s I'm starting to gather the resources to build a hanger :cool: so i can go for maximum goals and Penis Enlargement for around 2/3 hrs a day with out my hand falling off lol.

Anyway your routine seems good.
You have it sussed and know what to do etc.

Its just a case of overcoming the lazyness......I know alllllll about this :rolleyes:

But you have the mental side measured as well.
I Would suggest one thing however......maybe add the Horse Squeezes into 'ya plan....they are very good indeed.

But you might as well not, if ya doing over 1000 wet jelqs aday? than if you do the Horse S' than it'll overtrain the wizard....anyways good luck.

As a few of you may know i have a problem with laziness but i also no i wont gain unless i put the effort in so they generally level each other out. But today i was at the supermarket and i saw some of these energy drinks ( redbull,V etc ). So i though to myself and came to the conclusion that these might get me more lively and motivated. So Ive brought a bottle of the stuff and I'm drinking it as i speak. So in about 15Min's or so il see how i feel and see if it makes my routine any better. I'm pretty sure the ingredients in these arnt to dangerous towards Penis Enlargement but I'm no expert so maybe someone can tell me. But it does contain vitamins B6 and B12, isn't B12 a good vitamin for Penis Enlargement?

Anyways the routine i did yesterday was alright and my dick was nice and sore at the base:D but il try and get a better workout today. Ive also stopped doing my original routine, i like it better when i just do random exercises, makes workouts that little more exciting. Il post back and tell you how i went in a few hours. cya.

Well Ive just finished my routine, it wasn't much more than the one i did yesterday but i think it was enough for my dick. Those 1000 wet jelqs really make the routine something. The energy drink i drank helped alot i wanted to Penis Enlargement for ages but i didn't want to hurt the little dude so i stopped. I have to say though i did masturbate after the session but i didn't mess around just plain did it and got it out the way. Heres how my routine went....

Yea Ive found doing loads of jelqs after some intense but short bursts of stretching is really good for me.

Well I'm back off my holiday, did not manage much Penis Enlargement :( . I will do another 2 weeks of this routine as that is what i missed during my holiday and see what i think.

Today was a hard day. I have decided to kill to birds with one stone and mix my weight lifting with my NPenis Enlargement. In the past i did weight lifting on and off because i didn't have much time along with doing NPenis Enlargement. Then i realized that i was thinking bullshit just to get me out of more work and i can always make time. So i have made myself a routine to kill to birds with one stone and mix my sessions together. I must say that i am not a strong person so i don't lift much but I'm working on that. I was also told that its not how much you lift but being repetitive. Any ways heres my routine.......

I started back at college a couple of days ago so my times taken up with work etc. This means my rotine is messing up so i have decided to just do something i was thinking of anyway. I aways wanted to know wether 100% erect jelqs would help me, so im just doing 500 100% erect wet jelqs and a set of JAI streches everyday. This will soon be increased to 1000 jelqs but im not used to doing them 100% erect so il take my time.
Im not expecting big gains this month, hopefully .1EL but i will see how it goes.

Im in a slump at the mo, aint done a proper workout in a while, i also found out my girth is still only 5":( but il get back into it soon.
 
Decided that it i buy a BIB hanger then i can just hang while watching tv etc so it should get me out of this slump. Its going to cost me around £70 and it should be worth it.
 
Just make a AFB Hanger like I did....ya dont need any parts really...its so simple todo and I luved it ma self.....the site which has it and many other devices to make is

Well i tried it on to check it works etc and its fine, so tomorrow i start hanging. Think i will just do 3 x 10min at 5lbs for say a week or so then go up2 3 x 20min sessions. I carnt wait im so happy.
 
Last night just re-adjusting my hanger so i only did
1 x 10min session, decided to buy a bike innertube so i can get some more grip. My aim is by Monday to be hanging for at least 30mins aday.
 
Also going to do some Girth Busters whenever i have time.

Im not sure how or what Fulcrum hanging is, please can you explain it to me then i will give it a try. After i finish hanging my penis looks abit sore ( red along most my shaft), hangs about half an inch lower than normal. If this is not what you mein then can explain in more detail please? Sorry bout all this red but i only know the basics of hanging.

Havnt done any NPenis Enlargement or hanging for 2 days:( some of the reason was because my skin was gettin really dry and pealing off but there was no need to take two days off. To stop this happening again i will use some moisteriser with added vitamin E along with a thicker wrap.


P.S i am hanging again as we speak and will post my routine later.
