Hey first off hi 2 every1 in the world of NPenis Enlargement, i am not that new to this as i am half way into my 2 month.Some of you may remember me for PP were my username was xxxx well im the same dude. Anyways id like to say hi 2 DLD as you might know who i am and just sayin this is a great forum.
Anyhow this is my new rountine which i started 2 weeks ago....
I split my routine into girth and length days.
As i want length more i work on it on MON,WENS,FRI
Girth on TUES,THURS and i take SAT and SUN off.
Length days
Mornings
TOW- 10mins
Legover-10mins
Squat-10mins
Evenings
TOW-10mins
Legover-10mins
Squat- 10mins
Sit up streches 25/50
Each routine is warmed up and down with a hot wrap, pc flexes i have been forgetting to do latly but i will pick them up again and do around 500/600 per day.
Girth Days
Mornings
Dry Jelqs-200
Wer Jelqs-200
Super Jelqs-50 (there called sumthing else but i cannot remeber, there were u trap the blood in your penis with one hand and the jelq with the other)
Tao Head exercise 2/3mins
Evenings
The same as above +
Helicopter-2/3mins
Each routine is warmed up and down with a hot wrap and around 500/600 px flexes.
I know my length routine is pritty simple but i think this helps make the exercise's you do more tense.Ur views on this are welcome.
ps i thank After the shock for helping me with my routine and being my monitor.
Also i have gained .15 EL so far on this routine but havnt easured my EG
