Been pe'ing for over 3 years on and off, and now I feel that its a must to be consistent with a routine in order to get to my desire size(7.5x6 NBPEL).
I've gained a no more than .5 inches in NBPEL but not sure if that's because my penis was still growing at the time.
Current States
BPEL: 7.5inch
NBPEL: Average of 6.75 but on certain days can be a tad over 7 inches.
BPFSL: 8.07
MSEG: 5.4 or 5.5 on good days

** Rice sock for 5-10 mins to start every extending session
**Cock ring for at least an hour after clamping sessions and throughout the day when I have the time to adjust my self.

Been seeing a .5 cm in BPFSL, but still to early to call for sure.
Some extra info: As a full time college student, I try to squeeze in sessions when I can.
Extending is usually broken apart throughout the day . I extend at or above my BPFSL. I usually do my manual stretching in between extending or randomly for at least 5 mins each time for multiply times a day.
Pumping is only done at night where I can spend time to do it. After clamping my MSEG tops at 6 inches or above.
