So true! When I started PE and started to create my own exercises and routines the people at T's Place completely thought I was insane. I was advocating for how important erect work was and everyone said it was far too dangerous. I am so glad I brought Erect work into the PE world and today, those same people who called me crazy are using my erect exercises. Genius always comes with a bit of Madness:)

That is a huge temporary gain, this is rare when we hear about someone reaching an inch in a workout. This is a great thing for your girth and should bring gains rather quickly since you are getting so much expansion.

I have to disagree. Between erections at night and, if it's tight enough, the usual expansion, a ring overnight can be as effective as anything else for keeping expansion. I wake up with a decent amount of expansion retained, and if I have the best kind of dream I get the added benefit of new expansion being forced. The ring just has to be tight enough to give a boost and loose enough to allow regular blood flow. I use an adjustable and do the whole scrotum and I've seen plenty of reason to continue.
 
Yeah childish REM erections are really intense, adding a ring would make for a mini clamping. Only for the balsy though

You're right,but nothing compares to that 0.5"-1" expansion right after you finish your girth session.And not everybody has night woods.I never have them.Ever.
 
Everyone has night wood. The thing is you don't notice unless you have to get up to pee, or they carry over to morning woods
 
Pretty sure kegels would also promote night/morning wood. Generally speaking I think not using a ring at night is just a missed opportunity to retain expansion and possibly get a workout you don't even have to be conscious for. Sounds pretty good to me.
 
The thing is I already train pretty hard during the day, and I don't want to abuse my veins that I get thrombosis %O. I've never heard of someone who ringed at night, and didn't see the benefit though.

That's the thing you get away with it. I cant remember how many times I blacked out from drugs/alcohol, and only by the grace of god arose unscathed. Literally I cant remember nah jk my friends remind me. The overnight ring is tempting, but I'm just too cautious to ever even try it. If I'm doing something involving my cock I need to be awake!

Funny you would say that as I've also been gong hard with clamps, and in the onset of overtraining which causes me a little ed. What I'm gonna do is take clamps out for one or two days continuing [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], and regain my eq. It isn't the first time this happens to me so I'm not worried

I am glad to hear that you are not clamping any longer, I believe it to be far too risky. I think you should really stick with the basics for a week or two, just to reset your frame of mind and attack this from a different angle. If something is not working it's not working and you will need to change the practice being used. I say take it back to basics because this will help clear your mind and see a different way to approach.

As far as having ED, the exercises or tools being used will not cause this, over training will. If your EQ is low it means either you are fatigued or your pelvic floor muscles are weak and need to be strengthened. In 99% of the cases where impotence becomes an issue it is usually mental, physical impotence is extremely rare. For me, when I know it is a mental thing, I simply use Viagra and this solves the entire eq issue.

I felt the exact opposite. It was driving me nuts I couldn't get to 8. Girth is the easy part for me. And length work is way more unpleasant than girth so I think I'd trade trouble spots with you.

yea it seem that everyone has their pros and cons...girth to me is extremely time and labor consuming and ive been at it for 2 years on n off and i have gained nothing in girth....hahaha ok ill will trade you in a heart beat

Sometimes, for certain men, it becomes easier to do length or girth exclusively until gains are made. If you think that focus would be better to stick with one or the other I suggest doing so.

The length master will take you from your current 8.5 inches size to 9 inches. You should be focusing more on girth now.
