HEY brothers its been like a week since i posted anything so my clamp broke as i mentioned so i just gotten my new clamps in the mail the other day i also ordered another tool to the arsenal and it reallly is just for experimenting purposes because i had an idea when i came across it but i will let you guys know what it is when i receive it in the mail and try it out....
but my routine for tonight was as follows

10 min heat warmup
20 min basic and bundle stretches mixed
700 kegals
2 x 10min pump
2 x 10 min clamp

oh sorry i forgot to mention i gave a double clamp a try meaning one at the base and one below the head and it was really intense i could only do it for short period of time but has anyone tried this and have experience in this specific exercise i would like to hear opinion
 
I'm still too new for that, but why do say "could only do it a short time"?

Be careful! Clamping alone can cause issues, double-clamping will increase this risk.

That is a very long warm up. What I suggest is to break it up into two 6 minutes sets, one a warm up and the other a warm down.
 
Yep that's a long warm up but sometimes it's so relaxing..i like to spend like 20 min in the bath to warm up,it's super relaxing.but if you don't like to waste time , 5 min warm up is enough to get things going.

I don't like warmups because it replaces time i could use to do the work. That's why limiting it to 5 minutes is good.

That heat is gonna aid bundles to break the tunica. The stretching portion also counts as warm up for the girth

Warm down is important.Always warm up-down.
 
I have never warm down either how do you do it childish? If its by just applying heat then I do that t every now, and again not always. Mike says testicle health massage is great as warm down too

A heat pad is fine for warmups and warmdowns, if you're just using it in-between exercises or while doing exercises then even better

One of the best practices I did in my early days was use a heating pad at all times I was not training. This kept me in a malleable state all day so any time I hit the PE I was warmed up, loose, stretchable and malleable.

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

5 minutes of erect stretching. 5 reps of 1 minute each.
