Still going mad not stopped

My routine consists of currwntly

Compression hanging 2 x 20mins most days sometimes 3x a day, currently at 17lb weight

1 to 2hrs of manual stretches before and after hanging

10mins of clamping, just got into straying this and do it right before bed.

Odd days I through in some jelqs

Still stuck at 7.5 BPEL believe it or not grrr

I've been at 7.5 for too long now, went over to compression hanging with hope it could get me past it but so far nothing after 3.5mths

Got a better flaccid hang but that's it, started 5lb now 17.8lb.

Not sure what's needed to get past 7.5 at this point
 
Any Decon breaks lately? Wondering if a week or two off and then back at it may just do the trick.
Anyways...still ought to be very proud...damn!

The only thing you need is belief. If you believe you can do it it will happen. Do not doubt yourself and double up your effort. I pray that you gain that half-inch upon my advice. Because once you get to 8 it’s momentous!

Had a month of before new year with injury and started to now take at least 1 day a week off if not 2.So like to think I'm getting the breaks needed

I'm hanging in there mainly because I'm the one who is constantly telling others to do the same, just need to break it, seeing just 7.6 would help

Forget about 7.6 make your goal 8 and you’ll get through 7.6 with no problems. The best way to break a mental plateau is to increase your goal in mind and swapping that out for a bigger goal. I was reading about a bodybuilder who was stuck at 495 pounds on the bench press. He wanted 500 pounds so badly but he just could not get there. When he changed his goal to 505 pounds he was able to lift the 500 pounds. The mind is a serious thing and when used properly extremely effective.

I was really rolling with the manual stretching snd hanging...never measured but could tell progress was being made. Unfortunately, started experiencing ED problems so have been in hiatus. Not sure if it was due to the PE or not... could have just been a coincident perhaps. Started back to pumping about 2 months ago with some very light warm up stretches. Ugh... ED sucks.

Any advise/thoughts welcomed

I'll be honest and I've suffered similar, not sure if it's from me hanging heavy weights and fatigue, I've been using Ciallis recently which helps the EQ, not the answer I know but only thing helping currently, that or I'm just getting old now
 
Lol... here to. Probably 16 lbs in the last 9 months. I do think exercise and less weight does fair better in the election department.
Plus subliminally worrying about that...can’t even think about size improvements. ?
 
Really? It’d be interesting to have @DLD weigh in on this one. I’ve never envisioned losses during active PE. I could understand if you took a break. Wonder if this is more common than imagined.

also on EQ struggles we’ve described above.
 
Yea know what you mean, I've not been gym or playing football since Covid and I've put a lot of weight on so could be down to that

Such fucking bullshit! I detest our corrupt government! Now with Mr. potato head as president it’s just gonna get worse. I can’t believe the Americans fell for this.

Are you doing the testicle health massage and stretch? If you’re not please do because it will bring your flaccid penis very close to the size of your erect penis

Definitely get into it because you’ll see your flaccid size become very close to your erect size as the stretches the tissue between the scrotum and penis which allows the penis to hang lower and heavier because your scrotum is hanging lower. After about three months you should see incredible results. It’s pretty easy to do only takes about 5 to 10 minutes but so worth it

you are almost 2” above average in length and almost an inch of girth! You are already huge, every bit more us icing on the cake!
 
Ok guys heres my starting thread, tried PE a number of times in the past but never stuck with it, now is my time to really progress and start gaining, hopefully with your guys support I will get there

unfortunately not big starting off and I don't get to see a lot of small guys with big gains on here but hey ho we will try :)

My advice is belive...this works but its mental battle sometimes you might feel discoursged and rhat there is no progress but there is time ans consistency good luck!
 
Looking impressive with results that are a testament to your work ethic.

Much as you know is psychological with penis enlargement, especially just keeping motivated, so being able to overcome the invisible part is a game changer, for me it's probably 70 percent of the actual penis enlargement genre itself.

Mike I think we will both get together soon via a conference and come up with a package for the site that delves more deeper into helping the men on a mental level, like the law of attraction but its much more than that, with a spiritual religious element for those that want it, for those that dont it can be as it is, but will still be just as effective.

MOS will be more than just penis enlargement, but a site for men that have adult entertainment addiction, cant stop masturbating and mental health issues.

Definitely! I’ve already restructured the forum layout to be much more simple and easy to understand. But there is so much more we can do especially in the area of helping men with problems they’re having with sex especially pornography and masturbation. What I’d really love to do is a live once a week stream where you and I can go back-and-forth and talk about whatever subjects the brotherhood wants to hear. We could make it very simple and just do a podcast or we could go all out and do a zoom type deal. But we are definitely moving into a new evolution in the brotherhood and I think it’s smart that we take up everything that can help our brothers improve their lives.
 
Well 20.4lb hanging still with heat wrap and bundles done before and after each hang, getting in around 60mins a day of hanging and 1 to 2hrs of manual bundle stretches, something has to give soon!!

I would agree with you that’s some hard-core work! You will definitely be marking up your measurements!??
 
That sounds impossible. 0?!? I wonder if perhaps overtraining? You’ve been very dedicated and accomplished significant gains to date.
I’m sure as you advance... there has to be be finished returns but when...inches or percentage of growth. Anxious to here what @DLD and @redzulu have to say.
Hang in there... you’ve had significant accomplishments you should be very proud of!
 
Well after 7mths my adventures in compression hanging are over, got up to 25lb hanging but zero gains

I really think that if you consistently use heat you’re going to break this plateau. You just need your tissue to become more malleable and stretchable. Do not get discouraged just realize that you need to make some adjustments. I would like you to try something different using heat and see if it delivers more growth. If you go into the SRT thread and check out the two hanging routines I created. Both routines are progressive either starting with light weight and going up to heavy weight within the same routine. And there’s also a version that does the exact opposite. I think this is the smartest way to hang. If you do this combine with heat I am sure things will happen. I will not give up on you until you have made the growth you desire. Whatever it takes, we will do that. No one here leaves without growth!
