I'm 5.4 girth so yea about that size, I put heat on after a pump and do some manuals
 
Since I hadn’t decided on length or girth, I typically wear a leather strap for 30 min to maintain enforcement. Wait about a half hour then try to get 15 min of manuals then go to wrap for as long as time permits- sometimes half hour.... sometimes multiple hours.

I usually try to stretch with manuals for 15-30 min ahead of pumping too. Thought??

Yea no that's is good, I try to do a bit before hand too especially heat as this makes him more susceptible to length gains

I was looking at a similar tube. I have the Kaplan 2” which is a tapered tube. Probably down to the 1.75 range. Not sure if a new straight wall 1.75” tube would be worthwhile? Still trying to figure out the tapered vs straight wall tubes as well. ?

Yea going well, smasking 3 x 20mins a day and sometimes 5 or 6. So not missing the pain of comp hanging I had.

Still pushing up to around 8 to 8.2 in the cylinder which I'm hoping is a good sign.

Not measured recently but may be due soon.

Did you grab one?

Wow! I’d guess a very good sign if you are getting 8-8.2 in the tube. How much do you suspect length erect vs in the tube varies? Based on what I see, I’m hoping tube length is atleast no more than 0.5 eeect difference. Haven’t measured, just watch tube length change for progress.

Haha I wish it was big, still feel average, girth is nice after a pumo and little to no edema is a good thing with slim cylinder
 
Looking back at your stats, beginning was 2015 and update 2020. Were you active the entire time? Do you remember how your 1.5” of length gains occurred and what exercises were most producing of length gains for you?

Nah wasn't active all the time, story of my life lol, wasted so much time not being consistent, hard to say which gave me most gains, used to love just sitting and doing bundle stretches while sat on sofa for hours

thanks for the insights gentlemen. more bundles it will be! do you recommend bundles right from the start of the stretching session? also, i try about 15 min of stretching before pump routine, then wrapping for a couple hours afterwards. any suggestions, etc?

In my opinion anything you can bundle, bundle. In my opinion since it’s stretching the tunica it’s also stretching every other part of the penis so we should probably bundle every stretch we can. In my head and makes a lot of sense
 
Thanks @DLD I’ve implemented a different us in bundled stretches for a few days now. Decoy can tell a change in things… a little more soreness which I take is stretching things a litter more intensely as well as a bit of a routine switch up. Will report back.
Waiting for @49-er ton”officially” report out on his slim tube measurements. I believe preliminary reports were very optimistic. He is an inspiration to us starting in the 5”s guys….wow!

Well been off hanging over 4mths now, been just doing slim pumping and manuals, few days ago I've started to add 1 hang in just before I do my slim pimping as seems to fatigue him before I chuck him in the cylinder, just 1 x 20min hang which started at 13.5lb but is now 18lb as didn't feel much, will see how we get on. Also started doing a lot of manual btc stretches which do have a good feeling
 
thanks for the update! how is the slim pumping going? can you see any better length increases in pumped length or bpfsl? still considering the slim tube here as at the moment continuing with the full package tube and 2" tapered cylinder. still wondering if the tapered tube hampers length though. waiting to see how the slim tube has worked for you

Still pushing to between 7. 9 and 8.2 on my pumps, still not measured yet, kinda scared to as not moved in long time and don't want that in my head at minute.maybe I should measure to see if its had any benefits, the btc stretches I can feel big time, not really done many in past but doing at least 30mins every day and can feel the ligs sore from it
 
well if the typical statistics hold true... pumped length vs. erect length, i think you may be pleasantly surprised. Damn you've done well.

i always enjoyed the BTC stretches too.... definetly feel more lig stretch. been introducing the bundles more routinely as you've suggested... hoping for some significant gains in time, with these.

yeah i hear ya. never think you are gaining what you expect or desire (fail). been so so... trying to up the efforts and frequency. had routinely been pumping/stretching ever other day with some basic stretching during off days. think since now conditioned, i need to up the stretching as you and @DLD have suggested.

you know, i have never measured, but watch the pumped length pretty closely. controlled environment allows me to have more consistent, repetitive measurements. pumped length is up an inch... which i believe correlates to some erect gains as well. have noticed what appears to be new penis when i look down ( a very light colored cock shaft for about an inch just below the glans that stays more exposed 8-). am i thinking about this right?

girth is good, now able to pack the tube, although usually end up with some fluid retention below my head. girth seems to definetly be easier for me than length.

so on pump days like to stretch (basic with now adding bundles) for about 15 min with heat. then do 15 min full package, and (2) 15 min sessions of regular pumping; cock strap for 30 min. take about a 20 min break and do 5-10 min stretch prior to wrapping with ace. try to stay in ace for min. 4 hours during the day.

evening now trying to get atleast one additional 15 min stretch session and then wrapped. before off days were off days... now gonna try for atleast 2-3 15 in stretch sessions with wrapping routine. What's your thoughts?
 
Well managed on my 4th set tonight to pump to 8.4, following a 7.9 and 8.2 set.

Not sure it means ought but was happy lol
 
so if memory serves me, you are a few months into the narrow cylinder pumping with the 1.75" tube. looks like you've gotten an extra 0.75" of pumped length so far. think the narrow tube definetly accelerates length gains quicker and greater?
 
Well started using my comp hanger again just before pumps, so attach hanger but rather than weights I sit and pull on it in different directions and bundles etc, good as I can sit or lay and do it.

However when pumping now can't hit 8.4 and seems Im only hitting 8 most times, sometimes 8.2 if lucky
 
Not updated for a while, bits happened but no gains

Had a scare from clamping, ended up with blood in semen, no longer doing clamping!!

Had my first prostate blood test and exam, now that's an experience, thankfully both came back OK.

Got blood tests next week, had high ferratin level so having iron test, also having full testosterone check as feel it's low.

As for PE I've been doing length pumping and manual stretches still, but alas no gains yet, not sure what I need lol
 
Heat is the major component needed to earning PE-gains. Heat and Stretching (PE-exercises) go hand-in-hand to PE-gains Usually, stop applying heat in PE and you stop the PE-gains. Literally, turn up the heat in your PE-regime.

Used heat for past year with no gains whatsoever, think I'm at steel chord position so got a feeling only option is ultrasound

You started this thread 6-years ago and been doing PE over 10-years. You may be correct on the densiity of the septum preventing anymore PE-earnings through conventional PE-methods. The Ultrasound PE-Therapy may be the most viable option for you to excel your dick forward. It's a strict protocol and it works when properly followed.

Do you have the setup for US PE-Therapy?

Not yet been looking at purchasing machine that does 1 and 3mhz just not seen a good routine yet or too many folks saying it works

Thanks, seems all tests are OK although testosterone was 458 so not greatest.

Yea seems like limitation somewhere, something like 16mths without any gains.

Really think I need to go ultrasound route, will look to purchase soon I think

Urologist in 2 weeks see what happens, gonna change to 1 day girth, 3 days length see if it brings me any luck in length gains
