Since I do two sets back to back I do the first 5/6/7 at 5 minute periods. Second set 6/7/8 in 5 minute periods is what I just recently started.

Since I hadn’t decided on length or girth, I typically wear a leather strap for 30 min to maintain enforcement. Wait about a half hour then try to get 15 min of manuals then go to wrap for as long as time permits- sometimes half hour.... sometimes multiple hours.
I usually try to stretch with manuals for 15-30 min ahead of pumping too. Thought??
Yea no that's is good, I try to do a bit before hand too especially heat as this makes him more susceptible to length gains

I was looking at a similar tube. I have the Kaplan 2” which is a tapered tube. Probably down to the 1.75 range. Not sure if a new straight wall 1.75” tube would be worthwhile? Still trying to figure out the tapered vs straight wall tubes as well. ?
Wow! I’d guess a very good sign if you are getting 8-8.2 in the tube. How much do you suspect length erect vs in the tube varies? Based on what I see, I’m hoping tube length is atleast no more than 0.5 eeect difference. Haven’t measured, just watch tube length change for progress.

Looking back at your stats, beginning was 2015 and update 2020. Were you active the entire time? Do you remember how your 1.5” of length gains occurred and what exercises were most producing of length gains for you?

thanks for the insights gentlemen. more bundles it will be! do you recommend bundles right from the start of the stretching session? also, i try about 15 min of stretching before pump routine, then wrapping for a couple hours afterwards. any suggestions, etc?
Sounds good my Brother!Thanks @DLD I’ve implemented a different us in bundled stretches for a few days now. Decoy can tell a change in things… a little more soreness which I take is stretching things a litter more intensely as well as a bit of a routine switch up. Will report back.
Waiting for @49-er ton”officially” report out on his slim tube measurements. I believe preliminary reports were very optimistic. He is an inspiration to us starting in the 5”s guys….wow!
thanks for the update! how is the slim pumping going? can you see any better length increases in pumped length or bpfsl? still considering the slim tube here as at the moment continuing with the full package tube and 2" tapered cylinder. still wondering if the tapered tube hampers length though. waiting to see how the slim tube has worked for you
Yea just not feeling the gains personally, however bundle and btc stretches feel really good so I'd like to think something is growing LOL, how the gains been for you recently?
yeah i hear ya. never think you are gaining what you expect or desire (fail). been so so... trying to up the efforts and frequency. had routinely been pumping/stretching ever other day with some basic stretching during off days. think since now conditioned, i need to up the stretching as you and @DLD have suggested.
you know, i have never measured, but watch the pumped length pretty closely. controlled environment allows me to have more consistent, repetitive measurements. pumped length is up an inch... which i believe correlates to some erect gains as well. have noticed what appears to be new penis when i look down ( a very light colored cock shaft for about an inch just below the glans that stays more exposed . am i thinking about this right?
girth is good, now able to pack the tube, although usually end up with some fluid retention below my head. girth seems to definetly be easier for me than length.
I think it’s time to start considering a longer tube ?!!

Heat is the major component needed to earning PE-gains. Heat and Stretching (PE-exercises) go hand-in-hand to PE-gains Usually, stop applying heat in PE and you stop the PE-gains. Literally, turn up the heat in your PE-regime.
Heat will correct that issue...
You started this thread 6-years ago and been doing PE over 10-years. You may be correct on the densiity of the septum preventing anymore PE-earnings through conventional PE-methods. The Ultrasound PE-Therapy may be the most viable option for you to excel your dick forward. It's a strict protocol and it works when properly followed.
Do you have the setup for US PE-Therapy?
