have you done much full package stretching in the past? I'm of the belief at the moment that any substantial length gains I can make would be internal penis/resulting from stretched ligaments. I'm currently working on trying to express penis from the underside and it seems to be doing something. The pumping stretches I described with the BM in a post further up seens to do the same job. After the BM session I'll hit the total packages with varying angles and turgidity. You can move your hips (pushing your bottom out etc) to increase intensity.

It might be that there is something in increasing the capacity of the CC's to increase length as well as girth but I think quicker gains will come from expressing if you haven't tapped/completely exhausted that avenue. Carry on with the BM for girth and try the pumping method I suggested (you can pump, reposition, pump, reposition each minute or so to prevent FR and to keep the stretch going. it might be hard to envision though and isnt easy to explain so I may do a vid at some point for you. It may not work any better than anything you're doing at the moment - although I feel it's working for me - but it might engage you a bit more.). Keep your chin up fella, you'll work it out and we'll try to help you do it.

It sounds like we need to put a completely new routine together to get you growing. I’m sorry about the lack of gains but I’m also happy that you’re coming for help to change that. I like the idea of you bringing out your BM again. I also like that you’re open to new ideas. So let me know what your routine is or if you need help with making it. But I want most is for you to grow.
 
Also added in the exercise similar to the sock one, where you pull base of penis one way with sock but gland the other way with hand. Albeit not a sock im using a long rubber bead ring, seems like a good stretch tho
 
Hey stranger... glad to see you picking back up and implementing some new exercises to switch things up a bit. The new exercise with the sock (rubber ring) sounds promising. Seems like it would provide a significant stretch...anxious to hear your thoughts.

I’ve been mia from the site fir a while as well.. still exercising though. Need to introduce some change as well.
 
Done around 3 to 4 hrs of stretching today

Bundle stretches
Rotary
Been using the bead ring again to do stretches from base
And added today to my routine some Mandingo stretches

Bust out at least 300 Jelqs later followed by ring for 40 mins or so

Feeling bit better again

easy to over look your progress and success... coming from 5.75 to 7.4+/- and 10% or so in girth gain... wow! Even if it takes a bit now to progress toward 8”... keep perspective of where you stand... you have to be in The top 95% or so already.

DLD and A-spot are monsters! When my wife and I discussed their size... all I got was“holy shit”... of course with kind of a smile. ?.

Howdy, I think it's a result of both an increase in intensity and an improvement in quality of exercise. I was in the BM twice a day for the last couple of months except in the lead up to a measurement. I was also doing a lot more internal and full package expressive exercise. I think expressive and pumping is where most peoples easiest gains lie. I'm pretty sure that it is possible to stretch the penis itself (studies have shown that all day stretchers work to the tune of around 0.75 inch in 6 months at around 4 hours a day.) so once I've expressed all I can, I'll explore that avenue. The pump probably works expressively but it has the bonus of increasing girth, so it's staying in the routine for the forseeable.

I have a dual tube Kaplan pump that I will be resuming at some point once length gains are seen. Appreciate the insight...i haven’t done the full package stretching much..always seemed to be a bit painful, but maybe worthwhile trying again now that I’ve conditioned through the newbie routine. Gonna try to ramp up the intensity too...LM is probably a good investment.

think of any pointers along the way...happy to listen. ?

So far so good, feeling the stretch a bit more with the new stretches and going back to Jelqs, hopefully my dick is like wtf and I see some gains

Whenever you take an extended break with either length or girth you can expect a nice jump in growth when you restart
 
That’s the reason that people take deconditioning breaks because it kind of resets everything and they come back and are able to make gains quicker

Sure you don't need it my friend,when was your last measurement?

Routine so far is good, liking the new stretches and just gone and purchased a compression hanger so await its arrival in next week or two, tempted to measure but not sure maybe bit premature
 
Lol... I have never measured yet since starting ?

Keep me posted as to what you think is most productive for length stretching... I think girth is coming as a byproduct of my length routine...ugh... kinda figured that would be the case.

Well stupidly measured tonite and still hovering around ND the same although bloody hard to get a proper measure, average between 7.2 to 7.5 at times if pressed.

To nite I'm thinking going back on the BM although I know it doesn't help much with length but hopefully will help a bit.

Then about 2 weeks time will start hanging which hopefully is the shock he needs to see through a next growth spurt.

Still carrying out loads of manuals with new stretches
 
Keep at it... I’m sure with your recent growth Some plateauing was in store. I’m sure just a lull on your charge to your objective. Savor the progress...you’ve come a long way. A lot of us are already envious of your measurements...all in a good way!

As DLD has described in his hanging routine and your plan forward... I think good things are just around the corner. I admire your manual routine.. awesome!!

Don’t get down about a poor measurement we all go through it and it has a lot to do with EQ and anxiety. Sometimes have to sneak up on yourself to get a good measurement. Or you could forgo the erect measurement and go with a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement which is always accurate.
 
Well guys still hanging in there and banging out the manual stretches, Mandingos have been difficult to do (grip thing) my hanger should arrive this week so buzzing to start that, need to get back on to Jelqs as haven't done any for 5 days

Well you can consider this a small break for deconditioning. Then when you come back to it full force you see rather quick growth.
 
I as well... had some company over the weekend and used this for a quick second break. Returned to PE Monday and today I could notice much more stretchy ness and could tug harder. Perhaps this is what DLD was referring to. Could it show so quickly?

there are two really good hanging routines in the SRT thread. The similar ones longer than the other so you can pick one that works for your time table.

Yes when you take time off and you come back you usually are able to make a quick gain. Maybe once every six months this is possible.
 
Yea got tracking left USA 6 days ago but nothing this side of pond yet

It must be the corona slow down, ridiculous. I pray that you get it very soon and I pray that this whole mess goes away pretty soon
 
Slacking past week, done some manual stretching but not to usual lengths of time.

Good news is my hanger has landed in the UK finally so hopefully with me this week.

I have also ordered a ROP so will see how that goes

It becomes easy to be complacent with the way the world is right now. I’m very happy to see that you have gotten some work in but be sure to re-inspire yourself to get back to a good place in training.
 
So added a ring of power this week, first day saw diff in flacid from the off and definately helped out in the gym a bit

Tonight I've started for first time hanging using a compression hanger, used 5lbs for 20 mins which went well so will continue at this rate for the short term until used to it.

Here's hoping it's the change he needs to carry on growing

Congratulations on your first day hanging I hope this turns into some great growth for you. The ROP has always had mixed reviews so please keep us up-to-date on any changes you’re noticing by wearing it.
 
Well didn't get much from the 5lb weight yesterday probably as I'm so used to stretching him.

So today moved to 10lbs for 20mins, felt it a lot more but all went well. Might even through in a sneaky 2nd session but will see how he goes over next few hrs

I like the way you’re being very careful. 10 pounds is a good amount of weight and will bring growth. But always be progressive in adding weight as you’re able, Not in a rush but at the appropriate time.
 
It sounds like a good plan. Working on your wrap is so important and so personal so don’t be afraid to experiment a bit if you don’t find exactly what you want in the wrapping forum
 
Well been hanging for a week, started off 5lb for 20mins and since taken up to 11lb for 20mins and some days 30 or 40mins (2 sets).

Don't think I've grown any yet as too early days but tempted to measure however don't want it to have a negative effect when I realise I havent.

Well would help if I got my weights correct LOL, so nowhere near what I said.

Got up to 2.5kg which is 5.5lb (Don't ask) thought I was doing well LOL

Think I need to get extra wrapping to do more weight

It’s always good to experiment with wrapping especially if you’re still feeling any kind of discomfort or pinching.
 
Well some crazy shit, went to measure and less than my previous by some after 1 weeks hanging, trying to put it down to possible fatigue and poor EQ :(
 
Well went up to 3kg / 7lb hanging today and managed 3 x 20 min sets, also chucked in a Bm last night. Hang felt good with very good pull, just hope it's doing something
 
OK so got chance to get a better erection tonight to measure again as I wasn't happy, anyway got a really good one and my BPEL is now 7.5 so up from 7.3 so gain of 0.2 since started hanging. That's better :)

Fatigue my brother, Measure again when you have 100% EQ. We do not lose size we only gain.
 
So hanging still going strong, moved up to around 7.5lb hanging, varies how busy but between 1 to 3 x 20mins hangs per day, followed by a wrap. Still chucking in manual work too.

Happy that my last measurement was 7.5" so if you look back to my first post that was my initial goal so increased from 5.75 to 7.5". My next goal is 8" with a final goal of 8.25" I'll then be happy I sit in the top percentile for men LOL.
