Yea have been using heat and continuing to do so.

I've reverted back to manual stretches using heat and have my slim cylinder pump on its way as a change from hanging

I've gained 1.75 since starting PE so not leaving here empty handed lol, just recent gains have gone a drift

It has happened to me many times over the past 20 years and eventually I always got through plateaus. It was always either a change up in a routine and exercises or an increase in time and effort. So I’m glad you’re still motivated and why wouldn’t you be after you’ve gained almost 2 inches. Keep up the heat work and let me know what goes on, I think this is going to really break that plateau

ive added in basic heat (via portable heater) and hope to follow along!

I’m going to be writing an article on heat over the next week to give people a much better understanding of what is happening when we do this
 
That would be fantastic.... i'm interested to learn if any type of heat provides benefit (IR, quartz, etc.)? I would suspect yes. Also, if you would think about "healing in the extended state". i see so many questions and have them myself... does wrapping truly provide the necessary elongation and a bit about duration of extended state. i know more is better, but truly what does the curve look like from diminishing return? Look forward to your article!

I’m waiting for a couple things to come in but as soon as they arrive I will write the article and it will be written into the official SRT program.

Well slim pump arrived and I've started length pumping, pumping to around 8.1"

What awesome news my brother! I am really looking forward to breaking that plateau and this is definitely going to do it! I really admire how you handle plateaus, you’re very pragmatic and you don’t get emotional about it. That’s very admirable and said everything is going to get you to the size you desire.

It's a 1.75 tube, tight but just right I think, currently doing 20min sessions twice a day to start with, then added heat after followed by some manuals

yes you can go for much longer sets since retention will not be an issue. You already know how I feel about heat, I think you agree.

Was wondering.... I know your first attempt with the slim tube got you to 8.1 which is damn impressive! What was your measurement pumped with your other tube? Pressure?

I think you’ll enjoy the pumping as a change in routine. I’m anxious to see how it works for you. I’ve been on a manual stretch/pump routine the last 3-4 months after some time away. Tried some hanging which led to some ED issues. Have seen about .3/4” change in length during pumping through this period so I take that as a good sign. I’ve stayed away from conventional measuring as I look at this as more of a lifestyle change and a marathon than a sprint! Got a ways to go to catch you...so you should be proud of a little bit of envy here ?.
 
That's only tube I have and it's at 7.5hg


Are you checking your length after every session? Are usually would not advise this but in this case I do because you should see some very quick growth. Let me know my brother and know that I’m always praying for you especially during these plateaus

No not checked my length yet, tempted to but once a month was my aim but may sneak one in at some point

i saw your picture with the silly sleeve! impressive... any words of wisdom to putting it on? after exercising i'm spent and struggle to get any kind of erection. seems like ridgid is the only way to put it on.

Erm no easy way, I roll it up and place it on gland and then unroll it down shaft, sounds easier than it is some times lol

usually just ace bandage wrap... just wonder if that is enough to stay stretched/elongated. thoughts?

Yea that should suffice tbh and will do similar job, I've stopped using my sleeve since stopping hanging but guess I should go back to using
 
i really wonder how much of a gain is necessry before they truly can tell?? length i would think would take more where girth would be noticed quicker. i think at your current length she may struggle a bit... on the short side... hence why 7" seems about right. have you gotten any feedback on from your progress?

Nothing at all lol, all I get is its fine as it is, said same back at 5.75 lol
 
I have the Kaplan system so it is a series of two tubes... a 3” tube for full package pumping snd a 2” tube for penis. I do 15 min in the 3” and two 15min sessions in the 2” tube every other day, except try to do back to back Saturday and Sunday.

Currently doing 16 x 20mins a week

With your girth, I’d guess you can easily feel the packing and thus the stretch in length?

Yea perfect size tbh, say I'm 7.5 and it pushes me to around 8.1 when inside, cheapish enough
 
I usually try to stay at a sustained 7Hg or less as others here have recommended. I’ll do a quick increase during the workout just to get a quick stretch. Usually finish off my last 2-3 minutes at +1-2 Hg.
 
Interesting as I think I’ve typically seen pumpers about a half an inch less in length when pumping than their BPEL. I’d say if I’m correct, and what you measured... this should be tremendous for length gains! Even if it deters girth for a bit.
 
Yea wanna get my goal of 8.25 before looking at girth, hoping the pumping to 8.1 is telling me summat lol

You’ve gotten me thinking too... I wonder how my three 15 min sessions in a row compared to your 2-20min sessions at different times of the day?
 
Do all mine in evening during week then spread across day at weekend, trying to go to 4 at weekends
