There are so many ways to rap that we created a wrapping forum. Wrapping takes some practice but once you get it down it’s all good. Men who master wrapping using the lengthmaster make gains so much faster than any other method.

Believe it or not did stop again, been back 3 mths and just doing manual stretches now every day, most occasions at least an hour., not really seen any gains yet but don't wanna give up just yet

What exactly are you doing for a routine each day? There may be things we can add to increase the rate of gain. Let me know.
 
Doin bundled stretch and any twist and pull to stretch the tunica, doing the scrotum stretch you talk of and where possible some erected stretches. This week slowly introduced some bathmate use, only 5 mins at time so not quite the 5x5x5 yet but don't wanna over do it.

This sounds like a great way to slowly get involved and turn up the intensity as you feel ready. You’re going to start using your Bathmate and The 5×5×3 is too much dog for a 2×2×2 or whatever configuration that works best for you. There’s no rush as this is not a walk in the park, this is more like a marathon. If you need any help in anything please just ask.

Started adding SSJ after bathmate for a bit followed by ring for short period of time. So far so good but damn after lal these years on and off need to see some gains to keep me motivated.

Please let me know how it goes tonight with your girth work. Adding in the SSJ with the bathmate is very wise. The 5×5×3 in SRT is the premier way to bring the fastest girth possible. Please let me hear your reviews.
 
Yea did the 5x5 followed by SSJs, got a really good feel afterwards and wasn't too bad with little fluid retention, the feelings stayed with me today and it feels a lot fuller when holding so all good, will do same for next few nights before thinking about moving to a 5x5x5

I am so happy it worked out so well for you and I’m glad you’re reporting this because people really need to know this. Continue training as you are and you’ll see your girth grow very quickly.
 
Going to make a point of measuring at end of every month, may even finally post a pic too LOL

That’s a good plan and taking the picture is a great idea even if you don’t show it here at least you’ll have it for evidence later of the growth you made. The more thorough we are with our progress and routine logs the more successful we are at making gains.
 
Well looks like I've lost some gains down line current BPEL is 6.5",need to get back to 6.9 and 7 tbh
