Any ideas on keeping good EQ whilst doing regular workouts, take a few supplements currently but know EQ drops off when I get into a routine
Pump as in bathmate? Still trying to do daily but still on the 5x5 with SSJs. Can't quite get to the 5x5x5 yet
I really love the generic Viagra that you can get at All Day Chemist. Their pills are very inexpensive and for about a dollar a day you can get all the help you need to keep EQ solid.
Does Viagra negatively affect you if you don't really "need" it?
I remember trying it years ago when a bunch of friends and I went to Costa Rica but it didn't do much. Lots of drinking was involved too but since then I never considered Viagra as an option
It is not a miracle pill in anyway you need to have libido for it to work. Drinking alcohol while taking this medication will nullify the results. There’s no physical addiction or dependence to Viagra.
Viagra today is so inexpensive, approximately two dollars for 100 mg tablet (Cut into fourths) thats 50 cents a work out andyou’re gonna have a great EQ. With minimal visuals you’ll be able to keep your EQ through hours of training.
The best place to go is All Day Chemist. There’s a least expensive best service and the highest quality. We have no affiliation with them so I can’t offer any discounts but it’s so inexpensive a discount really doesn’t matter too much.

Starting see an improved flaccid hang which is a good feeling, never measured flaccid as there are so many different factors that change it. Would love to be able to have time and space to do more Jelqs, onky get to do them post bathmate at the minute
It's still just mainly manual type stretches, getting min 1hr a day some good days like yesterday 4hrs, so thats main thing and then I'm doing bathmate but still on a 5x5 followed by SSJ's don't wanna push more yet, he's feeling fatigued somewhat so trying to hammer out the manuals why he's feeling down lolcongratulations on the improved flaccid hang! Question about BPFSL, what does this tell you about potential gains? Anything. Only just done mine for first time and it was 7.3" where as I'm 6.5" BPEL, hoping this enablessome room to at least extend
Still banging out some serious manual stretching times, couple of hours or more a day, not sure I've gained but will find out at end of month, flaccid definately not sure about erect. Long journey
