hey folks, i took the advice from dld and started a new thread, and, by doing this, we all can see if any gains are coming for me.

i'm doing the first routine that dld did, i think it's soon to wait for any results, except by girth, i think that i gained some, cause i started with 14.20 cm in the middle, and now i measured 14.5cm... i'm happy :)

erect lenght is 16cm no bone pressed, bone pressed is 17cm

i already told this once, but its difficult to me to do the stretchs with the head of my penis discovered by skin, i'm uncut. lets wait and see.

i have 2 pictures, but i dunno how to post it in here, help me.

i forgot to tell you guys my routine

2 days on
1 day off

afternoon - 3x behind the cheeks (left/center/right) 30 secs each
3x straight down (left/center/right) 30 secs each + 25 crancks
3x straight out (left/center/right) 30 secs each + 25 crancks
3x straight up (left/center/right) 30 secs each + 25 crancks
200 quick kegels + 50 kegels holding 5 secs each + 1 kegel holding 1 minute

night - 350 wet jelqs (2 secs each)
edge for 5 minutes
200 quick kegels + 50 kegels holding 5 secs each + 1 kegel holding 1 minute

is that good or bad? what is best: wet jelqs or dry jelqs?
 
Now can someone clear thing up for me. I'm afraid of that huge vein i the right side of my cock, in the mid-shaft. I always had that huge vein, but now i think its getting bigger because fo the jelqs. That is completely normal and it will continue to become more prominent as you train. The first thing most guys will see is an increased vascular look.
 
Thanks DLD. So no worries, right? I always had that big vein, but now, with the exercises, i'm pretty sure it's getting bigger and bigger, it's like it's gonna explode. So a was afraid to get a thromboised vein or something. By the way, a good warm-up and warm down can avoid throboised veins? is anything else that i can do to avoid it?

Anyway, the girth session today was good, i did it in the morning: 15 minutes warm up, 350 wet jelqs and 5min clamping with a shoe lace, kegels and warm down. Tonight i'll work on length ;)
 
Nah, you will be fine! Chicks dig MASSIVE veins for sure...the meaner the better!
 
Just fishined my lenght session. It was alright

Lenght session: 10 minutes warm-up and 25 minutes of manual stretches - btc, straight down, out and up.
I have one question: The ligaments that we have to feel working when doing the stretches are the ones near to the pubic bone? Do we have ligaments inside of the penis? I'm asking that because when i stretch my penis with skin covering the head i fell the ligaments near to the pubic bones burning, but when i do the streches with the skin below the head i don't feel the ligaments on the pubic bone burning, but i can feel something inside my penis, not a burn sensation, it's a clench sensation.
 
There are no ligament in the shaft of the penis only at the base where the shaft connects to the pubic bone. When you stretch the ligs you may feel it throughout the shaft but most feel it at the base. You may be experiencing tunica fatigue in which you would be more apt to feel throughout the shaft.
 
Ok, i get it. So, i HAVE to stretch some skin right? I was avoiding it because i was afraid of stretching the skin too much and have a lot of skin and because of the turkey neck thing. So, to avoid both of these thing, besides using a small quantity of skin when peforming the streches, what do i have to do? what is best? a dual grip when stretching, one below the gland and another at the base of the penis or holding sthe scrotum? Looking foward for the answers!

Yesterday (07/18/2010) i didn't do my exercises because of a family travel, but today i'll do it. News later.

Oh, another thing: What about dry jelqs instead wet jelqs? What's better?

Don't so worry about these things, the skin will stretch as it should through normal stretching and girth work. To reduce TN hold back your scrotum when you stretch. This can be seen in Phase 1 stretching on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] or Members Site. This method will bring longer shaft gains and a more hung look.

Length session: It was alright, 20 minutes warming-up; 30 minutes doing all kind of manuel stretches; warm down.

Girth session: I didn't like very much, i think i wasn't in the mood <:(

I did a 15 minutes warm-up, 15 minutes of wet jelq, and after that 5 minutes of clamping, improved with a shoe lace, and warm down.

Tomorrow i'll train hard :)

Here's a pic of my improved clamp, the pic is bad, but you can get the idea of what i'm doing...
Should i do the clamp with my own hand? To add some squeezes in my routine or is it just too soon?

I'm changing my routine: Gonna do length exercises everyday and keep the girth 2 days on 1 off
 
I know i said that 07/19/2010 would be length only but i couldn't resist and i did a girth session. It was very good, had a godd expansion.

Girth session: 15 minutes warm up; 100 strong wet jelqs, 10 minutes clamping with hand and some squeezes; 250 hard kegels; testicle massage; warm down!
