Hey guys, my current starts are 6.2 BPEL and 4.7-4.8 MEG. I'm pretty average based on these numbers and I've always felt insecure about it. I came across PE last year and started half assing some jelqing and noticed an immediate difference, my dick felt fuller and I'd always give it up after a few weeks and then start again a few months later. I'm posting here now to help me stick to the routine.

I'm not too interested in gaining much length, I already bottom out in my girl. I'd like a solid 0.5" in girth though, maybe if I'm lucky to reach 5.5" EG and I'd be happy with any length gains I get from jelqing and other exercises. I'm currently just doing low intensity jelqing(100-200) and I've noticed my dick feels thicker in my hand but this is most likely due to EQ changes. I'd love some advice on an ideal routine for me but for now I'm just getting my penis used to the exercises.

Some more information about me, I'm 20 and an amateur olympic weightlifter. I train 8x a week. I'd like some insight if anyone has it into if this effects PE(negatively or positively).

Anyway, I'll be posting my progress here and hopefully keep on track this time. I'm looking forward to having a bigger penis!

Hey man, thanks for the info. I've looked into the SSJs and gave them a try but I don't think my dick is ready for those yet. And I'm looking for just manual work for now too.

I think I'll start to add in the SSJs in a week or two and I'm going to up the number of jelqs this week.
 
I also do around sixty jelqs plus pumping each session , and find it really intense. Why don't you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] guy? I hope you didn't go to thunders where they told you bathmates are evil, and all they do is rob you of gains.
 
Nah, I'm just a poor student at the moment and don't have the money to get one just yet. I'll be looking into one soon though. I'm happy with the manual work in the meantime

How often do you recommend doing these?
 
Did some dry jelqs and SSJs some more but ended up with red dots all over from those, might not be ready for it yet.

Will measure at the end of the week

Measured today and came in at 6.3 bpel and 4.9 girth. 0.1" increase on both already and it feels a lot thicker in my hand. Feeling really motivated to get it past 5 on the girth now!

Spend a couple weeks with the regular jelqs and then after that, if you feel ready, switch the jelqs with SlowSquashJelqs.

Thanks for the advice. I got used to them the past couple of sessions and had a great long session yesterday with them. I've been jelqing at lowish intensity for a month or so already so I started doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s at a low intensity too (5x30 seconds) and now I seem to be able to do them for a while.

Yesterday I did 10 minutes jelqing and around 30 mins of SSJs. My penis was so hard it was hard to compress even a little bit but I got some expansion. Measured today and the girth seems a much more solid 4.9-4.95. My lady seemed to enjoy it more too ;)

I can feel soreness down there today though so I think I'll lower the intensity today and do some more flaccid jelqing.
 
Instead of flaccid jelqs just rest from them a bit. When you feel stronger you can do mainly jelqs, and throw in a few [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] here and there. That's what I do, timing is important.

Thanks man. I ended up doing some bundle stretches to try them out, didn't feel much from them and then did 10 minutes of jelqing at 30-40% erection and massaged my penis a bit for recovery. I'll take your advice though next time it's feeling sore and probably just massage it to help it recover.

Bundled stretches are extremely valuable as a pre-workout to length and girth. You may not feel the intensity but it is breaking down the tunica, allowing for greater elongation and expansion. If you feel as though you can't get a strong enough pull with your hands then get a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] and you will certainly feel the intensity!

To target the base do lots of heavy downward stretching and Behind the Cheek stretching. If you have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] you can do these using the Bundle Chamber or you could use the hanger to hang heavy weight. If you have a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] you can wear in the downward position. Any kind of heavy downward stretching increases base girth very quickly.
 
Had a tough week with training so the PE stuff kinda got left by the wayside a bit. Yesterday I just did a bit of everything for 5-10 minutes just to keep it up instead of taking a day off and today i just did 30 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. Hopefully back on track tomorrow though. My EQ must be through the roof though, the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s are difficult to do because my penis is literally rock hard, when i press down to let some blood out to begin i get nothing out and it barely compresses during the exercise. Should I start to do these at a lower erection level?

Edit: Any tips for measuring? Every time I try feels so inconsistent since its hard to keep a 100% erection when I do

You really want to be at around the 90% erect point to get the best results with SLowSquashJelqs. Measuring advice? First take a good set of all measurements so you know exactly where you are. From there I would not measure until 3 months. I do suggest that you measure Bone-Pressed Flaccid-Stretched once a month as you will see gains here before anywhere else and it could really help with adjusting exercise. I would also measure erect girth after girth workouts to be sure you are seeing expansion.

Just do what you can when times get busy bro, that's life. Just try to keep your consistency high.
 
Been trying to keep consistent with it this week. Mostly bundled stretches and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. Haven't done much jelqing. Unfortunately I've lost a bit of girth but I think I've gained another 0.1" of length. Bit annoying since I'm looking for girth gains. I was thinking I will just go back to basics for a few days and stick to the jelqing again before and after 10-20 mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. Any ideas why this happened or what I should do?
