This is my first ever progress report and hopefully it will turn out to be a long running one. Firstly I'll give my Penis Enlargement history right from the beginning.

I started Penis Enlargement when I was 18 in 2002, four years ago. I remember finding a few written descriptions of jelqing and some other basic exercises on various sites but I have forgotten the names. I eventually found my way to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penishealth[/words] site and learned a few exercises there. I was active on the men's-network forums over there for about 6 months.

My starting size was about 14.5 cm or 5.9" BPenis EnlargementL x 4.75" EG. Over the first six months whilst doing simple Ulis, jelqs and stretches on a 3 days on 1 day off cycle, I gained probably about 1.5 cm moving me up to 6.25" BPenis EnlargementL. After this I took about 6 months off. I then started back but was inconsistent with my Penis Enlargement and cemented nothing over quite a long time.

I then found mattersofsize in early 2004 and lurked for ages finally joining under a different user name to the one I have now in mid 2004. After a while I changed my user name and started posting in late 2004.

I've generally been very inconsistent with my Penis Enlargement taking months off at a time and never keeping to a set program for more than a couple of weeks. This has resulted in my gains being very slow. Over my Penis Enlargement career I've done a massive amount of experimentation with different exercises such as clamping, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, horses, traditional hanging, etc. The list goes on and on.

Anyway it has put me where I am now. My BPenis EnlargementL is 6.5" and my EG is about 5". My girth increase has been pretty steady. Although I've been above these measurements in the past, due to my inconsistent routine, I've never cemented more than this.

I've recently bought a MaX-Vac vacuum hanger and you can read about first impressions here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21625 . I'm now a mod over at mynewsize :) but I'll be posting all details here too :).

So my routine now is basically all about length. I want to see if it is possible to gain length by hanging only light, comfortable weight for long periods of time. My aim is to have an effective Penis Enlargement regime based around the MaX-Vac that is totally comfortable. I'm hanging 5 lbs now with no discomfort at all. All I have to do is sit down put the hanger on and put on a good movie.

I am splitting my hanging into 30 minute sets and having 10 minute breaks in between with some light jelqing. It is all very safe, conservative and absolutely pain free. I want to build up to 2 hours per day, everyday.

I've been building up to this routine for the past few weeks. Experimenting with the MaX-Vac - weight and time. Since I started this experimentation I've noticed amazing flaccid length and a slight increase in BPFL. BTW that is how I will be measuring to keep track since erection strength can vary.

I started with about 17cm/6.7" BPFL on the 23/01/06 (yes I'm putting the dates the English way round:) and now I have measured a clear 17.5cm/6.9".

TT stands for total time hanging and the numbers along the top are the pounds. i.e. on 23/01 I hung 20 minutes at 2.5 lbs and 60 minutes at 5 pounds. I will post updates on this often and this is the only Penis Enlargement that I will be doing.

The last two days I've done my full 2 hour hangs.i.e. 2 hours per day. I've changed the way that I hang also. Now I am hanging totally BTC lying on my back with my legs up on my desk. I did the usual splitting it into sets of 30 minutes. I feel like I got my pull on my ligs this way but it was still comfortable. I'm not grinding it out and watching the clock at all. Actually usually I want to go longer than 30 mins at a time. I'm really interested now to see what gains I'll see with this routine over a couple of months. At the end of each month I'll put up a table and show all the info together including overall time hung but for now I'll just do little bits every couple of days or so.:)

hey tom, reading your posts are really inspirational! length gains are really hard for me. im gonna get a max vac soon in hope its the way forward :). p.s. when you hang different weights, do you start heavy then go lighter?
 
Hi Evo. Thanks for the encouragement. When I hang I would usually start heavy and go lighter. It depends though sometimes I do it the other way.

Over the last few days my routine has not been consistent although I'm aiming to average 2 hours per day for the month and I think I'll get there. I did 3 hours on the 9th but not as much on the following days as you can see. I'm feeling pretty good about my routine and even if I don't make any gains over the next couple of months of doing this I'll still have a platform from which to build. Maybe moving up in weight and time.

So far my flaccid has been hanging well all the time. I have also started to feel a lot of lig burn during hanging and throughout the day when I press on them. I've also experimented with doing 40 minute sets (x3) instead of 30 minutes but I think I'll stick with the 30 minutes for now.

I think a big part of why I'm getting all this hanging done is that I watch films whilst doing it. It seems to me that a lot of the time the reason that people don't hang a lot is due to boredom. So I think it's important to occupy your mind during sets. I look forward to my hanging because I associate it with relaxing and watching good films. I watch a different one every night. Last night I watched Million Dollar Baby with Clint Eastwood which was fantastic.

This could turn into a film review thread as well as a hanging progress thread. LOL rofl

Over the past couple of days I've kept my hanging times about average at 2 hours per day but now I've added in 50 kegels between each 30 minute set. Meaning I do around 300 kegels per day since I do them at the begining and end of my routine as well.

I've also started to do some hanging with 7.5 lbs SD standing up at the end of my routine. I'm pretty sure that I will be able to move up in weight gradually over the next couple of months. Although I am able to hang 10 lbs pretty comfortably I'm trying to make sure that I can complete the 30 minute + sets. Right now I think I'm at the right weight. There's no rush. :)

The films I've watched are 'Serenity', 'Hotel Rwanda' and tonight was 'Walk The Line'. Serenity was OK. The other two were excellent.:)

I'm feeling great about my routine and am still getting quite a lot of lig burn.

Since my last update I've been away for a couple of days and I wasn't able to hang on those days but I got a small amount in on the morning of day one of my holiday. On the other days I think I averaged just under 2 hours per day. I've nearly been doing this for a month now and I'm still very motivated towards my routine.

I've started a photo diary as well but will not post the pics for another month at least. They are all BPSFL and should show any gains well. I've started doing 40 minute sets now and am finding it pretty easy. Tonight I did a 40 minute hang at 7.5 lbs and it was totally comfortable. Actually I'd just done a 40 minute set at 5 lbs without a break in between the two. i.e. 80 minute set.

It's now pretty obvious to me that I won't hit my 2 hour per day target but that doesn't bother me since I'm making very good progress.

For the record my BPSFL measurement was 17cm but although it seems that I have made no gains since the begining I realised that I'm measuring at a slightly different angle now so I have actually made roughly 0.5cms gain since the begining. My measurement is conservative and in the pictures it looks slightly over 17cms but I want to be sure of gains next month. It doesn't matter since the pictures will not lie and they are all taken at the same angle. 90 degrees.

I've watched the films 'Deuce Bigalow, European Gigalow', 'Boogie Nights', 'Red Eye', 'Four Brothers' and 'Cinderella Man'. Pick of the bunch is Cinderella Man. :)

So in 31 days I had a total hang time of 2706 minutes. That works out as about 87 minutes average per day. I don't think that's too bad considering I had a few days off.

As far as gains go this month I don't want to post any 'official' gains until I can make sure that they are real by measuring in the same way. I will be taking photos at least once a month of BPSFL at 90 degrees. My first photo was taken on the 21/02 so next month I will be on the look out for gains. Since now I have a system in place for making sure that any gains I see are real I'll be able to tell for certain how effective my regime has been.

During the next month I will be hoping to increase the amount of time that I hang at 7.5 lbs as opposed to 5 lbs. I'll also try to take less days off and increase my overall average hang time over the month.

Since I have now been hanging with the MaX-Vac for more than 30 days I can say with total confidence that it is really a great bit of kit. I could not see myself achieving the hang times that I have done without it. I'd like to say thanks to BTC for making this possible and I'm sure that I've barely even scratched the surface of it's potential.

In general I'm still very enthusiastic about my routine as well as being realistic about what kind of time frame I'm looking at for the length gains I'm after. Right now I'd like to think that I can keep this going for one solid year but who knows. What I do know is that I'm very pleased with my progress so far. :)

The last few days have been pretty average. I took a day off and then hung around the 2 hour mark with at least 5 lbs for the other days. I've started to increase the amount of time that I hang at higher weights. I've been doing 40 minute sets at 7.5 lbs comfortably. In general my set lengths have gone up. I'm generally doing 1 hour sets with 5 lbs, 40 mins with 7.5 lbs and 20 mins with 10 lbs. I feel that now I can do this with no problems. I've messed about with settings on my MaX-Vac and now I'm really happy with it.

The films I've watched have been, 'Maverick', 'The Patriot', 'Willow', 'The Island', 'Mean Creek', 'Howl's Moving Castle', etc. All were good apart from 'Willow' and 'The Island'. :)

I love command and conquer. I play loads of strategy games like civilization 4, industry giant, age of empires 3, etc. Great minds think alike. I am not hanging SO ATM but in a couple of months I will sort out a setup for it and then do a few months like that.

I can't wait to post my official gains. It's been a while. In one month I'll post them up with pictures so no-one can bitch. LOL:)
 
Hey there. I just have to ask you whether or not it took you a good 2 weeks or so to hang anything with the Max-Vac. I have had one hell of a time getting into the sheaths and getting enough vacuum for 10lbs. 5lbs is fine but I mean 8lbs I lose suction and the penis slips into the middle of the cylinder. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but the pump seems to work fine. I also cannot post on the mynewsize forum either for some reason. I hate that spell checker there lol. It always shows an error for me when I go to suBathmateit it. I'm a fairly decent typer and speller so damn SPenis EnlargementLL CHECK TO HELL I SAY! lol anyway, it looks like you are doing splendid on your hanging. I can't wait to get up to 2 hours a day and use my Auto EXT to boot to keep it stretched.

I've found that to hang over 7.5 lbs I need a little blood in the glans. I have a feeling that when you are attaching the hanger you are making the hole so tight that when it goes on all the blood is getting squeezed out of glans.

I might be able to help with this. What is your girth and which hanger do you have. It is possible that you are using too many sheaths now since your hanger might be slightly too big. I had that problem but I fixed it by cutting up some card toilet rolls and putting them inside the cylinder.

Then I only had to use three sheaths and they had barely any creases in them. That way I got a good seal easier and some blood would go into the glans. I'd then hang 5 lbs for 20 mins followed (without a break) by 40 mins with 7.5 lbs and 20 mins with 10 lbs.

So the key to it is getting some blood to go through into the cylinder. I might look like some has gone in when actually it has not so persevere with this and if you have anymore problems then PM me.

For the record, when I hang at 5 lbs I have no blood in my glans but by the end of each hour set I have a little since some gets through but that just helps to keep it comfortable.

You can also turn off the spell checker over at mynewsize and I am going to PM BTC today about some error messages that I've been getting over there.

All right, I think I know what I am doing wrong. I am hanging right now at 5lbs. and I think I can get to 30 minutes without a problem. The problem I have is with creases. I used 3 sheaths today whereas I'd been only using 2 before. This is helping a lot. I haven't tried anymore weight, but I have a feeling it will help quite a bit. I need a weight stack setup like BTC. If he sold that product that'd be sweet. I have to stand at the moment to hang because my setup won't allow the weights to hang without touching the ground if I sit.

After a bit of thought I've decided to include a hardcore girth routine along with my hanging. I'm doing an hour of really intense 30 second [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s along with 200 jelqs. I'm going to order some generic cialis and really start rocking this. I'm still doing about 300 3 second kegels per day also. I'm thinking of including a manual stretch session at higher angles as well as some pumping but maybe I'll add the pumping next month.

When it comes to my girth and kegel routines there is one philosophy I stick by and that's - use the highest intensity possible at all times without causing injury.

My session(s) today was 2 1/2 hours hanging, 1 hour of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, 30 mins of jelqing and 25 mins kegels split up between the hanging sets. I'm going to try to not cum more than once every 4 - 5 days if not more. That should keep my dick in a constant worked and enlarged state.

My aim with this is to test whether it is possible to overwork. I don't know how possible it will be for me to stick with this but I'll try my best to do it for a month or so. This routine is really doing everything at once to see what happens. I predict that it will either do nothing (overworking) or it will kick start some big gains. I'll keep an eye on my flaccid hang and make a note of everything I do to include it here. Well, I gave in two days ago because it just was taking way too long not to mention the fatigue I was getting was uncomfortable. I'll try to keep doing a girth routine after today but not as intense. The way it was working out, I'd do 3 hours of Penis Enlargement and still have another 2 left. That's a lot of time. I was starting to not look forward to my routine everyday and I know that I have the tendancy to just quit completely rather than just keep a bit going so I made the decision to focus on just the hanging and maybe add a bit more time.

I have to say though that I took a measurement after one full day Penis Enlargement after my hardcore routine and I had made a (maybe temporary) .25" increase in BPSFL. I'm pretty sure that it's going up steadily just from the hanging but the girth routine seemed to send my gains into overdrive.

I took yesterday off although I still managed about an hour of hanging. Just couldn't help myself.

I'm now trying to create an SO hanging setup so that I can hang acording to my LOT (thanks for the advise goldmember and thanks for the theory Bib). My LOT has gone down since I started hanging from about 8:00 to 7:15 so now I'd like to take advantage of some tunica based stretching.

I'll make my way to B&Q sometime in the next couple of days to pick up some bits but I have a glass desk so I'm thinking of using some sort of clamp or vice to keep the pully wheel in place. I'll take some picture when I get it set up.

Over the last month I've hung a total of 2798 minutes in 28 days. That is 46 hours and 36 minutes. My average hang time this month per day was 99.9 minutes so ten minutes per day more than last month on average. It's weird to think that I've actually spent about 5504 minutes or about 92 hours hanging over the past 59 days.

Looking back on this month I think that it's been a month of extremes. At one point I did a totally hardcore routine including loads of girth work and manual stretching for about 5 days and on the other side I went about a week with only 5 hours of hanging total as you can see in my update. All in all though I am very pleased again with my progress because I've improved on last month and really that was what I was aiming to do. I had to go pretty hardcore towards the end of the month to get it back on track but it's done now and I know that next month I'll do better again.

My routine right now is pretty much two 1 hour sets at 5 lbs. I do 50 jelqs followed by 50 kegels at the start of the first and second sets and at the end of the second. So I do a total of 150 dry jelqs and 150 kegels split up between my hanging sets. I think this helps me to maintain blood flow and I prefer hanging just after doing some jelqs so it works out really well. The jelqs are light and I don't consider them a girth exercise as much as a blood flow exercise. I should point out that I'm not having any issues with blood flow whatsoever and my hanging is totally comfortable at all times.

Now the good part. I've gained approximately 0.25" BPSFL as you can see in my pictures. I find this amazing and it has been pretty unexpected. Before this I had experienced no gains for quite some time and I considered myself on a plateau so I'm buzzing now. Actually saying 0.25" is quite conservative because to me it looks like more than it does in the pictures but I'm going to stick to what they show. I'll write some more about the numbers etc in my picture thread.

Well, I've been lazy with keeping this thread up to date so I thought it was about time I posted my recent progress.

I have been pretty lazy with the first half of this month but in the last couple of days I started to pick it back up. For some reason it's always the start of the month that I'm lazy in. That said I'm still confident that I'll rack up more average hang time than last month and hopefully I'll see some nice gains again to boot.

My routine has pretty much stayed the same and my flaccid hang remains very good at all times. All in all I feel as if I could keep this routine going for a long while yet. I'm really pleased that what I find to be a comfortable and hassle free routine can give gains such as I have had.

hey tom, still reading your routine :P. looks good! i aim to get in 2 hours a day hanging now, more if i can.....at 4.4 lbs though, purely because i dont have 5 :s. you and goldmember have had impressive results due to your recent hanging adventures, i hope mine are similar rofl. good luck on future gains :)

During the last few days I've been cruising hanging wise and not really picking back up the time I've lost during the first half of the month. I'll try to hang more average per day from now until the 23rd. I did some hanging at 7.5 lbs with no real discomfort last night and was sure that I could hang at that weight for longer periods of time now. However I'll be sticking with 5 lbs for the most part since I've been seeing good gains and I don't see any reason to change anything yet.

I'm certain that this month will show even better gains than last month since already I can tell a difference and I've measured gains already.

Today my third month of doing this routine is up. Looking back I don't think I've done as well when it comes to overall hang time or just general dedication but in terms of gains I've done just as well as my pictures will show. Toward the end of the month I went away on holiday for a couple of days and then didn' really get back into my routine. Too much going on in my life but in this up and coming month I'll do better for sure.

That means that my average hang time per day this month was 83 minutes so it was quite a bit off my usual. This has served as motivation for me because I've seen good results so far and I just need to keep it up now. Also I've started doing some 35 minute sets at 7.5 lbs and I think I might keep those in there but increase my amount of time at 5 lbs. All in all I feel as if this has been a bad month and I'm pretty amazed again that I've seen the gains that I have. Although my times have gone down I'm still very motivated toward my routine and I'm eager for more gains. :)

I've gained another 0.25" BPSFL. That has moved me up to around 7.25" BPSFL. I'll write more about this in my picture thread that can be found here: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?p=217837#post217837
 
Mate, you provide a great example of consistent work ethic, with great results. Well done! I will be looking forward to achieving similar results when I get my Max Vac.
 
Well, Conrad. That's very kind of you and believe me if you do the hanging then the results will come.

Unfortunately I have taken a lot of time off this routine since I have been moving house and it has just not been possible to P.E as I've had to share a room.

So I'll be starting my routine again tonight and I'll measure etc to see whether my gains have stuck. I think they have but I'll give a more detailed write up later. :)
 
Tom hows the routine going? You are really an inspiration and I will prolly get a max vac as a result of your posting. I plan to study though while hanging, since I am still in school. Keep us informed man.

This has resulted in my gains being very slow. So my routine now is basically all about length. I want to see if it is possible to gain length by hanging only light, comfortable weight for long periods of time. My aim is to have an effective Penis Enlargement regime based around the MaX-Vac that is totally comfortable. I'm hanging 5 lbs now with no discomfort at all. All I have to do is sit down put the hanger on and put on a good movie.

I am splitting my hanging into 30 minute sets and having 10 minute breaks in between with some light jelqing. It is all very safe, conservative and absolutely pain free. I want to build up to 2 hours per day, everyday.

I've been building up to this routine for the past few weeks. Experimenting with the MaX-Vac - weight and time. Since I started this experimentation I've noticed amazing flaccid length and a slight increase in BPFL. BTW that is how I will be measuring to keep track since erection strength can vary.

I started with about 17cm/6.7" BPFL on the 23/01/06 (yes I'm putting the dates the English way round:) and now I have measured a clear 17.5cm/6.9".

Since I got back from a two week holiday I've had a lot of success with the no hand pump method. I've been hanging 5 lbs totally comfotably for quite a while everyday. I've found this method to be very simple and effective.

I'm back to my old routine of watching films while I hang. I think it passes the time well. I've watched The Cube, The Butterfly Effect, Creep and Gattaca. It's been quite a sci-fi few days LOL. Picks of the bunch in my opinion were Gattaca and The Butterfly Effect. Specially the latter.

I'm gradually switching to 7.5 lbs but I feel like I'm progressing well with 5 lbs for now. My flaccid hang is very good all day long.

I have been getting fluid build up in my foreskin but I massage it after every set and it pretty much goes away completely. My sets last an average of about 50 minutes. All fluid build up disappears between sessions.

The begining of my three month bout was the 6th of August. Hopefully I'll get the same 0.5" BPSFL gain as last time.

I've kept up my hanging routine pretty well so far and it's becoming easier and easier. If I had more time in the day I could hang for hours and hours. That is kind of frustrating but I'm just sticking to the formula that I've created and I'll see what happens.

I have a feeling it is time to switch to SO (straight out) hanging since I feel like I may have hit a plateau with the lower angles. I hang very well flaccid all of the time but I am not seeing the length increases that I was. It may simply be a matter of time but either way I'd really like to switch to SO. I need some equipment to get it set up but until I have it I'll continue to hang BTC.

Other than this I'm really pleased with my routine so far. I'm hanging in 50 minute sets right now give or take and I have very little discomfort at any time. The key to this for me has been to pull enough skin out of the cylinder so that I don't get too much skin stretch whilst hanging.

I took 3 days off due to work but got straight back on it last night. During that time my penis did not decondition as it was still hanging well flaccid at all times.

I've taken too many days off recently but I've also experimented a bit with higher weights. I don't feel that my flaccid hang was good after the heavy hanging so I'm going to stick to what has worked for me in the past which is 5 lb hanging. My technique continues to improve and everyday I make progress with it. I've been at the point for a while now where I get very little fluid build up or discomfort of any kind. This is reliable and it paves the way for me wanting to hang more and more other than not looking forward to my hanging. I also experimented with clamping alongside my hanging routine but I feel now that I'm going to focus on girth when I've got to a length that I am happy with. For now it is all about length. In my update below the number in brakets next to a c is the amount of time spent clamping on that day i.e. (c20).

The last three days I see as my warm up for the championship.
 
Well, the MaX-Vac Championship is in full swing now and although I started slowly I'm now picking up pace. My routine will simply be hanging 5 lbs for an average of 100 minutes per day over the full 4 months. The idea is to have a lot of consistancy and to really stick at it day in and day out. I have experience of this working and I'm confident that it will work again. I took the first 3 days almost totally off (not a good start) due to a 3 day drinking binge.

I will put off my monthly update until one month has gone by of the MV championship. That'll be the 1st of October. I will also post a picture update. Then it'll be the first of every month up until 1st January 2007.

I would be very happy with another 0.5" BPSFL gain over the course of the contest but I'm going to shoot for 0.75" just to be ambitious.

My hanging is comfortable and predictable now. I've refined my technique gradually so I'm pretty confident about getting good results with no major setbacks.

Best of luck to my fellow competitors. :) (But I'm gonna win) lol

So the Championship didn't go so well. (sarted a new job, etc)

Anyway, I gained 0.6' BPSFL over the first 3 months of this routine and that has stuck for 2 years. Permanent gains.

I'm the original poster of this log and other posts under my previous account but I don't have access to the e-mail account that I used to set up that account (it's been 15 years or is it 16...).

Right so let me begin where this thread left off back in 2008. Shortly after I stopped posting on here, my girlfriend got pregnant and I got a new and demanding job. That made it very difficult to do any PE let alone post online.

Just as a reminder, my starting Bone Pressed Erect Length was 5.9" in around 2002 when I was 18 years old. 22 years ago! My current Bone Pressed Erect Length is now 7.6" which means that I gained 1.7" in erect length. My starting Erect Girth was 4.75" and it's now around 5.25". I focused far more on length than girth during my PE career. When I left here in 2008, my BPSFL was 7.25" and it's now 7.75" and I gained that in 2009-2010 using a BIB starter.

I essentially had no real world need to continue with PE as my girlfriend continuously told me that my size was, quote 'absolutely perfect'.

I built a successful career since I was last here as well by the way.

Now, my original goal was 8" x 6" and I've decided to hit my original goals before I hit retirement because, well, why not? I set out to do something and I'm going to get it done.

I have done A LOT of PE in my time and consider myself a PE OG. I have done heavy hanging, vacuum hanging, clamping, dry and wet pumping, extending with both vacuums and noose style extenders, loads of manual stretching, jelqing, etc etc etc. I remember when the DLD DVD was released and I helped to promote it on eBay (wonder if you have any of those old PMs DLD)...

Right, now a word on DLD. This guy changed my life. To come back here after all this time and see him STILL supporting and teaching men PE is just remarkable. A true inspiration. I basically got what I wanted from here (a much bigger dick) and bounced. I feel a responsibility to come back and help people who are earlier on in their journey.

To all those out there who are just starting out or need motivation to continue, take it from me, these techniques work but no matter how objective the measurements or how undeniable the results, your brain will always tell you that it can't be true. I had a pattern where I would always say, ok, maybe something is off with the measurement. Maybe I'm pressing harder into bone this time but I swear I'll believe it if I gain another 0.25" but when that time came, the pattern repeated.

So I originally came back here to try to find my pictures from back in the day but it seems that they are too old and cannot be viewed. It sure would be nice to take new photos and see nearly a 2" undeniable difference.

I come back to PE and read a bit on some other forums and see guys talking about methods to grow using relatively short time under relatively light tension. Now I've got to be real here, back in the day there were a bunch of us that achieved serious results and we were going full on hardcore for long periods of time. It works and I see these new ideas about gaining crazy amounts quickly using heat etc with light weights and I'm sorry but I just think it doesn't work like that. I was using an old Philips IR lamp way way back in the day just because I got bored of the usual rice socks for warm ups....

I've read DLD saying on here repeatedly that the more PE the better and to go at it full on. BIB did the same as did many others successfully.

Anyway, onward and upward.

Nice to see you on the forum brother! Every once in a while an old OG member of MOS will come back and it always brings me joy to hear about them and how much MOS changed their lives. It's amazing how much your life can change by dedicating time to improving yourself and growing a bigger dick in the process.
