Here´s the place to set goals and find extra motivation to achieve them, discuss, encourage eachother and give tips. All positive Penis Enlargement guys are welcome to join, wether you are a veteran or a newbie.

New for this period is that you don´t need to post a picture to join & we will not crown any mr. Spring. This time we will save the team total results for this period, and a record for future [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] teams to break. Since we discovered that a lot of Penis Enlargement:ers found it interesting to join, but were not comfortable with posting pics of their unit.


Guidelines and how to join (no pics needed):

Anything goes, wether it is girth, width, length or low hanging bull balls.

And at the end of May: Post your results.

The monthly team concept was an original idea by airshy, meant to set short term monthly goals, motivate eachother with feedback and tips. Team focus are well known to bring out the best in many males performances.

Well, I´m in! Focusing on both girth&length this period.

current: 24,1 cm bpfls
goal: 24,6 cm bpfls

current: 14,3cm girth
goal: 14,6 cm girth
 
I measured 4 days ago 17 cm NBPenis EnlargementL and 18.25 cm BPenis EnlargementL.

For this period I am hoping for 18 cm NBPenis EnlargementL and 19.25 cm BPenis EnlargementL.

I am not sure that I can do it since I will not be able to exercise for 10 days. And I usually gain roughly 0.5 cm a month. Oh and lately I am considering purchasing a MaxVac II. My hands are so tired of pulling :D and I think it will be good if something can pull it for me :)

But we'll see, I started a new pretty intense routine, so fingers crossed :)

Good morning, Fedora!! It's 7:54 U.S. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, and all is right with the P.E. world--at least mine. :P:P

I'm in too. My goal is that illusive bone pressed flaccid stretch (measured by a ruler against the wall) of 9".

I did an hour long edging session last night and got some great results. I started the session with a stretched inch above the belly button. That is an inch more than usual when I start my P.E. workout. It comes out to 9.5" (with the tape measure). I'm lying down, so it's hard to measure with the ruler. I also hit 9.5" bone pressed erect. My girth (mid-shaft and at the glans) has been inching up to the base girth, which is always a little over 6"

My second goal would be as close as I can get to 6" girth (bone pressed erect), at mid-shaft and glans.

By the way, Fedora, your latest pics are FANTASTIC!!! WHOOOHOOO!!

I am in! I am 6.25 NBPenis EnlargementL and final got to 7 BPenis EnlargementL. @ 7.25 BPFSL. Shooting for 6.5, 7.25, 7.5 inches respectively. Thats just for april. Would like to repeat in May!

These past few months I haven't seen any gains, and I have been mentally exhausted and frustrated. I would like to gain 1/8 of an inch in length by May 1st, and would like everyone's opinion on this routine;

- 3 sets of 30 second all directional stretching
- 300 plyometric stretches
every day.

Please suBathmateit opinions and/or suggestions to help me from getting depressed.

Are you kegeling? You might try jelqing as well. I have gone back to my tried and true wet jelqing routine (one-half hour) and my woodies are much stronger. They also dropped when I was doing a strict stretching routine.
 
Welcome to the team!

I recommend you to add lazy ass stretches, sitting on your member BTC as much as possible throughout the day. A very good lig exercise to complement your other stretching routine.

Im game for the spring challenge, need some motivation, hit a few rough spots outside of Penis Enlargement that have been dragging me down so this should do some good
 
do you guys think that my routine posted above will be enough. That is going to be the minimum I do every day, hopefully I'll get more than that.

Fedora, Im going to use your suggestion, unfortunately I still live with my parents and sister and cant find the privacy for lazy ass stretches, but
I will do my best to get some in.

i'm happy to get back at it...i'm hoping to gain atleast a 1/4inch both in length and girth...i plan on doing manually stretches 6 days a week..and girth routine 4 days out the week...i plan on using manually stretches (directional stretches and dld blasters) some lazy ass stretches while on computer and wearing my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] whenever i have the time...for girth i will be doing jelqs, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, Supra Slammers, and some clamping (not all in the same session)

current stats: length 7.25" bpfls
girth 5.00" midshaft

3/31/08 goal: length 7.50 bpfls
girth 5.25 midshaft

Taking into consideration the progress that all of you have made, it roughly averages to an individual gain of .05 inch per month.
My prior estimations of other members were .07 per month gain.
Let's say that for those who are dedicated it is .05 inch per month.
36 months of dedication will put you at 1.8 inch gain. For me that means going from 7in BP to 8.8 BP. I can live with that.
 
Twins we have the same goal in the length department! I would say race you there, but I know this is definitely not a race. Good luck on getting there!! I have made some progress and I think I will definitely be at 7.5 bpfsl at the end of april. Since using the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] for a week or so (about 3-4 hrs a day) I have been able to add another piece on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]!! good luck to you too knightrider...right now i'm just trying to stay consistent...besides work and being a single parent...and going to the gym...i'm trying to stay on top of p.e. we don't have to race..but we can have a friendly competition rofl...i'm rooting for you to make your goals...i have an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]...i thought it would assist me in making my goals..but so far i can't get it to work...with the tension screws giving me problems and trying to put it on with the padding and all...it's just been a big hassle so far..i hope i can get the hang of it soon..so i can start benefitting from it..again good luck to you knightrider and to the whole team.
 
im 6 weeks into phase one,everything going well and iv made gains of qaurter inch in girth and length! im going to continue with phase one till the end of april then start phase two,my goals are to continue my dedication and focus and keep p.e part of my daily routine,im a quarter inch off 7 inch erect so il make that my goal!
 
Crap halfway through April..

Ah well, I just started Penis Enlargementing again (never did so great before..), but i'm still going to giv 'er for the next couple of months. This can be motivation.

L: Solid 6" NBP and thats all I will be focusing on right now. Before when I Penis Enlargement'd I got to 6.5" so fast then just stopped so I'm hoping to not make the same mistake.
 
my routine went to hell, warm weather and all kinds of other stuff been going on havent been able to keep up. Here is what i have switched to for the time being

AM Clamp Session

throughout the day, JAI when time permits or after restroom usage

PM- 20 minute hang session followed by a warm down then a 15 minute clamp session after at least 5 minutes of rest
 
That's o.k. Don't worry about it. We all have periods when other priorities interfere with our routines. So long as you don't lay off entirely and get back to it full blast when you have the time. Good luck with your revised routine.

Bonus for going back to hanging again though is that i get wood if my dick rubs my silk boxers the right way for hours afterwards. Cant tell you why that happens, but all the time when i hang it like an added bonus to look forward to afterwards.

Any were between 3/16 - 7/16 will be great by the end of may which would get me to 6 3/4 inch - 7inch nbpel
Just concentrating on length and il be mostly hanging to achieve this, i will be throughing in some lazy ass stretches and the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] now and then, kinda gone off manual stretching because i dont feel the stretch like i do when i hang, but tips would be great

OK, so I finally jumped back into Penis Enlargement full time last week. I've been doing maintenance routines for several months, but now am trying to achieve some series gains. At the moment Im at 7"BPenis EnlargementL and just under 6" NBP. This means that since the last time I was actively doing Penis Enlargement I have gained .25" in my fat pad, No Good. So Ive been running, lifting, dieting, and Penis Enlargementing to overall improve myself. My goal for the end of May is 3/8" length gain, and whatever girth gains I can get. Im only Jelqing for girth as I dont feel ready for clamping just yet, but after May I think I'll take on a summer-long clamp run.

Basically, My goal is to be 7 3/8" BP and +6.5" NBP, Im looking to burn some of this fat pad right off.
 
well one person has posted all day thursday must be a busy day for some!

well i have done 3 sets of hanging throughout the day, 1st + 2nd set - 6kg/13.2lbs, 3rd set - started with 6kg/13.2lbs for 2-3min and then put another 1kg/2.2lbs on so 7kg/15.4lbs all sets for 20min accept 3rd which was for 13-15min,
mixed in 2 sets of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for around 40-60 minutes at a time never really look at the time just go on how i feel.
done some lazy azz stretches every time i sat here at the PC and thats it for me,
2moz - 2-3 sets of hanging at 6-7kg as above before going work and that will be it, and then rest saturday, and then pick it back up on sunday and try out 8kg/17.6lbs!

"Eniss" you should not move on to the next phase intill you have stoped gaining from the preveous phase, bassically stick with phase 1 up in till you no more gains and then you can move onto the 2nd phase and so on.
next time you are having a piss try to stop pissing mid way through that is what a kegal is, stoping the flow of urine
i know how i have explained it is pretty shit but hope it helps

Thanx Brit. First part of my question has been unsderstood a little bit.After stopping the gaining size I have to pass the other phaze. I Have been practising in phase one until two weeks . I Hope Gaining Size ok.I mean No more gains I think ; Can I Pass the other phase .
And PC Exercise Can You explain.When i Have pissing i am gonna stop and then move on.ıs that all ? In this cd says you will hold the muscle tightened for five seconds and release itfor two seconds do 50 of these ...Can you explain this???And reverse kegel ???
 
you can move onto phase 2 if you have stopped gaining in phase 1.

the kegals yes it is tightening of the muscles near your anus, but what i was trying to explain is that them muscles are the same muscles that you use to stop pissing doing 50 a day for 5 secs a peice will be ok but as weeks go by do more and more!

i currently just hang 2-3 sets a day with a few lazy ass stretches and very rarely maual stretch but would jelqing help much my gains that bit further?

Jelqing helps your circulation so keep up with it. I just switched over to the DIY PowerJelq and love the thing, i get a wicked workout from it and more consistent with each stroke rather than when i was doing it manually.
 
FEDORA this is incredible results.Super enlargement. But What I Wanna Ask is How old you are. Asking it couse i am 32 years old. I doubt My Penis Enlargement will stop at this age ? Couse I tried some technics like a pomp. It doesnt help me. My Penis size 13 cm.I want to make it at list 18 cm.this is enough for me. I am waiting your real answer.Thank you ...

I started in oct. 2004, then 24 years old, now I am 28. The age should be no problem at all for you when it comes to Penis Enlargement. If you stay dedicated and have a great routine, you can definitly reach your 18cm goal!

eniss..it is very rare for someone to pe consistently for 4 years straight...i know majority of the members will pe for a considerable amount of time..then may get sidetracked or would take a conditioning breaks...so although fedora has been peing for years...he might have taken breaks within that time.

1000 is a nice round number. I would go for more intensity and fatigue rather than numbers. do some manuals and try to reach your fatigue point quickly and ride it for a bit instead of throwing lots of numbers into the game. I switched back to a hang routine and am hitting my fatigue in 2 sets and being done rather than trying to hammer out 6-10 sets per day. I am working the high intensity philosophy and it is showing dividends thus far. Everyone reacts different though.
 
Eventually i past to Phase two . But Can you Give a list what must to do this phase .
Because in phase 2 we use the kegal and reverse kegal when streching. It seems complicated maybe my weak english ...

Man, I dont even know when my dick is fatigued. What should I pay attention to so I can know. Im not very sensitive in my dick.
 
you will feel fatigue start to set in at your base and midshaft if you are really getting a good stretch in, It should feel like a regular muscle stretch most of the time, a pulling sensation followed by slight burn as everythign reacts to being elongated

Is that right ? We do this just once or how many sets do we have to do it? And of course i am asking for pvc pipe exercise.And My Penis head is injuring when i stretching, How can i protect my penis head ... Thank you for your helps

every stretch feels like that to me. I've never felt it get more sore. Does that mean Ive never spent enough time stretching?
 
go just beyond that point in your stretch for a period of at least 30 seconds holding just beyond and that might start giving you a better workout
