So no gain in errect length sadly. I am happy about my modest gain on the girth. I have been doing some Penis Enlargement the last days but haven't had time to log it. Will have a workout soon. I have gained a full inch on the flaccid strength since I started. And I heard that the gains will show there first. I do believe that if I continue I will see some errect length gains soon.

But the good thing is that I am not so concerned with the length even though 20cms(8inches) would be awesome. It's mostly girth I want. I will still however work more with the length.

Oh, congratulations on the gains! I feel you on the frustration in bone-pressed erect gains but this is always the case, but have no fear! The gains made in flaccid stretched are soon realized in erect BP gains...they are a map to the future. A good way to close this gap is to include a set of Erect Stretches in your workout and also entertain some of the ideas Expressive Stretching puts forth, both are very powerful in the conversion of gains.

It seems that April is the slowest month for many people in many ways! In business traffic slows big time for most companies in April. The same seems to apply to even exercise, for myself included, April for me has been pretty slack in training. I have worked hard in the background but looking forward to May motivation!

Yes this seems to be true, since then I hit the pe-workout about 3-4 times per week. But I didn't write it down, which is a bad thing. I think a journal really help in terms of getting things done. Also did some measuring on 2nd of may. The length when flaccid and stretched where pretty much the same as last month and the girth had decreased a bit. I will post the measurments when I find the note. I am not that disapointed since I hardly did any good work during april.

Erect girth mid-shaft: 13.0cm (-0.4 cm) (1 cm from start)

So l knew the measurements wouldnt be good, did the workouts way to seldom during april. Still I am pretty happy I didn't lose very much.

If you have gained and can still add more exercise, do so! You have proven the gains are real now simply shift into gaining mode, knowing with each tug, squeeze, stretch and jelq you are growing bigger and bigger.

Yes, very true. I think I can get pretty good gains if I just manage to do the full routine 4-7 days a week. Had a really nice workout today, got a nice pump. Tomorrow I'm gonna meet that girl again and I don't know if I have the guts to do this routine before, its pretty hard to get a full erection the hours after. I think I'll do some jelqs and some pumping.

I try to hit my regular routine as often as possible, if I feel to lazy I have done my best to do atleast some jelqing and pumping. I read about a guy on a Swedish forum, that has a section about sex where he posted results of doing just 10-15 minutes of jelqing per day and he had gained a bit over 1 inch in a year in length. So even if it's not the best results I do believe that it's better then nothing to jelq

And I think it's like ordinary exercise, once you start to warmup it's not that hard to continue the workout. The hard part is to get moving. That way I feel I can trick myself to do the full routine by "promising" my self that I can quit if I want to after 15 minutes of jelqing.

The jelqing I have done seems to work wonders for improving EQ, the girl I have started seeing commented about the hardness of my dick when we slept togheter on tuesday and wednesday.
