Fat pad is not so bad, good measurement! Is this an increase of .25"?

Today I did a lot of manual stretches and some clamping yesterday.....

If the fat pad is too fat it is time to loose it! Are you doing any weight training and cardio?

People ask me this and I think I have written it up a few times but there is nothing complicate I really do. I make an agreement with my body to become the weight I desire. I ask for this agreement once and from there I visualize this new self. I visualize and pretend and imagine. I start to shop for smaller clothes. I start surrounding myself with the things that will make my manifestation happen quicker. In preparation for my new self I cut most sugar out of my diet, replace that with water and healthy fluids. I become proactive in the kitchen and prepare foods that agree with the new self. That is very normal, your penis is progressively becoming more and more expanded. By the time you go into your last set you are close to max.

I did 4 set of 6mn (the last set at 80% erection and reache the 200 mark.........I don't know what thoses marks represent.......I don't feel and see that extra pump!!?????.......Some guys says that they keep this extra pump for hours!!..........maybe this is because my routine with sonr rest between sets...........but 20mn inside seems to be a lot!!!
 
Today I feel my penis sore (maybe because I have quit"the comfort zone" yesterday...this terms were used by a member of the forum and are excellent) so I take a rest day.....just some edging ....

Soreness will happen for the first few months to most men, it is usually lig soreness, found at the base of the penis. You can choose to work through this or take time off.
 
I posted a thread in the Boo Boo section : 2 days ago I pumped with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but maybe too far.......I felt pain inside my unit and now I just massage it cause I can feel it...........maybe an injury?
