K, so I've been really sloppy lately and I'm thinking maybe creating some accountability might shape me up. So, inspired by J1L's log, I'm gonna try to post daily what I accomplished (in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]) and hopefully reveal the gains that it brings once a month or something.

I'm very behind schedule (you can see my goals and timeline below) and I really would like to do at least 4 hours every day-even though it's supposed to be 6. I did nothing the last 2 days and it's bothering me as I've already logged well over 100 hours and now I'm getting all sloppy when the real good gains should be starting to happen... I was always a good starter and good at giving up at the finish line. I really don't want to do that with Penis Enlargement. And I don't want to be so inconsistent that it takes 2x or 3x longer to reach my goals than it should take!

So to start, I'll give a current status report.

I really doubt I've gained any since my last measurement last month... but it's possible I've gained on girth, I just really don't want to measure just yet.

Currently I'm doing a bit of jelqing (300/day with days off for about 1/second per jelq, 80-90% erect).

But mostly I'm trying to focus on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

So for example, currently I've done:

2 hours today (so far).
good head swell
NBPSL=7.75"
@ 2,600g.


Currently on the male edge, which I recently reinforced to avoid any more fragility issues, I will pull the outer rods out about 3-4 clicks, then put on the head piece. Then over the next 10 minutes, I can increase the tension quite a bit, keeping it around 2400g, and then finally I "top out" and I push it a little past 2400g for the majority of the session, usually until I can't take it anymore (discomfort) which lately is about at 2 hours.

After this 10 minute adjustment period (where I continue to increase tension/stretching as the penis relaxes), I leave it alone. However, at this type of tension, I usually add some tape to the head piece (where it connects to outer bars) as it can slip out at this high tension or rather the head piece can pop off. A little electrical tape solves this problem and ensures that nothing changes, even if I'm active (under clothes) and doing normal day-to-day stuff.

Then all I have to worry about, is people in public seeing a big penis head bulge through my clothes, which happens a little and I don't mind when it's a sexy girl lol. I will edit if/when I do more time today so it's accurate and today is all in one post. I'm really hoping posting like J1L will inspire me to have something (honest) to say everyday, I certainly don't want to post "Ya, I fucked off again today, no stretching :(" very often, so we'll see how well it works to involve the forum in my lofty goal of 6 hours (4 is the minimum, 6 is the real goal) per day...
 
I forgot I couldn't edit after 10 minutes.
so, on same day I did another 1.5 hours at 7.5" and okay head swell @ 2200g
and another 1.5 hours at okay head swell at about 2600g
so total of about 5 hours, all over 2000g.
 
Yesterday I was only able to do:

3 hours (2 and 1)
Good head swell on the 2, okay on the 1
NBPSL 7.75" on the 2, 7.5" on the 1
@ 2600g for the 2, @2200g for the 1
 
I'm beat so slacked a bit today.
This morning I did 300 fast jelqs in the shower (using conditioner as lubricant).

The more I use it, the more I have to replace the velcro strap and the sticky velcro on the head piece. The tension is pretty extreme once you go past 2000g and stretching the penis 1" or more past it's EL. This puts a lot of pressure on the noose/strap and makes things difficult to maintain without increasing maintenance. I don't really get slippage at all-zero. The problems I have are simply from the velcro wearing out due to heavy strain on it. The sticky pieces start sliding off, or the velcro weakens such that it comes loose on one side or the other-which then of course causes slippage.

The velcro works great, but the maintenance is high and increases as you go up in tension and usage. As a result, I'm going to start looking at other ideas like the one I saw where the guy used the car strap (with locking mechanism), that looks like it requires a bit more care (to avoid injury) but zero maintenance, which would be nice as the constant fiddling with the velcro (I have to change something now after about 3-4 uses, either the strap is trashed or the sticky pieces are too weak to hold). It's still 20x better than the stupid plastic straps that come with these [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words], I still have 4 unused ones that likely just belong in the garbage. But this mod ain't "perfect" either, so I'm still searching for a better head strap/noose. It is clear to me though that you really don't want anything elastic, like surgical tubing or stretchy plastic. You want something that once you cinch it down, you're done, even if you increase the tension 2fold.
 
Velcro needs maintenance again, but I managed to do 5 hours total today.

2HR, 1.5HR, 1.5HR
On the first 2 sessions: NBPSL: 8", on 3rd closer to 7.75"
Decent Headswell on all 3
Ranging between 2200g and 2400g


Also did 300 fast jelqs this morning, taking it pretty easy on that though as I'm not used to jelqing (300 is a lot, but they are fast and not very hard).

Also, I take note not only of how far it is stretched while in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], compared to normal erect length. But I also like to check flaccid length right after I get out as it interests me. It seems to range from 4.5" to 5.0", with less than a good correlation on the hours spent as far as how long or short it is. The flaccid penis is wiley and duplicitous.
 
I was just thinking: It will be interesting to see the effects of increased tension compared to other [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] as if I'm not mistaken most of them only go up to 1500g, is this right?

I hear that, but there is a huge difference between say 1500g and 2000g as far as the tension on the penis goes. Right now I bet I could do 4 hours straight at 1500g, like a walk in the park. But 2000g+ is very difficult at about the 90 minute mark. The rest of the time is a breeze but that last 1/2 hour can be brutal. But it's still not a bad pain. I've done a fair amount of weight lifting and pushing through a burn can make a big difference. I understand the penis isn't a muscle and much more complex-but it still seems like pushing it would lead to bigger gains to me theoretically. But I am a newbie, so I don't give my theories too much weight at this point.

K, I was really primed to do 6 or 7 hours yesterday... but it just didn't work out.

Good Burn, Good head swell, velcro strap is weakening again...

I better go buy more, I don't want to run out, but I think I have about 6 straps worth left in my roll. The velcro is badass but it does wear out about every 15-20 hours on the strap. For the head piece (Sticky Velcro) the last time I switched it out (2 days ago) I used longer pieces parallel to the long part of the head piece in hopes that the additional area would strengthen it. The sticky velcro seems to give way on the glue side, not the velcro side-it starts sliding from the pull of the strap.

Had to change the base wrap a couple times and plan to try out DLD's mousepad mod soon. The last session was pretty rough for the last 45 minutes, good burn in the shaft. But also discomfort at the base due to the wrap just not being good enough. By the end of the 3rd session, it was hanging at 5.0" NBPFL, which pleases me. Definitely busting it up again. If I can keep up at this rate for a month I'm sure I'll have some good gains, but it's difficult-like taking 6 hours of medicine each day lol.

Also bought some baby oil for the jelqing and have been doing most of my extending at night so I can use the heat pad to warm up.
 
I'm definitely getting into jelqing. It's nice to be doing something with immediate short term results. Makes it look really fat after, and get big comments from the wife. I'm excited to see how jelqing progresses in my program and perhaps start adding the other crazy stuff (SSJ, Ulis, SupraSlammers, etc). How long should I wait do you figure before I start adding other things, I'm at a week of manual work (warming up and 300 jelqs/day)?
 
Only did 4 hours today. I really think it's important to get closer to 6 and wish it wasn't such a struggle *sigh* Replaced the velcro strap-it's always so nice at first, no problems, works perfect with zero slippage. I think I'm gonna keep track of that too, I'm curious how many hours or sessions I can get before it goes bad and needs replacement. Also did 300 wet jelqs this morning-using the baby oil for the first time. BIG difference (thus the previous comment). Jelqing is fun, gotta hold myself back from doing more.

I'm definitely seeing girth gains (at least temporary), I'm at 5 1/2" MSFG now.... That's bigger than my MSEG when I began! I totally dig the girth stuff. The girth is starting to show-getting harder to read the tension at the beginning when it's partially erect as it kind of overflows onto the bars. Haven't measured when it's erect for anything, but I'm betting girth is above 5.5" now. Also, on the 2nd session, I accidentally fell asleep sitting up-which was nice frankly, like a free 1 1/2 hour. I didn't even realize it til I checked the time then realized I'd been in it 90 minutes.

Also noted my dick has gotten a slight lean to the left-I believe this might have been from my leg strap weeks as it was tied to my left leg. Not much, but maybe a 1/2" off center. Figure I can probably correct it with same method on opposite leg. Didn't realize it, but noticed when wife pointed it out.

Only did 300 jelqs in the morning, no extending. Hopefully a day off now and then won't hurt too badly. Kind of worried that I'm not gonna have time today either. It sucks working 7 days a week, not conducive to a good Penis Enlargement program :( On the bright side, I'm done with my 300 jelqs per day week, tomorrow I start at 400.

Did try the vaseline and I don't like it. Went back to the baby oil, I definitely prefer that. Also tried out some different wraps. Tried some new gauze that claimed to stick to itself but not to your skin - LIARS! Didn't like it at all. Then I tried the T-shirt wrap. It's not bad, but was still too thin (maybe 18" strip) so I added my thick gauze to the outside of it and think it could be the best wrap yet. I'm gonna try it again today.

Cut myself off cold turkey from measuring... which is nice. Measuring can be addictive, I'm sure I don't have to tell anyone here that. Before I came here, I bet I could count on one hand how many times I had measured length, and I had never once measured girth. Now I think I care about girth possibly MORE than length!

Anyway, it's nice not to measure-it releases a burden of anxiety of failure, etc. But it's LOOKING bigger and I think that's what counts lol. The wife says it's getting bigger (and thicker). So she's my new "ruler" I guess, much more fun.

I still measure NBPSL though, again just to gauge the quality and progress of my stretch.

I did a 2 hour session, then (2) 1 hour sessions. The second 1 hour session was supposed to be 2, but the head got really numb, so I stopped when I noticed at an hour.
 
So this strap lasted 16 hours worth of extending and then was really weakening yesterday. So I'm changing it out today. So if I was doing this properly (6 hours per day) looks like I'd need about 2 straps per week to get a good hold.

Wasn't really laziness though, had to work all day then we had company then argued with my wife so I just wasn't in the mood lol. Going to change out the strap today and see if the sticky velcro holds on the head piece. In the past, the head piece velcro never got weak itself, just the adhesive. So I'm interested to see if it was truly just the adhesive or how long it lasts with my firmer method of the head piece velcro.

Hey Cray Doc, what are your wrapping recommendations because I have bought the Male Edge Pro product and at times it seems to slip. Occasionally I feel like it gets the right fit around my penis but what do you recommend?

Slippage is really more of a strap issue I think-are you using the velcro mod? If you are just using the strap it came with, then I know of no way to avoid slippage-the strap is just poor engineering. So switch to the velcro mod if that's the case. On the wrap it's more of a comfort issue, and comfort with the unwrap as well. So I like a softer gauze for the inner wrap-not the stuff the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] comes with. Gauzes like the latter will stick to your skin a little and can be a little painful to take off. So you get a soft cottony gauze for the inner wrap. Then I use a very thick gauze on top of that, with maybe 2 revolutions/wraps of that gauze (ah and really it's 4 wraps, I forgot-I folded it in half so it's only like 1 1/2" wide I think). Get a little head swell and it really should be comfortable for up to 2, maybe 2 1/2 hours at high tension. Longer at lower tension.

Cool, just be careful with it, like you may have read from me-it's weak at the clear plastic and will snap if you're not careful! Not really a problem til you get to high tension though (2000g or more). Very easy to use though, and I have 2 back up pieces right now in case mine breaks-for free. The customer service (send free parts quickly with no problems/questions) mixed with the ease of use (telescoping tubes) outweighs the weakness factor to me.
 
Life got in the way again.
I did some good jelqing-400 wet jelqs and 3 Ulis again.
Also noticed 1 or 2 "red spots" which I think I've read about, so maybe I'm overdoing it a little. No pain or anything, but I'd like to avoid discoloration issues that I've read from others.
I got zero extending in though-very disappointing. I literally had no time for it, was doing things all day that couldn't be avoided.

Agreed, one roll of velcro should last 200 or more hours. So with that in mind, you might need maybe 4 rolls of velcro to do a full [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] program. I don't think you need it for the first 5 weeks as the tension is low enough to make the straps usable. They have sent me extra straps for free due to breakage and I think they'd keep sending them (so it says $35 for a strap or something crazy but they give them out for free if you have defective/breaking straps) but it's pointless as the straps even when fresh allow for lots of slippage, they are worthless.

Velcro is the only way to go and I don't mind changing it out every 15-20 hours, I just was curious how long it actually lasts.

No, nothing like that. I just called the # from my credit card statement, they transferred me in about 5 seconds. Told the guy what happened, had brand new pieces for free 3 days later.

I got mine today! Did (2) 1 hour sessions, with a 3 min break to restore circulation between them (1500g). Good product, easier and simpler than other [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] out there. I got some questions for you doc:

after 5-10 minutes, my glans would get cold.... is there a problem with that?

what do you mean by head swell? Is that good? Does it means that circulation is cut to the head?

Is it ok to do 2 hours nonstop?

On the glans being cold-I don't really think that's a problem. Problems would be-head going NUMB or head turning too purple. If either of those happen I'd say take it off, take a break and try to wrap and strap differently.

By "head swell" I mean, once you moderately pull the noose through on head piece (before attaching it to outer tubes), you want to stimulate yourself a little to get 50% erect or so, then squeeze blood into the head so it "swells" then while squeezing (shaft) with one hand, try to strap the head in to trap the blood in there to keep it swelled. Then now that you have head swell, and have tightened the noose, then click the head piece onto outer tubes and increase tension and length as desired. Are you using the velcro or the straps? At 1500g you probably don't need the velcro yet-but I think the strap cuts off circulation more than the velcro so personally I think the velcro is also safer.

As far as "2 hours nonstop" I'd say that's your call. If you're doing everything right, I don't see why you couldn't do 2 or even 3 hours at 1500g. More than 2hours is pushing it once you get to 2100g or more. But at 1500g, I'd say 2 hours should be fine. But again-this is more an issue of safety-you just need to see how you feel, and that it's not numb and how it looks (not purple) to make that call. Keep us updated Dorsay :)

EDIT: one last thing-I'd go more than 3 minutes on the break. For an hour, no big deal. But later (higher tension or longer than an hour) I'd do more like a 20 minute break to ensure good blood flow / restored circulation.

Thanks for all the advice my friend! It has been very helpful to me. I haven`t had time to buy velcro strips yet, but I`ll do it. How do you increase the tension without taking the head piece off? It says in the manual to slowly push the elongation bars but it doesn`t go...

You can increase tension in 2 ways:
1 slide the outer bars forward one notch like they talk about, one at a time til it clicks into the next hole.
2 move the head piece forward one notch on the outer bars.

Either way, you do need the outer bars out 2 or more notches on the inner bars to get any spring effect. So you either start with them at 2 or more notches out, or move them out once head piece is attached. Otherwise you get no spring. Then to add tension, you use one of the two methods (or both) above.
 
Did a measurement today also-with little expectation due to my fucking up the whole last week lol.

I was right: No gain on length, but I guess at least I didn't lose any.... I'm still at 6.5" NBPenis EnlargementL

However.... I've gotten good GIRTH GAINS!! I measured in at 5.75" MSEG at maybe 90% erection.

So I'm really pleased with that-that's a 1/2" MSEG Gain in just 3 months. From what I've read, that's pretty good and fortunate. So I can't whine about the lack of length gain too much-but hopefully I'll get more determined on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]!!
 
K I did adequate yesterday finally... and I do think that week of fucking around cost me as I've had no increase in length and am probably lucky I didn't lose some of my previous gains (still at 6.5" NBPenis EnlargementL).

Did 400 jelqs in the morning, but tried to do longer ones, like 3 seconds instead of fast jelqs. They strike me as more dangerous and I did get a red spot. So I think I'll keep mixing it up.
