K, so I've been really sloppy lately and I'm thinking maybe creating some accountability might shape me up. So, inspired by J1L's log, I'm gonna try to post daily what I accomplished (in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]) and hopefully reveal the gains that it brings once a month or something.
I'm very behind schedule (you can see my goals and timeline below) and I really would like to do at least 4 hours every day-even though it's supposed to be 6. I did nothing the last 2 days and it's bothering me as I've already logged well over 100 hours and now I'm getting all sloppy when the real good gains should be starting to happen... I was always a good starter and good at giving up at the finish line. I really don't want to do that with Penis Enlargement. And I don't want to be so inconsistent that it takes 2x or 3x longer to reach my goals than it should take!
So to start, I'll give a current status report.
I really doubt I've gained any since my last measurement last month... but it's possible I've gained on girth, I just really don't want to measure just yet.
Currently I'm doing a bit of jelqing (300/day with days off for about 1/second per jelq, 80-90% erect).
But mostly I'm trying to focus on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
So for example, currently I've done:
2 hours today (so far).

@ 2,600g.
Currently on the male edge, which I recently reinforced to avoid any more fragility issues, I will pull the outer rods out about 3-4 clicks, then put on the head piece. Then over the next 10 minutes, I can increase the tension quite a bit, keeping it around 2400g, and then finally I "top out" and I push it a little past 2400g for the majority of the session, usually until I can't take it anymore (discomfort) which lately is about at 2 hours.
After this 10 minute adjustment period (where I continue to increase tension/stretching as the penis relaxes), I leave it alone. However, at this type of tension, I usually add some tape to the head piece (where it connects to outer bars) as it can slip out at this high tension or rather the head piece can pop off. A little electrical tape solves this problem and ensures that nothing changes, even if I'm active (under clothes) and doing normal day-to-day stuff.
Then all I have to worry about, is people in public seeing a big penis head bulge through my clothes, which happens a little and I don't mind when it's a sexy girl lol. I will edit if/when I do more time today so it's accurate and today is all in one post. I'm really hoping posting like J1L will inspire me to have something (honest) to say everyday, I certainly don't want to post "Ya, I fucked off again today, no stretching " very often, so we'll see how well it works to involve the forum in my lofty goal of 6 hours (4 is the minimum, 6 is the real goal) per day...
