Additionally I did some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] pumping with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s inbetween, and a bit of expressive [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] stretches.
I got some nice expansion from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] sessions (1/2"-3/4"), but during and after the sessions EQ always went down... I edged afterwards for 30 minutes or so, and to achieve/keep an erection (which was still only at 90%), I needed lots of manual work. This would become better after a day or two without pumping.
But for the last few days, after noticing some small gains in BPFSL, there seems to be a different problem. When I try to get an erection, the penis will start to become engorged, but not really hard, and it almost seems like the very base of my dick is very, very thin and too weak to hold the engorged penis up.
Just now I remember that the exact same problem made me stop my attempts at PE last year. :(
Is this a common problem? Will it go away? Should I continue training or take a break? Any suggestions?

I'm thankful for any advice.

The base of the penis is easily built up by heavy downward stretching, hanging or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] use. It is strange that stretching would effect the base but in every case it does. You may also be experiencing some fatigue from your workouts which will improve as you go on. Are you separating your length workouts from the girth workouts?
 
i recommend keeping up your training. you will adapt to it. make sure you arent pumping for to long of sessions or to high intensity. doing those things was the only thing that ever decreased my EQ doing PE. start slow and work your way up to high intensity

I'm doing most of the length workouts spread over the whole day (taking 10-15 minute bathroom breaks at work). Girth workout I do in the late evening or night time. Should length and girth be separated more?
I hope it's only fatigue, but the feeling is a bit frightening.
So if I do more downward stretching the base should become bigger? Will it also make it stronger?

Thanks, maybe I went a little bit too intense with the pumping as it felt really good to see the temporary expansion. I hope you're right and I just have to adapt to the training.
 
try to do alternate workout 1 day on 1 day off and see if your dick respond better. Sometimes less is better. Some pple can train everyday like DLD and SUPRA I personally could not. Listen to your body and give it rest days. they are important as far as my body is made.

this happened to me to...i only had EQ problems the first time i started using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]. i was just overdoing it. i took my time and adapted to the new training and now it only improves my EQ. it has made my penis stronger once I began taking my time and not going to hard to soon. It seems this will happen for you as well b.c your EQ would improve after a couple days. take some time off from pumping. get back into and cut the time in half. PE isn't about the results you can get in one session. we have all learned it is what you can get from months of training...and it pays off :)

After three days of not pumping things seemed to be normal again. I did a pump session yesterday morning, and even though it wasn't very intense or long, got some fluid retention and a soft feeling erection in the evening. So I'm taking a break from pumping today. Maybe 1 day on, 1 day off is the way to go for me at the moment.
I do a couple of hundred short kegels throughout the day, but maybe that's not enough?
However, when I did tried too hard with kegels in the past, I also seemed to have a harder time of holding a good erection on the same day. Does this make any sense?
 
That's plenty of kegels. If you do so many that it becomes hard to get a good erection, it's because you've worked your PC muscle near exhaustion.

try to vary your kegel routine a bit. sometimes squeeze and hold for 5 seconds. sometime rapid fire kegels. go back and forth between a kegel and reverse kegel...many variations to be done

I like to keep girth and length in different sessions. Girth requires much more focus than length and I am able to concentrate better at night so girth has always been a nightly project while length I can do at anytime so I would try to get my main session in the morning and then try to get in as much as I can during the day.

I had some great expansion (from 5.25 inches to 6.25), unfortunately with some fluid retention as my last [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session was longer than 5 minutes.
But my erection quality was quite good and I kept edging for an hour, so I think I'm getting closer to finding a suitable way of doing girth work.

The temporary gains are the fastest way to make permanent gains but they can really throw you for a loop seeing such huge size and realizing it is not permanent yet. What is cool though is the temporary gains, if times right, can be used in sex.

And nothing gets the blood flowing once you take it off like some good jelqing. Unfortunately I can't do SSJs because it's impossible for me to go straight back to 100% eq right after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], but I do good, slow jelqs to get things going.

Jelqing will be a good alternative, the idea of the jelqing or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] is to keep fluid retention at bay and to increase tissue expansion. You just need to figure out how long you can pump before you need to get in some jelqing. In your case it may be 10 minutes so a good [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] routine would look something like:

10 Minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words]
5-10 Minutes of Jelqing

10 Minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words]
5-10 Minutes of Jelqing
 
That's how I've been doing it. Thinking of bumping it up to Monday through Friday so I get 5 on and 2 off with it in the morning, then an hour of length work at night.

I wasn't able to get the same kind of expansion in the last sessions, only got to 5.75-6, but with less or almost no fluid retention, so I guess it's good.
Last night I wore the tight clamp for a few hours until I woke up and got rid of it, because of the discomfort it was causing. But in the morning I was still pumped AND to my surprise was not too fatigued to get a decent erection and do some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s. Maybe it's a sign, that I got more conditioned now?
My only problem right now is the limited time I have. When I come home late at night, I have to decide, if I want to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] or the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Sizegenetics[/words]. Don't get too wrapped up into post girth size, you want to gain a bit past normal but it will not always be the same expansion but as long as there is some you will be making gains. When you do experience fatigue do not attempt girth work, jump right into length work as this is the best time to stretch, when there is fatigue present. PE is give and take and it is important to know when to train girth and when to train length. In the end they support one another and both will bring complimentary gains to the other.

It's very plausible to add only length without any girth if you just stick with stretching. That's how it's gone for me every time.

Hell I could've written a book years ago on exercises after all that I've learned from being here. It's just now I'm really dedicated, and I don't have daily sex anymore. It'd be impossible to put in this much work and still have a good sex life. If only I would've started back with this the moment I chose to be celibate lol

Those monks do some hardcore hanging. I read somewhere that the goal is to render the penis useless in sex as a gift to God.

Not sure why they'd do that. One of the main points of Buddhism is that no god can save you from yourself. That's why monks dwell in meditation while making as little impact on the world as possible, in order to end their string of karma and reach nirvana. I bet there are some Greek goddesses who may enjoy them though lol

I think the reason is just what you stated, they want to avoid karma issues that easily develop in sex. Rendering their penis useless in sex is a great gift towards reaching Nirvana. I think it shows the ultimate commitment in someone who is celibate.
 
Well then it wouldn't be an offering so much as a sacrifice that you learn is actually meaningless. Similar to the story of a monk who vowed to not lay down until he reached enlightenment. He stayed up, nonstop, even when he slept. Eventually he developed an eye disease that could only be treated if he laid down (we're talking 2000 years ago, so medicine was still primitive and an operation like that would've been a bitch), but he still refused to do so, keeping to his vow. It came to be that he went blind, but upon doing so he reached enlightenment by giving up all attachments, even his own sight.
