The following is a new routine I shall be starting in June '12. I will follow this for approx 6 mths, then reassess and take it from there, depending on any gains.
My schedule will run as thus:
• 4 weeks on > 2weeks off.
• Weeks 1,2,3 and 4, I will be concentrating on length.
• Weeks 5 and 6 will be rest weeks. (with mild stretching in the bath)
• Weeks 7,8,9 and 10, will be concentrated girth work. Another 2 week rest, for a total of 12 weeks, before repeating the cycle again for another 12 weeks.
I've been using this kind of schedule set up for a good while now and finds it suits me quite well.
My routine as follows
• Length Days •
Warm up - 15mins •
Stretch out, 10 Keqels, 10 circles to the left right down out, helicopter shakes. Repeat x4 •
Jelq - 30rep •
Bundled stretch - 5 sets 40secs •
Hanging - 20mins from base, 8 1/2lbs •
Warm up - 10mins •
Jelq - 30rep •
Hanging - 20mins from under glans, 8 1/2lbs •
Warm up - 10mins •
Jelq - 30rep •
Bundled stretch - 5set 30secs •
Hanging - 20mins from under glans, 8 1/2lbs •
Warm down - 7mins •
V-Jelq - 50rep •
Jelq - 40rep •
Rest 30mins - Edge 30mins •

• Girth Days •
Warming up - these are done in a hot bath •

These pics show my, before to approx. a month ago, progress.
In the 1st pic, I was at 6.3" BP. You will see also, from my 1st pic, I was still pumping at that time; hence purple discoloration etc.
The second pictures is when I was 7.6" BP.
I will try to put some pics up at a later date, when I can hold my erection long enough to get a good shot with the ruler. Unfortunately whenever I go to take a shot with my camera, my erection drops 1/2" !!
