The following is a new routine I shall be starting in June '12. I will follow this for approx 6 mths, then reassess and take it from there, depending on any gains.

My schedule will run as thus:
• 4 weeks on > 2weeks off.
• Weeks 1,2,3 and 4, I will be concentrating on length.
• Weeks 5 and 6 will be rest weeks. (with mild stretching in the bath)
• Weeks 7,8,9 and 10, will be concentrated girth work. Another 2 week rest, for a total of 12 weeks, before repeating the cycle again for another 12 weeks.

I've been using this kind of schedule set up for a good while now and finds it suits me quite well.

My routine as follows :)

• Length Days •

Warm up - 15mins •

Stretch out, 10 Keqels, 10 circles to the left right down out, helicopter shakes. Repeat x4 •

Jelq - 30rep •

Bundled stretch - 5 sets 40secs •

Hanging - 20mins from base, 8 1/2lbs •

Warm up - 10mins •

Jelq - 30rep •

Hanging - 20mins from under glans, 8 1/2lbs •

Warm up - 10mins •

Jelq - 30rep •

Bundled stretch - 5set 30secs •

Hanging - 20mins from under glans, 8 1/2lbs •

Warm down - 7mins •

V-Jelq - 50rep •

Jelq - 40rep •

Rest 30mins - Edge 30mins •

Warming up - these are done in a hot bath •

These pics show my, before to approx. a month ago, progress.

In the 1st pic, I was at 6.3" BP. You will see also, from my 1st pic, I was still pumping at that time; hence purple discoloration etc.

The second pictures is when I was 7.6" BP.

I will try to put some pics up at a later date, when I can hold my erection long enough to get a good shot with the ruler. Unfortunately whenever I go to take a shot with my camera, my erection drops 1/2" !!

I have not looked at it like that. Nearly 2" in a year! All my hard work is starting to pay off now. Don't get me wrong I've still got along way to go.

Yeah, I was a bit nervous loading up pics. But my girlfriend pointed out that it does make a big difference to people using these types of boards and possibly encourage others to have more faith!

I am hoping I'm one of these people that can gain 3+ inches, just to show the world that it can be done, through trial and error and persistence. It will all be documented on the site too.

Anyway, I've not stuck to my routine for a few weeks now. Basically I slacked off when I got to 7.6 bp. I've only been doing basic maintaince work. I'm gonna do a weeks length, two weeks girth of my routine above, just to see if I can maintain my current stats. Then I'm taking 3 weeks off. Then it will full steam ahead into the new routine in June.

I'm gonna see what the ruler says, if alls good I will upload pics with the results.

Unfortunately I don't have any pics of when I started at 6.2inches. I just was trying to get to grips with it all in the beginning although I have pics from 6.7in onwards as that's when I started to take notes.
 
A very well done, at 1.6*0.4, you are well in the upper quartile of gainers and approaching the elites such as DLD, Red, Crazy Doc, Papyris.

Since my recent Penis Enlargement issue, in the past two weeks, I've half come to the conclusion that; my body is telling me that I need to perhaps rethink what I am doing.

So, in light of this, I've been looking into DLD exercises and after trying them out, all I can say is: WOW! Im going to experiment more with them, in the near future, until I get to grips with them all.

Last night I tried two of them. The first being DLD'S Bundled Double Tunica. I got a really good stretch, infact I think it was the best stretch I have had to date!

Then I tried the Plyometrics Blasters. I really liked it, in fact they are out of this world! I've tried doing the A stretch in the past, but I just didn't have enough length to get the full benefit (I felt) but I do now :-)

After 6 sets of both exercises, I have never seen myself hang so low, I don't think. It felt really great! And the good feeling continued in to the next day (today) I can't remember the last time I felt so good about Penis Enlargement,

I'm off away in a couple of weeks. So ill be resting for the duration. When I get back I'll be starting a new routine, but now I'm going to revise it to incorporate these exercises.

I would give DLDs 'gain 1 in 12 wks' a go. But last November, I had a bit of an incident from pumping, where I had a small spot on my shaft (infected hair follicle) and it actually burst and I lost a bit of blood lol. That kinda put me off for a while on pumping. As 7 months on, I still don't think it's healed properly because I'm always exercising it. I might feel better about it next year though.

In the meantime, I feel really happy I've found this forum. It's given me alot of faith that I can reach my goals. Not to mention, new ideas to incorporate into my routine, which I think I really needed!

I do think, that with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]/DLD on my side I have a good shot at hitting my long-term goals and they've given me the boost to push through and get into the double digits :D

Basically, I don't think there's anything special I actually DID. I think rest, consistency and mental determination are key here. I found a routine and stuck to it. Even if I felt down, crap etc. I still just got on with it. I periodically switched up my routine every now and then too. Plus I made some health changes in the new year, I think that helped alot. But overall, it's being consistent and adequate rest periods. Think months, years not days, weeks!

Well it certainly was special when you consider that inch+:) Mental determination is where it all comes from, with a smart routine and a determined outlook inches can be made!

Exactly! Although if you said that to me over a year ago, I probably wouldnt believe you! The early days are hardest, but it's the same for whatever you do in life. See it, think it, believe it, BE IT! Haha

Note to me.

1 hour after the workout, had a bit of pain running along top of my shaft to the glans. Still woke up with good morning woody and a nice big hang! There's no pain now :)

Just done 30mins of edging. Definetly feel a lot longer got both hands all the way around my shaft with a bit of my glans sticking out! My hands are 7.2" when both together. But I think I've lost abit of girth down the line somewhere grrrr.

Corr! I'm still feeling sore from that last workout I did, must be a good sign?
I've never really been sore from any workout I've done in 2years!

It will be 3 days today and I still can feel it, but feels good in a good way. I've got a really good feeling about this :)

I think I'll give it 2 more days to heal before I do those exercises again though. Im just going to do some slow Jelqs for the 2days and see how I'm feeling after that.

My morning wood and EQ is up aswell, so I'm pleased about that too :-)
 
Way to be consistent! Keep motivated and those gains will come !

I've been thinking about doing some slow Jelqs with mild stretching when I'm in the bath on my rest days to keep the blood flow good from after hitting out on my workouts. + The Jelqs helps from wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] wrap all day long.

Your working with a mean routine! It's making me wonder if I should add some things to mine,I'm gonna wait until I measure though, if I don't see at least a quarter inch gain at my 30 day mark I'll make some adjustments. I know your a bit discouraged about the amount of work your getting in before your break but at least your not missing days and everything counts; you may just gain nicely during your break.

I agree. I love how there is a lot of variety, keeping things fresh and the intensity seems very progressive. My newest routine is similar in the way there is a lot of change and movement, keeping it very fun.

Yeah I'm always mixing up my routines, can't seem to stick to any. This year it's been a bit of every thing! I've started to look back at what I'm doing different and see what is making my gains. It's been on my mind for a while now. Basically It's all what iv been thinking about, think its draining me a little. Ive got a really good feeling with taking this break! I was full on for 2months then I took a 2weeks rest. Then I had a 1/2" gain. Then 2weeks back in it I gained 1/4" more.
But it feels different. Now iv never felt so worked and with good morning wood, my EQ is right up. The thing is I know I'm sitting on a winning ticket :)
 
I was thinking about your mode of operation a bit earlier and was thinking of possibly going for a few weeks straight and then taking a break. If I don't see a decent amount of gains at the end of this 12 weeks on my current routine, I'm gonna down for almost anything at that point.
 
Well I'm back after a 2week break. God! I'm feeling so dam pissed off!! Don't know what's happening. Well I just measured up fuck iv lost size BPenis EnlargementL is down by 1/2 an inch girth is down also my EQ is shit! Don't know what it is I thought I gained some through my break as I was getting really good readings with my hands. I really am confused right now. Don't know if it's because iv still got jet lag or what! just don't know what to do now! Sorry guys just feeling right down at the moment..
 
Right I've been doing alot of thinking 2day about why I have not gaind and lost size!
I'm not going to let this stop me I know better then that ive come all this way and there's no way I'm going to let a small set back stop me!
What iv been thinking of is why I have not gaind and hopefully this will put my theory to the test. I put this down to 3 things, what iv not been doing for the last month or so, since the beginning of the year when I started to gain.
The 3 things that I have stopped is
1. My diet
2. Weight lifting
3. Vitamins

I stopped doing this about a month or so ago, as ive been way to busy with getting ready for this holiday.
I'm thinking of a new routine to do and it's going to be full on as I'm going for every thing I can at this point to get my gains back and more...
Will post my new routin up when I have finished constructing it!

What stretches are you doing for your tunica? Are you doing your bundles straight out and what are P blasters? I'm asking because in a week or so I'm going to replace and add some exercises to hopefully prevent a plateau.

All im doing for tunica, nothing special, just a basic tunica stretch. Abit like "DLDs bundled double tunica" but without the "bundled". I do them before i do any intense stretching to loosen me up abit.

Yeah, i do all my manual stretches straight out.

P Blasters are; DLDs Plyometrics Blasters - i just call them that.


Im working on a new routiune at the moment, to target/work as much penis as I can in one routine. Im trying to fit multiple stretches in this routine and the only way I can do this, is in 3 different stages. So the routine will be; 3 stages. Each stage will be for 2weeks. The 1st stage will be working on "length & girth". Stage 2 will be working on "length" and stage 3 will be working on "girth". Then repeat the 3 stages again.

I shall be starting this next week :)

This week, so far, has just been warming up after my 3 week long break, and to get prepared for it.

I will have to make adjusts as I go through the stages, so I wont be posting the full routine until the end of the 6 week cycle. But I will post up the individual exercises, on a day to day basis as I go along.
