I've never sat while hanging. In my (hanging room) I don't have anything high enough to sit on. Plus I figured I crush my nuts rofl . I might have to get something though cause standing does get tiresome at times. I'm not much of a book reader but I love my movies. I DVR a lot of movies and shows to watch just for hanging time.
 
BTC hanging is worth trying. It's my preferred position. Just need a comfy chair your can scoot your butt near the edge of. Then, you prop your feet on something in front of you of a similar height to your chairs seat. This tilts your pelvis to the correct angle for Between The Cheeks and gets the weights off the floor.

Actually there is no better hanging position to continually hit the ligaments than Behind the Cheeks. This will allow for ligament stretching pretty much forever. There is no position further back than BTC and as you can imagine the ligaments being no only stretched but the natural fulcrum of the pelvic bone only increases this intensity.

The only thing that gets me is the skin stretch. I tried it with light weight but I only got skin strerch and it hurt. So I stayed hanging SD. It still worked for me to gain but I wanted to get comfortable with BTC hanging. I'll try again once I get my schedule set.

Thank you for this post ! tried it yesterday, felt very very comfortable and nice stretch.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 27lbs. 1st and 2nd set went by without any problems but by the end of the 3rd set I almost bowed out or at least considered dropping my weight but I was able to get thru it.
Now I'm going to whine for a second. You guys hurt my feelings. Nobody said anything about my increase in hanging weight or the fact that I'm showing an increase in length by 3/8 of an inch. What's up? Where's the love? Naw I'm just messing :) it's all good.

I always forget to include them. That's why we need threads like these and old timers like DLD and SWM2 lol. Kidding, kidding.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 27lbs. Those last few minutes of sets 2 and 3 are pretty tough. Still able to get thru them but takes some good effort. Nothing painful or anything just a good stretch burn. The "gooch" as runningignus called it is on fire by the end of the 3rd set. I can almost feel heat coming off of it.

Are you still just hanging straight down or including some twists and other angles?

No I'm just hanging SD for now. I'll try to incorporate some as time goes on. I'm getting such good results right now I'm just going to hold true for now.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1 st and 2nd set I hung with 27lbs and I got about 5 mins into my 3rd with 27lbs but had to drop a 2.5lb plate to finish the set. I reached my fatigue point this morning. I couldn't go any further with 27lbs so I finished it up with 24.5lbs.

Hey brothers. It's been awhile since I've been on here, last Thursday as a matter of fact the day before our big snow. We got 14" Friday. That's the most snow we've had at one time since 98' so it's been a big deal. I have been keeping up with my hanging just haven't took the time to log in, just been busy.
I'm still hanging 3 sets 15 min each. Except for the last 3 days I was hanging with 27lbs but I was getting really fatigued and my EQ has been a little weak so I've dropped 2.5lbs to 24.5lbs. Going to hang with that for awhile to see if my EQ gets better.
Just wanted to let everyone know I'm still here just been busy but still hanging.

I know my updates are kinda boring but I guess when everything is going good and steady there's really not much to report. Everything is feeling good. Wrapping is good, malehanger feels good. Still getting fatigued towards the end of my 3rd sets. I feel like right now I'm at the right weight. Everything going good brothers. Hope all is going well with you.

You can get there. I never thought in a million years I could hang 20 lbs let alone 24.5lbs to 27lbs. I even hung 30 lbs for 5 minutes once which, when I started hanging, thought was impossible. One of these days I hope it's my daily hanging weight.
I don't plan on measuring again til the end of April or the first week in May. That'll be 6 months since I started hanging almost daily. Plan on taking a week off of hanging to make sure EQ is 100% to get the most accurate measurement.
 
Past 2 weeks I barely did anything. Before that it was non stop but I really didn't update. Once I get in the groove, I'll start again but sometimes you have to keep your mind clear.

Your doing great man. You'll be at my weight real soon. I gotta start again lol.

Yeah sometimes it's hard to get up at 4:30 in the morning to hang for an hour before work. There's been plenty of times I wanted to just forget it. Sometimes I struggle with the mind games of whether I'm just wasting my time and that this never going to work. Then on the other hand I'm afraid to miss more than a day or two cause of what I might lose and miss out on so I keep going. My ultimate goal and time frame is 1 year to see where I get to that's why I don't like to measure that much. I don't want to get discouraged because I didn't gain one month to the next. I know hanging will work but I also know it takes time. So onward I go.

I am so proud that you have what it takes to get up an hour early. This type of commitment is what every man should have. When I was in my active gaining states I was always willing to go to bed later, get up earlier, skip going out, etc. whatever I could do to get in more PE. For me it paid off big, 2" in six months? Amazing by any standard. Keep up the good work and it is awesome Stillwantmore is guiding you through this!

Two for one, getting a bigger dick and helping others. That's pretty cool that a little guy like me (no pun intended ) could help others reach their goals but there are so many on here that have helped me hopefully I can return the favor and hopefully I can gain what I'm after to further inspire others.

That being said I did take off this weekend due to some stuff going on but was back at it this morning;

Hung 3 sets 15 min each with 24.5lbs. I couldn't get comfortable with it this morning to go any higher in weight but still got a good hang. Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to add more.

When I first started PE in 2008 I was 6" NBPEL. I half assed did it for years and when I started hanging last October I was at 6 7/8" NBPEL. I measured Jan 18 and I'm at 7 1/4" NBPEL. Hanging using the Malehanger has made a huge difference for me.
 
Well after all the positive feedback I got from DLD for being committed I feel bad for this past week. I started getting sick around Monday and for the next few days I felt horrible. So needless to say I didn't do any PE for most of the week. I did start back on Friday but Tuesday - Thursday nothing. Sorry guys. Just barely had enough strength to get out of bed.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st set I hung with 22lbs 2nd set hung with 24.5lbs and 3rd set hung with 27lbs. Felt good to hit the 27lbs again.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st and 2nd set hung 24.5lbs. 3rd set hung 27lbs. Feels good to get back at. Still wanting to get to the 30lb mark in the next month or two.

Hung 3 sets 15 min each. 1st set hung with 24.5lbs, 2nd set hung 27lbs, 3rd set hung with 27lbs for first 10 min for the last 5 mins I added another 5 lb plate for total 32 lbs. Wow that was intense. Good session.

Thanks. That was really intense though. I don't know if I could do that every time just yet, I just kinda go with how the rest of the session feels and today was good so I tried it. Man did it pull my inner dick out. I stayed petruded out for over an hour when I got done it was awesome.

You will get there again. Once we do something once we realize it is possible and it will be that much easier when we go for it again. 32 pounds is a great weight to be hanging so there is no rush. You have been steady so far, keep it up, keep it safe and keep it growing!

I agree. Testing the waters is the only way to know what we can do. If we don't keep pushing the envelope we'll never know what we can do. It wasn't too long ago I thought 30lbs was so far out of reach. Now not only did a hang 30 lbs I've went 2 lbs over. I know it wasnt for a complete session but now I know I will get there. Now I need to start thinking what my next goal will be.
