I went back a page or two and looks like you corrected everything, I wouldn't go up no more than 1 or two pounds a week and if you take a few days off you might have to lower the weight a little bit since your soft tissues and attachment point can lose some of their conditioning. I know exactly how it is to get over zealous and be chomping at the bit to make some gains. You were right though hanging is an art and a science.
