Nah, not all the time, once maybe every few weeks. It only happens when enough air gets caught behind the ligaments and I guess it takes more time for this to happen to me. I have never gotten them from flaccid stretching.

Any specific type of wrap for expressive stretching with the lengthmaster? Would I be fine with just using the sleeve as I would for normal stretching. Also are mandingo stretching and btc expressive stretches ?

You will have to try different wraps or a combination of a wrap with the sleeve if you’re going to do Lengthmaster expressive stretching. (Or low point connection) If you’re going with DLD Hole Stretching then I would use nothing but your hands and no wrap is required. These are two completely different exercises so if you’re having any issues please just ask a question.
 
How to manually do this?

Grip at the extreme base of your penis and stretch from there. Be sure that all skin is pulled up above your stretching point. Do you want to stretch to go to internal penis not skin.

I've done it yesterday and today andI enjoyed it. I derived sexual pleasure too.

all i did was to pack all my junks including d eggs and stretch from the very base. I also used d oda hand to pull out my penis in a bundled stretch. Is that ok or extreme?

Can anyone explain how to do expressive with the power assist ring ?

This is called DLD Hole Stretch. You place your penis through the ring and push it firm against your pubic bone then using the other hand reach deep as you can into the internal penis. Then you just simply stretch the internal penis from there. The ring exposes internal penis.

Is there any sort of visual representation of this on the site ? When you say push it against the pubic bone we are talking about the top of you crouch ?and when you say reach as deep as you can into the internal penis wouldn’t I still be gripping my external shaft in this situation?

There is no video of this but it’s very easy to understand. You put your entire penis including your balls through the hole pressing the lengthmaster against the pubic bone. Now you’re able to grip the exposed internal penis and effectively stretch it.
 
@DLD how many reps, sets would you recommend for this exercise, and how long to hold the stretch for?

I try not to count what I do is I set an alarm for 10 to 15 minutes and I’ll get as much done in that time as possible without counting. If I can’t I can’t concentrate on visualization which is so important.

All I have is a Bib. Has anyone used a Bib low on the shaft for this expressive stretching? I know from his forum, Bib seems to find base hanging worthless.

Some idiot at TP who is a moderator also dismisses the theory of inner penis, calling it "unsubstantiated hypothesis." Sorry if I've broken rules here - let me know if I have and I'll correct my actions in future posts.

So if anyone has any opinions on the Bib for low shaft hanging, I'd love to hear it.

They don't understand obviously how expressive stretching is done using either a power assist or lengthmaster.

Bib is correct in that a hanger would be pretty useless in doing much, and you would get allot of skin stretch at the base. I have done that like over 17 years ago when starting out with a Bib hanger, not knowing what to properly do, getting my feet wet at the time.

However, the comparison with base hanging and stretching expressively shares only one thing in common ... the word BASE, that is all.
Expressive stretching is done BEHIND THE BALLS, the entire package must be expressed through the loop of a PA or LM device, this is impossible in any hanging device, they cannot get a grip behind the testicles, it simply cannot, and will not be possible.

In that case, those who simply dismiss these are ignorant at best. The whoever it was over at TP that dismissed the theory of inner penis is just a clown, because the medical establishment knows that inner penis exists, its in medical textbooks, you can see it on medical scans, even feel your own inner penis between the ball sack and butt hole. So the clown over at TP is just that, and probably sits around whining about how little he has gained, and how DLD is so egotistical right! :)

So, I would stay clear of hangers on the base. It will promote skin growth. But use a PA or LM for expressive work behind the balls as has always been the recommendation.

there is a video somewhere in the video section I’m not sure where. But I’m sure somebody would shoot a quick video for you. Or you could go to our YouTube channel and you can see how it’s done with a dildo. But it’s very simple you attach your length master at the base of your penis, clamp down and start stretching in every direction. That’s how simple they are but they are the most powerful expressive stretch around.

Think the best way is using a dildo on a mannakin, or use a pillow as the body, the dildo with balls. Can lightning do this? I dont have dildos around.

Yes he can do this and that’s a very good idea. I’ll catch up with him tomorrow and have him shoot some video showing how to do expressive stretching. I mean it’s really the easiest exercise to understand but I guess people need video so I’ll shoot some video
 
sorry i wasnt clear. I meant expressive stretch with the power assist. DLD mention above pushing into the pubic bone. Redzulu talks about pulling behind the balls.

two different expressive stretches. I believe that Red is talking about hole stretching where he pulls the whole package through the ring of the LM and stretches from there, a very powerful way to do it. The other way is to attach your Lengthmaster about a half inch above your base and from there stretch in every direction for as long as you desire, the more the better!
 
Brief explanation of the fulcrum stretches,i think I know about expressive and bundled stretching.Is the fulcrum stretching opposite ways 🤔
 
@DLD This may sound a little crazy, but...do you think there's a way to do all-day expressive stretching somehow? I'm thinking that if somehow there was a way kind of clip the PowerAssist in place or something in combination with the right ADS...

Or -- and possibly separately -- do you think there is anything extra to do SRT healing for the area targeted by expressive stretches?
 
All stretches can be expressive as long as it is a low grip. Low grip lengthmaster stretches or low grip extender stretches ate both smart ways to get more in
 
I saw this on a separate P.E. forum -- is this basically an argument for the importance of reverse kegels to combine with expressive stretches, or is the guy just wrong is his claims here?

"A urologist once showed me a very detailed anatomical diagram of the penis and explained why lig cutting doesn’t effect the erect penis. They cut the suspensory ligs at the front, but the penis is anchored by other ligs right the way back. Inner penis wont be pulled out by PE methods. The amount of tension needed to stretch all the ligaments holding it in place would damage the penis.
Length gains come from stretching the tunica or jelqing. Very rarely some guys make gains immediately post op after lig cutting and that is because they had an anatomical abnormality, in that they had short and tight ligs.
I’m sure people will continue to talk about inner penis and argue against what I’ve said, but if you feel your primary suspensory ligs at the front and then compare that to how tightly and firmly the penis is held against the bone the further you go back towards your anus, you’ll see a massive difference. The front ligs can be stretched, but I honestly can’t see how anyone could expect to stretch those further back and without stretching them, the inner penis wont come out.
But also it must be remember the frontal ligs are pretty superficial. If you stretch or damage the deeper ligs what is going to hold your penis in place. They are called “suspensory” ligs for a reason.
