Increase Your Length with DLD Expressive Stretching work for girth too? I have been thinking that when you stretch out the penis and when it contracts and heals that it adds length and girth slowly. I'm just thinking it is all. Its like stretching out a shirt, over time it gets longer and wider too.

During the winter it's hard because the balls shrink and it may become painful. Also you can pull the handles instead of the loop to get a powerful stretch.
