So I had a good streak of 14 days in a row of girth going, but then I missed some days. There was 72 hours in between my last girth routine and last nights. After 72 hours I still had 1/8" of added girth from my original measurement! That's pretty fuckin sweet! These seem like sticking gains to me. If I could get 1/8" every 2 weeks I would be amazed and would hit my goal in 2 months!

However, last nights session I did hit 6.25", but my penis seems tougher when doing horse squeezes. It doesn't feel like my penis is going to explode like the first 2 weeks. Strange, but just as long as I hit 6.25" and above post workout, I'm good. :)

I'm still going strong with my girth routine. I have 4 more days in my 2nd cycle before I rest again( 14 days on, 1-2 days off) As of last night I'm a tad above the measurements I was getting from the first cycle. Before my routine I am 5 13/16" and after the workout I am 6 3/8" so it is any where from 1/16" - 1/8" increase from last cycle.

I also found that I get a better workout if I do everything dry. I was using lube, but going at it dry makes for an easier grip.
 
Alright, my second 2 weeks set is over. I had 1/16" stick from that set for a total of 3/16" over 1 month in girth. 1/8" in the first 2 weeks and 1/16" in the second 2 weeks. That means I need to step it up a bit. In the first month I was aiming for a post girth of 6.25". Now in the 2nd month I'm going for 6.5" post girth.

If this is real gains, which I now will have to be cemented, then I'm at 5 11/16"
 
That is excellent news. Remember, gains slow as you gain and this is why new, more intense exercise becomes necessary. Train a routine until you tap out gains and from there you will need to increase intensity, time or revamp the routine.
 
So far so good in this 3rd 2 week phase, I'm 1 week into it. I've hit 6.5" post girth in my workouts and now my starting girth every workout is up to about 5 13/16". Hoping this will will stick as well. So as usual I will wait until the 2 weeks is up, wait 48-72 hours, measure and adjust as needed.

This method has been golden so far.
 
My third phase (6 total weeks) is over, no gains this time, so I'm still at 5 11/16". That is a 3/16" increase from when I started. I've been taking some days off and those gains are still there. Trying to think of what I should do next. I'm thinking I will stick with the everyday girth workout doing the horse squeezes, but I will add a cockring to the mix. So instead of just doing my workout and being finished, I will put on a cockring and keep it on hopefully all day until the next workout if its not uncomfortable.

I just hate to keep doing the same thing and expect different results, thats just insanity :) Hopefully a small change like this will jumpstart my gains, if not then its time for a new girth routine.

Any suggestions?? DLD

I would stick with what you are doing for another couple of weeks, six weeks on a routine is just not long enough. Sometimes gains can start fast, slow in the mid and pick up again at the end so I would stick with it since you already know it is working. AFter 8 weeks if there is no change then it may be time to revamp the routine. Do you have any equipment right now?

My best routine, by far, utilizes the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] in the smartest ways and gains come so much faster. Have you seen my 1 inch in 12 weeks workout?

Yes, I saw that routine, but I just don't have that kind of time put into Penis Enlargement. I have about 2 hours a day to dedicate to Penis Enlargement. Maybe I can slim that routine down into 2 hours someway?

2 Hours is plenty of time, the routine, time-wise, is mostly [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] use. You could cut a set from each part of the routine and it would still kick ass.

Then I'll do girth before bed.

Do you think this routine will produce good gains?
 
Alright, for about two weeks I was randomly doing pe not to committed. I lost 1/16", so I'm still at 5 5/8" girth. On Monday, I started clamping again, I've clamped everyday this week, 3 sets of 10 minutes. Its alot different type of temp gain then horse squeeze or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. It looks realer because its rock hard as opposed to a little soft. I've been getting less temp gain post workout than when I did the horse squeezed for sure but I get no fluid clamping. By the end of my clamping session I am about 6 1/16" in girth so around a 3/8" temp girth gain.

I will continue clamping for another weeks until I hit the 2 week mark and then rest a day or two. I like to see if I'm getting results rather then just go for months without measuring to find out what I'm doing is not working.

I'm using 3 clamps, I started with 2 but moved up. I put 1 on until about the 3 minute mark, then add the 2nd until about 6 minute mark then add the 3rd. And then for the last minute if I can stand it, I will put my legs together and cross them, then lean forward while sitting down. This moves the clamps up and forces blood up....WOW.
 
Sounds like you are finding your sweet spot! Good for you.
 
Alright, I'm so inconsistent with Penis Enlargement it makes me sick, BUT I'm not going to give up! I haven't done any thing since September and I lost 1/16" of that 1/8" so my girth is sitting at 5 9/16", oh well, it is what it is...damnit :/

So my new routine is pretty crazy. I'm doing 2-3 clamping workouts per day. In the morning, after work, and before bed. So my goal is to get a total of at least 60 minutes clamping time. I will also have a cock ring on inbetween each workout...SRT

Yesterday I started, my first workout was at 5pm, I did 2 - 10 minutes clamping sets and my second workout was around 10pm, I did 3 - 10 minutes clamping sets. 50 minutes total.

I just hope I can keep this up rather than get distracted or lazy and quit!!!

Yesterday 11/7/11.....2-10 in the a.m. 1-10 in the evening 3-10 at night total of 60 minutes clamping. I already did 2 sets this moring as well and it was definitely still showing temp gains from last night! I think one of the problems I had previously was that I ALWAYS measured EVERY workout. If I didn't see some sort of gain OR I saw a decrease, it would throw me off. So I deciced to put the measuring tape away for at least 1 month.

DLD, if your reading this, how long would you suggest I wait until I measure?
 
Measuring can become obsessive and sometimes it can even be so obsessive that we are not even seeing the real measurement. I remember very early in my Penis Enlargement I became obsessed with measuring. One day I was in the bathroom for hours measuring and Jen was outside the door peeking in the keyhole, I was so embarrassed. I was measuring over and over and each time the measurement got smaller and I got more fustrated. By the end of this obsessiveness I ripped my frenulum and had to stop Penis Enlargement completely for weeks! Jen told me I was just measuring and remeasuring over and over...so sad of a state to be in! I was a solid 8.5" at the time but the time I was done with this OCD attack I was like 5":) The brain can be very deceiving! The best way to describe this condition is an article I wrote after this happened called PDD or Penis Dysmorphic Disorder. I will try to find the article but for the time being I did fin a survey that was part of the post-study research I did on the article. I will try to find the article tonight.

The point is the body and brain can make huge miscalculations when obsessiveness is present in any situation. I eventually through my ruler away and stopped measuring for a few months to get my head straight. After that I started measuring only Bone-Pressed, Flaccid Stretched once a month and I would make official measurements once every 3 months after no Penis Enlargement for 24 hours. If you have to measure satisfy that obsession with a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement, this is always getting longer!
