I've been doing the short sets with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for the last few weeks and I just started hanging again today for 55 minutes. I can't feel the tunica stretch, but I did a exercise while hanging that killed the ligs.
I attached the hanger with 5lbs, used an empty dumbell handle, put the handle across the back of my legs while standing, and pulling my dick with hanger and weights between my legs over the bar and down. It was pretty intense especially when I would move my hips forward!

Conclusion: I like it because theres a lot of room, no pain, and no fluid.

Things are going well, hopefully I can do the full routine on weekends and at least half the length weekdays.

I've tried doing the hardcore stretches followed by the girth blasters but the fluid after the stretches is to great. I'm going to do this for 1 month straight before I measure, I figure I should have some sort of gains espcially if I do it everyday day!
