Any exercises to enlarge glans/head size?

I look to squeezes combined with kegels to cause expansion and forced release of the blood over and over to cause enlargement of the head. You could also look into edging and ballooning as ways to accomplish the same always keeping in mind that the kegel can excite the outcome of these exercises too.

I was thinking in this exercise: Get fully erect, kegel hard, clamp the base, and do a slow and strong jelq until below the head, and hold it for 20 seconds maybe?! 10 minutes of this, is too much DLD?

I did downward jelqs at one point, squeezing it all the way to the head. I don't know if it gives any permanent gains but when I got the head, the blood that was in my penis made my head really big (with my hand still jelqing). Redzulu also has an exercise called constricted vacuum boa's or something like that where you take a condom rim around your head and do girht work like that. I think you can also get pumps that focus on the head

Thanks for the feedback Mike! I read about the constricted vacuum boa's, and i'll give a try for sure! :)

I think it worked well! It is possible to see the head get bigger and bigger! The exercise is already included in my workout, let's see how it goes!

No I haven't tried them. I may add it in once I get to more advanced girth stuff. Right now I'm on a basic routine
 
Hello, guys!

After a long 4 year hiatus, traveling and studying, i'm back in the business for real. I hope i can count on you!

My size remains the same: NBPEL: 17cm / EG: 14,5cm

I did 150 jelqs for one week and last friday, 08/26/2016, through today, 08/30/2016, i started this routine:

Warm-up: 10 min hot shower;
300 jelqs - 90% erect;
10min of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words];
Warm down: 5min hot shower.

I'm only focused in girth right now, and my goal is + 1,5cm in girth. Maybe in the future an inch in length.

It happens sometimes... But just like cheat meals in bodybuilding, for me the important thing is getting RIGHT back to it and staying consistent.

Yeah, my cheats started to put weight back on me. I have to revamp my calorie intake again. I have an official weighing tomorrow at the doctor. IF and I mean, IF I am below 180 I will take pictures. If not, I will weight until I hit my goal weight. If I am 180 now then I definitely need to drop another 10 pounds. I am not going to stress it, I will let everyone know what happens tomorrow.

I think 170 is a good weight, DLD. How tall are you? I'm planning to hit 170 until the end of the year. I'm 155 now, 5'8.5''.

:( Well I did not get the news I wanted but it still was pretty good news. I am not at 170 yet. My last physical, 6 months ago, I weighed in at 226, today I weighed in at 184 so I am still 14 pounds too heavy. I am 5' 9". I figure 3 more months and I am going to start to add in aerobic and weight training to reclaim my muscles. I am extremely muscular when I drop the fat so I really look forward to the 170. I will continue to take pictures of my progress but I will not post until I am at 170.
