Hey wats up guys, been a member here for about 1 year, but not an active one at that. As for Penis Enlargement ive been doing it for off and on for about a year with no results do to my consistency. So ive finally decided to buckle down this time and really give it my all. Currently on the size charts i am 6inc. long and 5 in girth. so very average. My short term goal im going for is 7inc. after that hopefully eight. As for girth i wanna be atleast a 6.
As far as my routine goes i usually spend 45 minutes jelqing, 10 minutes stretching, and another 30 doing various grips and wall presses for girth. i will post some pics soon as i can , and also be logging my routine daily which will hopefully help me stay motivated.
 
Good luck dude! I'm a new starter myself, and its good to have realistic goals, just dont be dissapointed when they dont come tomorrow yeah?

Remember, different people grow at different rates... you might be a hard gainer, but that doesn't mean it won't happen. Persevere! I'll be maintaining my log here as well, so I'll monitor yours too to make sure you dont slip. Good luck!
 
glad to see that you are trying to dedicate yourself to a routine it can be difficult at times but if you stay with it...good things can happen...good luck to you on your pe journey.
 
thanks guys it does really help to have people backing you in life, especially something that has to be done so consistent like p.e. problem i always had with p.e is that i go to the gym daily and would be way to lazy after the gym to p.e plus after a hard work out your all turtled up. But now ive set my schedule up so one day i go to the gym i work on arms traps abs and the next day chest forearms back and legs. so instead of working out every other day busting my ass with all these parts of my bod all be splitting them up so i am not as exhausted.
 
just got done with the first work out. work out went good. warm up was a hot shower for about 15-20 minutes, stretches for 15 min. than jelqs for about 30-40 minutes.
 
well i guess i had a good work out cus i really couldnt jelq for a good 5 hours after the work out. jelqing kinda hurt my head this time around, but no pain no gain. i also like jelqing mostly errect feel like that gives me best results.
 
Cool, I haven't experienced any pain yet, but it sounds like I may well do. I'm not bothered, I'm in your camp, lets do whatever it takes! :)
 
did yesterdays workout for about and hour. warm up was sitting in the hot tub for and hour after lifting than, stretches for 20 and and jelqed for 40 minutes. got some red dots on my shaft so i know it was a pretty decent work out

see that's the key...you have to find something to keep you going...you have to have the will to...cuz just wanted a big dick to please the girls isn't gonna get you up everyday to do your routine...you really have to make it a part of your life in order to get the results you want...there are thousands of guys that find this site every year...but i'm sure the percentage that reached their ideal goal is very low due to the motivation factor...you have to enjoy doing pe...because noone is gonna stick with what they don't enjoy for to long...if you look at it as a chore then you are not gonna keep at it like you should...hope you find the motivation to keep pushing forward

you should make a list of all the things you want to get out of pe for example:
have women look at you and think your huge, to please woman, to have a bigger bulge, to fill out your underwear...anything that you think pe can help you in..write them all down and keep it somewhere you can look through the list when you start to feel unmotivated...i have a list of things to do for the year taped on my closet door so i see it everyday and one of those things is to stay consistent with pe...and so far it has worked...good luck
 
work out today consisted of a short work out before work of light jelqing and stretching before work about 30 or 40 minutes worth than came home showered and jelqed and clamped for about an hour. dick feels good and sore the who thing had a slight purple color to it during my warm down
 
Lots of good advice regarding how to motivate yourself to keep at it. It's tough for sure if you see it as a chore. I find it extremely enjoyable.

You might also visualize your dick no longer turtling after a work out in the gym. I am a lap swimmer, and my dick just hangs thick no matter how long I'm in the pool. It just doesn't turtle any more. This is all a result of my years of p.e.ing. Notice I said "YEARS." rofl

got done with work out tonight spend about 45 minutes not as much time as i like to spend but i did a lot more stretching tonight and jelqed for about 25 minutes. i plan on adding more girth excercises toward the end of the week, since i have been doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] on and off for about 2 months and constantly for the past two weeks. i need to start kegeling a lot more as i feel that would help erection quality a lot more and also aid in gains is this correct?
 
from what I understand, it will. I'm someone who's never done them before, and they're fucking hard! I can feel it twitch and complain at having to be used like that, but I hope I can get somewhere with it.

Let us know how you get on with them, maybe set some goals for yourself :) (kegels anyway)
 
Don't be too hard on yourself if you forget to kegel. Just do them whenever you think about it. A reverse kegel always bumps up my length by an inch or so. It's like giving myself a little gift.
 
wats up guys taking a break from pe today considering my erections arent as strong as they usually are. hey quick question, a reverse kegel is like the feeling you get when your pushing out a deuce correct?
