Been real bogged down with questions non stop. Sorry for my lateness. I would first ask, how is the compression between your grips? Are you able to squeeze together and see instant expansion and color change? If the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] is being done correctly we should look at the pumping session. Is it bringing expansion for the 6 minute set? Do you think maybe you are like some of the guys who can go longer in the tube? Some men are using a 10 on 10 routine, some going 20 pump alone and some even going beyond. I have found, for most guys the 5 on 5 is right on but there are going to be others who need more intensity, time and others who may be overtraining at the 5 on 5 level. I try to explore all areas of what you are doing because in theory you should be seeing similar gains to the average user, especially with your dedication.

So lets look at first, do you think you can take more or do you feel you may be doing too much? Next, is the exercise being used (in the case the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]) being done correctly and if so, is it the exercise for you? It is, IMO, the best girth exercise there is but you may respond better to a different method. Is there another girth exercise that you have tried that brought better post workout expansion? Also, how does your penis respond to long session of pumping, 15, 20 minutes?

One [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] member was having similar issues and he switched to a one handed jelq and solved the issue, something I would have never suggested, but for him it worked. There are Supra Slammers, another very powerful manual routine, as well as other advanced girth exercises by many of the forum greats. I have to be honest and say that there is a small group of men who seem to require greater intensity than the average man. These men usually venture into Clamping for greater expansion and pressure on the Tunica. I have a long record of advising against the need for more than necessary efforts but there are those cases that may require a more intense effort.

Lets take it slow and go through some of the trouble shooting above. From there we may want to change the way you are approaching girth.

I can definitely go in the pump for longer if the only concern is pain but i do get fluid build up. The girthblasters have brought me the most post workout expansion without fluid thus far, it's just frustrating that so many people get .5-1inch temp gains and i'm stuck with only .25.

Give the compression more intensity, you really want the tissue between the two compressed hands to expand. The more compression the faster the deformation and expansion of tissue. Lets take it part by part, try the extra compression and see where you are after that.

No, this is not true! You are holding yourself back from 6"...in some way you see this as being incredible thus holding it back, or making it acceptable not to make the gain. No, no, no! Get your mind out of that number and into another number....6.25" That is the new goal for temporary girth. How will this happen? Through your diligent and tenacious efforts in the physical nature of Penis Enlargement but it is going to be important to shoot a bit beyond the goal to demystify it. You will get better expansion, you are already feeling it! Now it is time to make it happen,,,no "It wasn't meant to be" bullshit....You are meant to be what you have decided to be, now you only need to believe it!

Keep at the isolated compression, reach deeper into the base, squash with more intensity against this expanding, ballooning state. It can and will be 6.25" when we have mastered this and applied the proper level of pumping to back up the expansion. I also think you could benefit from some long sessions of edging or ballooning, as I suggested earlier. Also, be sure you are supplementing correctly while keeping good diet and exercise. We will get there and I will be there with you!
 
are you kegelling the entire time?
do you kegel and squeeze then clamp with your hand?
I noticed that thats when the blood is trapped MOST in your glans
 
Very busy week, getting back on schedule now. I have started kegeling the entire session and trying to focus my squeeze more.
