Yeah I've been using hydrocortisone when they get really bad and clears it up quick . Did 8 x 5 min sets with jelqs in between first 4 sets then edging in between last 4 sets . Actually went about 8 mins on last pump and proved a bit to much and got a bit of a sore but nothing too serious . Know to not go so far next time . All in all it seems to work great with the extra sets . Couldn't get time to pump yesterday but monday I did two lots of 4x 5 min sets jelq in between . Did first lot in the morning and second set in afternoon but added some edging into the afternoon set . Today it was all in one mega set and like I said was fine until I did the 8 min pump at end . Hardly any fluid retention at all today . Had lots of the little red spots after first pump but then they fade over the next two pumps with none at all by the end of the session . Nearly up to 170 today . Can't wait to get past that . That will be a huge milestone for me . Been stuck on 160 flaccid stretch it seems like for ever .

Lets hope others try this.Not good to use too often though . I will only use when it's really bad otherwise I just use vitamin E gel and that helps a lot .
