I am offering to help all these people that are stuck by giving them my personal time and experience...There will be no; "search for that, check out this guys routine or try to mix things up a little...", I will be talking to each and everyone of these people one on one, giving them a proven routine to break their plateau, they will gain and they will have the pictures to prove it.
So, feel free to do the same...give some of your personal time and actually help someone...and if you do you better have pictures afterward to prove that your advice helped these people....Until then, you watch who you call a vampire!

Sorry friend, i'm late on that pic i promissed. Life hasn't been easy these last few weeks so i was unable to take the said pic.
Will try again tonight and if i succed then i'll send it tomorrow.
Deconditioning is going along fine although it's very very hard not to exercise...It has become a habit.

I must finish helping the ones that have signed up first before I will consider if I am going to help another group. You see, I am just a regular joe with a son, a girlfriend, a full time job and a mortgage...I am already putting in some serious hours in front of the pc-screen and I want to help the people that have signed up in the best way possible.
I will keep you nick in mind should I choose to help another group.
