For the last three years maybe 4,i have been trying lots of exercises from stretching to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words],dld blasters,bundled dld blasters,a stretchings,jelquins,erect stretching,even tying my dick to a door knob and stretching it,tying my glans and then tying my ankle,to see if i could stretch it harder,i have spent six months whit a routine and i quit,very stressing time because i didnt see any important gains i felt i was getting consumed by the time anxiety,and stress,i couldnt find ways to solve the situation,evenso im still here sharing whit the bros.just sharing my humble experience, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] are a new possibility of reaching my goal..even today anxiety and depression takes my energy and my time but i want to grow.We are the brotherhood we cant quit..:cool:
 
You might have said the problem right there, if you keep changing routines how are you going to progress? Also try to eliminate stress from your life and try to make penis enlarging fun

Dude 2 inch gain is huge, 7 incher is huge go slay some pussy. There is nothing to be depressed about

thanks for sharing. working towards ones goals is always a great way to combat anxiety and depression.
 
Man a 2 inch gain is absolutely huge. I can't wait to gain that much, that would put me at over 9 inches BPEL. Keep it up brother, I'm sure you will get to your goal and I bet with all the positive vibes you bring to this board you will even surpass your 7 NBPEL goal by a lot.

I am unsure whether he refers to the "5.some inches" as BPEL or not, but if he really gained 2 inches- I really see him being a serious source of inspiration to all of us! :)

i have sacrificed time and years on PE, not only phisically but mentally too even today i feel i havent given enough time to my sessions,but is quite motivating when we see a brother gaining big..

ACTUALLY I WAS 5.2INCHES NBPEL that was years ago i kept that size for years too until i discovered PE, was a quite terrible time because i felt i had the shortest penis ever.....:P

Depends on my EQ someties im 5.9 sometimes 6 or 6.5 but as i wrote before the ruler beats my mind haha the only reference i used now is a book the book is exactly 7 inches in lengh i press teh book against my pubic bone and im the size of the book even a bit bigger, i just can stand the ruler nowadays...:P
 
I would feel great Short about the almost 2" you have gained. I had no idea you had gained that much so congratulations and sorry for not noticing earlier. To get that 7" nbp you will need to drop some weight and gain a bit more in length and you should be happy. I know you have been looking through many exercises and experimenting a bit and this is good but I think it is time to set up a solid routine that you can stick with to make consistent progress.

Exercise your penis everyday, even when the motivation is almost zero, and if you get interrupted while you are exercising, fucking punch them in the nose. Hahaha just joking
 
Pe is full of mysteries better said our bodies, I have a very strong belief that we can gain faster.some penises can gain quicker than others once you find a good set of exercises you can gain a lot...one two three inches..

Whatever routine you choose stick with it everyday for at least 3 months. This is what will bring gains. If you are already using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SlowSquashJelq[/words] stick with it. You could replace the jelq in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]Newbie Routine[/words] with it and use the remainder of exercises that are mentioned there, that would be a good routine. I waited nearly 10 years to get back into pe. I had made 7.5 bpel, which was 7 nbp at the time, and that was my goal. So I let it stand. And it never stopped occurring to me that I probably could go farther, and it would probably be awesome.

Now, after abusing my dick beyond 6 in girth, I'm finally back to length work. I've got to say, if my mind is playing tricks on me it's really going the extra mile. I have a foreskin that lingers as kind of a ring of extra skin fully erect and that's noticeably being used more to the effect where it's actually being unraveled like a normal dick now. That'd be a hell of a trick, but as it stands I'm certain I'm gaining and I'm actually becoming increasingly pleased day to day. I will not stop until I either hit the 9 inch barrier, or my scheduled routine for the next 6 months is finished. Whichever comes last.

Cliff notes; I wish I had done this sooner. I didn't even realize how much lingering anxiety I had over this. It obviously can be done, so do the damn thing!

And good luck on it being a speedy process and having an easy time figuring out what will work best for you.

I agree with the whole feeling average at 7 inches thing. I am sure Shortdick is more than happy to be that size, but for me I was never really proud of it. I always felt it was something I had to make up for. Now if I had a 6+ inch girth, that is something amazing to me.

same here, i'm around 7.75 bone pressed now (7.2 nbp) but when i look down i dont feel particularly big. however, when i gained the quarter of an inch i have now i felt so much bigger, and once i reach over 8 inches bone pressed i know it'll look bigger. its strange how such a small difference can make such a big difference in our perception!

Exactly why I'm after 9 at least. Preferably nbp. If I'm still not impressed with that I should probably consider a psychological examination because that's a potential murder weapon.
 
I am personally after 10+ inches BPEL, but my decision on how to move forward and when to transition to girth might change once I reach 9+ inches BPEL. I definitely won't stop until I am over 9, but if I see gains become incredibly slow I am going to limit myself to one 20 minute set of hanging a day for maintenance and possibly slow gains and focus instead exclusively on girth.
 
Actually at first my goal was 8 inches but i was fucking anxious and stressed, and i decided to take things easier, actually i dream of a better place where i could really start my own PE gym thats why i havent been able to train better, but my dream and fantasy was my dick hitting my knees.....

I'm packing over an inch in fat pad so 9 nbp would be about 10.2 bpel for me. Of course, unless my girl comes out and says not to, I'm going to get back to a lean form with under half an inch of fat pad.

My girth is screwing with me a bit about length. I did finally grab a mirror and look at it from other angles and this thing is actually pretty mean looking. I just know how I am and that normal from the top view is going to be bugging me forever unless I fix it.

Doesn't help that it also seems chubbier with my legs together or standing up. Wouldn't it be nice to eclipse a cable remote though?

Actually im down quite often too, and i feel powerless too most of the stuff he deals whit i have dealt whit that too.and is a terrible thing because we waste our lives away.i have tried antidpressants but i stopped taking them..that would get things worst, he is an amazing man, but we are trapped.i have to find solutions and fix my life, I never tought i was going trough depression, but i have realized that i got to change...We are amazing:)

we are amazing! i solved issues of sadness (depression) and anxiety by doing. i get things done now. i never don't do. if i am feeling down and know i need to do something i do it. i don't let how i am feeling get in the way of anything. whether it is big or small i just do it. could be making a healthy breakfast or working on school project. various emotions get in a way of many things. i have just found that doing what i have to do always makes me happier.

i started off just doing this for a week. when i knew i had to do something i would just do it. i got out of bed when i needed to. it made me feel amazing!!! i have been more successful in the last 6 months then ever before

up until 6 months ago i hadn't seen 3 of my best in 2 years. i was busy with a business and stress was high. i wasn't managing time well and was slacking off unintentionally. was having trouble finding balance and happiness. now i have see those friends multiple times in 6 months and i just always do stuff. i have my priorities in order and i get it done now matter what

I feel it is important to be doing things you like. many people do, do, and do more but are still unhappy. It comes down to that quote, "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." and it is more likely those people will not deal with any mood disorders. though of course some still might
