kegels, mini stretches, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words], squeeze at base and pull stretch many exercises can be done in like 5 minutes it'll still matter.
 
Got home today and first thing I did was grab my mail hanger package and ripped it open! Very please with the packaging about a 4-5 layer of bubble wrap coating and inside laid the malehanger. I didn't get to hang with it really but I will tomorrow. I wrapped up my willy and put it on. I tugged on it with a lot of force with 1 and 2 hands and no slippage so I am very happy about that! I can see myself hanging a lot of weight in the future. No problems with it really! Can't wait to get this show on the road :)

Ight so today I finally tried it out just for a total of 15 minutes cause I didn't have much time.

I did the first set of 10 minutes and took off the hanger and noticed a white ring of lumps around my dick but I think that was because I didn't wrap well enough. And the second set was for about 8-10 minutes and i took it off because I felt a little pain around the white ring again but everything is good! I now have a better wrapping technique and everything is good, I'm going to be doing a full hanging session tomorrow!:)
 
Cool, I hope things get better and better and you can avoid these issues of lumping and rings. Keep us up to date.

So I hung again today with it and I figured out when I hang a bit closer to my head the ring and lumps come in but when I back it up about 1 cm then they don't appear. Also I lose circulation a lot more with this hanger, after about 10-15 minutes hanging my head is purple and very cold. Anything that you know of that can help with this DLD?

Good, it is smart to be behind the head a bit and allow the wrap to cover the corona, this will prevent slippage and also, as you know, remedy your issue.

The head will become purple and cold and this is fine as long as you do not exceed 20-30 minutes. At that point you will need to remove, return good circulation and put back on. Hanging is something that takes much dedication and work but if you follow what I have offered above you should be safe.

-50 minutes hanging @7.5lbs

Today's hanging session was a little bit better, I gotta keep using the malehanger in order to get used to it. When I wrap and hang SD the wrap goes over my glans which causes the hanger to go with the wrap more towards my head. Sounds weird but it needs to be fixed.
 
So I woke up this morning to find out that I either have...

A) strained ligament on the left side
OR
B) irritated skin on the left side

If it is another strained log in going to be PISSED, the last one I had took about 1 month to heal and during that time I hear treated it and massaged it and did no Pe for that whole 1 month, but if it's just irritated skin then it shouldn't be too bad to fix up.

So this strain/skin irritation is weird and idk which it is. It doesn't hurt all the time only every so often (about 50-60% of the time). Even when i sometimes pull downwards there is no pain. Does anyone have a diagnosis?

I would take a rest from hanging and stick to manual and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] work until you are fully healed. With either manual or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] work you have much more control over the intensity and you can back it up to where it is not causing pain but still maintaining and delivering new gains. As you heal intensity can be risen. Rushing always ends badly.
 
Good news the pain is basically already gone! In my honest opinion I believe that they are possibly just growing pains. I decided to try to power through the pain and I guess it worked!!

Thats how it is man, at the beginning you jump up in weight very quickly. By now you are getting used to that feeling of fatigue that creeps up to your butthole sometimes that happens with hanging. Thats what i shoot for to get to in my sessions.

Eugine, I would love to see you incorporate 3 stretches into this routine to make it much more gainful.

1. Bundled Stretches before a workout
2. Expressive Stretches to tap into internal penis
3. Erect Stretches to sure up length gains.

Ok DLD i will make sure to try and incorporate these as much as I can. I already do erect stretching 3-4 times a week for about 5-10 minutes which by my knowledge is an adequate amount for the week.

Also DLD, how much time hanging is sufficient amount of time to notice gains with 2-3 months?? I am trying to get at least 30 minutes every day in.

Yes, that is plenty on Erect Stretching. But do incorporate the other 2 I listed, these will bring gains from a different area. Hanging for 30 minutes is not enough time to be gainful, hanging really should be in the 2-4 hour range in sets of 20 minutes. Hanging is hard for many because of the time and privacy. 30 minutes of hanging would be a good healing exercise. The Newbie Stretches will deliver more than hanging unless you up the hanging time.

I heard from a different thread that hanging a heavy weight for shorter amounts of time works as well. Is this true?? I feel that I need a lot of intensity to see gains so I feel that once I start hanging into the double digits (which should be within a week or so) then that will be when I start seeing some gains.
