I have been doing Clamped Erect Stretching for the past 3 days. I very much like the tension it gives on the tunica/e. It not only gives me a Length workout but also a girth workout. So heres the thing i want to know whos experimented with this, how much they've gained and how EXACTLY they did them.

I for one, clamp at the extreme base and obtain a 110% erection. Then i squeeze firmly under the head to get a solid grip and pull straight out for as long as my grip can hold on that hand at the max stretch(usually 30 secs). Then i repeat for about 30 mins and then if my tunica/e is not completely sore after i repeat. Kausion_420 has suggested doing clamped tug of war stretches(stretch at base and at head--by pulling in opposite directions) but i do not feel that i have enough length for this. any suggestions besides being careful stretching erect?

I did the clamped stretches pulling in most of the directions(except between the cheeks). They were actually the thing that made my length grow the fastest/most. Length was very stubborn for me until I started these.

I just clamped, grabbed just behind the head with some theraband and pull in different directions for 30 secs each way. I did each direction 2-3x.

My growth also responded positively when doing these. They actually are my favorite exercise.

From Penis Enlargement so far Ive gained about .5 - .75 inch in length. Stupidly didnt measure this at the beginning, most of that gain coming from erect stretches. Ive gained about the same in girth.

Havent been Penis Enlargementing for the last month. Schedule is hectic as hell. Monday should be my first day back.
 
I cant do them as Im prone to discolouration especially on the tip of the glans (which I still have after a few months), its a real pain in the arse otherwise I would do them for sure.

Interesting. my thoughts have always been to be flaccid for length and erect for girth. Perhaps I am wrong.
Maybe you are but i know i definately feel it in my tunica/e and and also Definately see alot of girth expansion because to get a good stretch grip i have to squeeze hard right below the glans creating a horse 440 effect essentially.
Never even tried erect stretching myself,but may give it a go now as im curious
If you feel your penis is conditioned enought to go forth with it go head but i must warm you these are fuckin INTENSE to the max man.You will be happy with there results i gaurentee it...lol(i feel like George Foreman)

The discoloration i get too but i have done erect stretching before with out the discoloration. I think the trick for not getting discoloration is you must not squeeze your penis so hard for the grip...but if you dont squeeze hard enough you cannot hold a good grip.

Yeah,ill be fine as far as conditioning goes.Ive seen some length gain but not in a while so perhaps this will kick it into gear :D
 
So what's it supposed to feel like compared to regular stretching? Any different? I just want to know what to look out for as far as stretching too hard, or not enough...

For me I can feel my internal shaft chambers stretching as I stretch. Feels kinda tense in the shaft area and you really know that you are stretching something. After I finish the stretch and let go my penis kinda "hops" and I can feel the shaft has been worked out.
 
To me it feels like an intense deep internal shaft pull. Basically if youve ever had an erection and pushed it down until you cant push down anymore. You will feel a very similar feeling, but more intense and you will also feel it expanding you like mad in the mid shaft.

I dont pull NEARLYas hard as when I am flaccid stretching. There really isnt a need, it will feel intense as fuck without pulling that hard. Be smart about it and pay attention.

I pull almost each direction in the newbie except between the cheeks.

PS These are the last exercise I do in a workout in order to insure that I am FULLY warmed up.

I personally dont. I stretch at about 80% and grab under the head with my hand (using latex gloves for grip).

I pull straight out for 20 sec
Down for 20 sec
Up for 20 sec
Left for 20 sec
Right for 20 sec
Clockwise
Counter clockwise
(Repeat twice)

Then standing:
Pull straight out for 10 sec then 5 sec using PC muscle
Pull straight up for 10 sec then 5 sec using PC muscle
Pull straight down for 10 sec then 5 sec using PC muscle
Then clockwise to finish
(I do 3 sets of these not taking a break until each full set is done)

Then with the clamp:
Grab at extreme base and under the head and pull in both directions as hard as I can. My veines in the shaft start to bulge and I can physically see my shaft streching and I can feel it. I do 10 second holds and after 2 sets I stop to massage. I do about 10 altogether.

Then I warm down for 5min and finish with some wet jelqs at 60-80%.

That is my erect routine and I gained pretty fast in about a month or so.

*After each strectch set I massage and get back up to do it again*
 
Exellent, this has achived a following.
Erect bends, ''S'' stretches, ''U'' stretches, Barrell stretches, TCS/CTS stretches and TOW stretches ALL work very well in the clamp, all are talked about in the guide apart from the barrells which I'm still testing on.
I have gained from these stretches while clamped, at least 1/4'' and I didnt do them nearly enough or with consistancy. Erect stretches are the WAY to go for length gains, and more enjoyable than boreing flaccid stretches. My pick would be the Constricted Bends and the TOW stretches....very good, plus the TOW stetch is proven by otherguys in the clamp...IT WORKS.
