Ok so i added this into my routine. now i need to know if im doing this right. when i do erect stretches i am stretching the tunica right? cuz i feel kinda like a burning along my penis cuz i feel it stretching. if this is so i am going to do flaccid stretches in the mornign and erect stretches at night. so this way im hiting both tunica and ligs. can someonelet me know if this a good idea?

Because you are stretching erect which may cause damage if you are un-conditioned for it. When I first tried an erect stretch I experienced a small drop of blood from my urethra. Also after a strong session if you go too hard your internal shaft will be left sore as hell.
 
I think when you stretch while erect you are putting pressure on the tunica and blood vessels in two directions, which runs more risk. Kausions right, you definately have to work up to it, I still dont like pulling too hard as Im paranoid about adding to the discolouration on the glans!
 
if you are conditioned for it its worth it erect stretching seems to help my girth as well as my length. i feel longer and thicker especially when flaccid after a nice erect stretching set.
 
I tried them out the other day and I liked them. I did 10 sets just pulling 100% erect left then right counting that for one set and at a minute each hold. I'm doing them again tonight. I think Erect Stretches will be a part of my long term routine for length. I am thinking of doing this new Penis Enlargement routine from the time I order and receive my [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words] from ViMax until June. I've never done one routine with the same exercises for that long and I want to see if this will help me gain better.

I still plan to do flaccid stretching, just maybe not as much. Limit it to 2 sets vs. the current 3.
 
I do 3 erect sets in every direction but between the legs for obvious reasons and 2 sets flaccid each direction. I do the erect stretches 1st.
 
I did them last night, but then I bled so I stopped after two more sets haha. I did 5 sets in all in just left and right directions. They feel pretty good to me though. I oddly enough didn't even lose my erection when I started to bleed. It was quite a lot of blood too. I think I was over doing it. I might need to limit my E.S. to 3-5 sets to get used to it. I might have jumped in too quick and/or had beginner's luck early on the first try at them the other night. ???
 
WTF could possibly cause blood to come out the urethra as a result of erect stretches?

I will have to try these, but I'm going to be careful.

Im not sure exactly either. I know it happened to me when I first experimented with these back in March. When I do these I can physically see my shaft stretching. My shaft gets very veiny and I can see almost like little ribs along my shaft and as I pull I can see these ribs spreading out like an accordion.
 
Stretching the penis in erect state will produce very fast length gains but my experience with this is that the gains are only temporary. When I came up with erect stretches on the old Penis Enlargement forum I was land blasted because everyone said that they would injure instead of help. I found no adverse effects from them other than the temporary results I would get. After doing them for many months I did see a very interesting result from them that I did not notice in the early routines. The Erect Stretches were very good at closing the gap between FSL and EL. Many guys will complain that their FSL is so much greater than their EL, Erect Stretches really seem to be the best exercise for this problem.

Kausion, I apologize if I've asked this question before. I don't have a great memory especially on Sundays...but how long before you saw gains from Erect Work? I know you said you did Red's TOW stretch in the clamp also...but how long of a time did you if any at all combine the erect stretches with the TOW's?

I gained about .5 inch in a month or month and a half.

For me the gains I have seen from my Entire Erect Stretching routine have been permanent. I have not done erect stretching in months and still see the gains.
