Ahhhhh...this is where alot of people mess up... Their is a very simple solution to this and I'm going to tell it to you right now...

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you start decreasing the stimulation BEFORE YOU GET TO THE "EDGE"....NOT after you reach it! The reason being, is because, if you reach to far into the "edge" then you are training yourself to reach the edge... and we all know what happen's after that...you fall! does that make since?

So, to reiterate, before you even start feeling like you are on the "edge"...like you are about to reach the "edge"...start to decrease the stimulation (pace/tightness).

Yes, I've got some advice...first, you say that your pc muscle contract's in a "sponanious" manner no matter what? ...I would say that the best thing for you to do is STOP IT...you can do this by using an RK (reverse-keegle)...since that is the best method to relaxe the PC muscle...It is very important when you are using an RK, that you do the RK slowely and not explosively. The reason being, is because, if you do it explosively, your bodie's natural "reflex" (natural protection mechanism) will kick in and defeat the purpose by contracting it immediatly after you attemp the RK. Same thing as if you (or a friend) extend your arm too fast, you might notice that your bicep kick's in and keep's you from hyper extending your elbow... it's a naturall protection mechanism... Go slowely, and you should notice that it work's pretty damm good for this minor obstacle you're facing...

Also, are you really using the visualization and the "intent" of pleasing a girl? If not, then you are probably focusing "too much" on your own stimulation...you need to concentrate/visualize pleasing a girl while thinking about lasting long.

Now, I know this might sound silly, but you need to have this view of yourself, in your mind, as you are doing the SMD, as an "alpha male"...you need to believe that you are THE STUD, and you can please any women you want... it DOES NOT matter who she is...and it DOES NOT matter how long it takes...you are going to ride her like a champion race horse untill she's done...

Yah! Just did a 45min session. It's the hardest the first 15-20 minutes then it gets easy, I dunno why? Does anyone else experience this? I can basically dance at the edge when i've done 30 minutes. And if I stand up and do it then it's really easy to reverse kegel and not cum... What do you people say?

I always had this problem. And so I figured I'd share what's helped me. I started looking and found a lot of info, but for instance, i downloaded the book on multiple male orgasms, and I just don't know about this concept of whole body orgasms. I like the way orgasms feel now, I just don't want it to happen too quick.

I wanteded a quick fix with my new girlfriend, and I'll tell you what things have helped me the most as a short term solution. Masturbating about an hour before takes the edge off as far as getting too excited too quick. The second thing, is breathing. Now there is a lot of info regarding breathing, as in tantric sex, but I am not at this point really that interested in delving that deep into tantric, but breathing techniques I have found has been very helpful.

Now, since I am not into overcomplicated techniques that require some kind of deep inner experience, I basically just came up with my own simple technique. Simply put, breathe deeply and slowly to relax a little and bring the excitement level down a notch when you start getting close. I usually have to slow down on the thrusting at this point. I never realized before I started consciously doing this, how when i was getting close, that I was hardly breathing at all, nearly holding my breath completely and that is bad. When you hold your breath, you are tensing up and ensuring the inevitable. So if you slow down, and consciously breath long deep breaths, you can relax your body enough that you will bring the excitement back down to a manageable level.

I have found that breathing through my nose, and focusing on the air going in and out helps too. Nothing deep here, just simply taking the focus off of being so excited that you want to blow just long enough to get control. I can still look in her eyes, or look at her body and maintain a connection, and bring things under control. I hate when people say think about baseball, because what's the point if you can't think about and enjoy what you are doing?

Reverse keegling has been another thing that has helped, at least I think that's what I'm doing - I honestly have trouble really differentiating them from normal keegle. The only way I can explain what I am doing, it's almost like trying to force yourself to come, to the point to where you are trying so hard, that it doesn't happen. A reverse keegle, if that is indeed what I am doing, is kind of like when you are taking a leak, and you are trying to force out that last little bit. Anyway, for whatever reason, it helps, and the nice thing, is that i keep a good erection, not 100% which is not what you want, because at 100% as I would define it, you are basically at or very near your point of no return. One note though, the longer I go, the easier it gets, until I am at nearly a constant 100% erection and still able to maintain control.

The last thing, which I believe is the hardest to get control over, is that most of it is in your mind. If you think you can't last long, you won't, plain and simple. Sounds easy enough, just stop thinking that you can't last long, and you will. But it's just not that simple. But the above techniques have helped me out enough that I got more and more confident, and really started believing that I could last as long as I wanted. I am now to the point, to where I can last pretty much as long as I want - not indefinitely, but at least I won't be accused of being a minute man.

In edition to what you've stated with the breathing, it's also important to make sure you are breathing in/around your stomach/solarplex and not your chest. Alot of people make the mistake of breathing with thier chest puffing up, but that is incorrect. The most effecient way to breath is through your stomach and/or solarplex.

THREE
Fantasizing...or Imagination. This has to do with how you fantasize having sex with a girl. This can include sexual positions, types of girls, associated/disassociated from the fantasy, etc.
You will be able to visualize yourself in a 1st, 2nd or 3rd person view. 1st person simply means that you are not seeing yourself but you are actually visualizing yourself in the moment, with the girl...you are completely associated with the experience. Typically, this will cause you to shoot your load faster. 2nd person mean's that you're visualizing yourself from a spot, maybe a few feet away or visualizing just one body part of the girl (pussy, tit's, ass, etc.). 3rd person simply means that, for example, you see yourself from across the room. I'll note that we will have no need for the 2nd or 3rd person visualization. We will use only the 1st person visualization durring the SMD as well as different sexual positions, types of girls, etc.

This post has been great and really works. Here is another tip that has worked wonders for myself. Use it in conjunction with all the other ideas you have learned here, such as thinking about pleasing the woman, rather than yourself.

Every time you are about to reach the "point of no return", pinch yourself. Not too hard, just enough to feel a slight sting. I know, this may sound foolish to many of you, but doing this simple little thing while having sex or while masturbating can stop premature ejaculation forever. It's based off of a punisHydromaxent/reward system. If you find yourself pinching too much, say 10 times, completely stop and try again later. I hope this helps some guys out.
