I try to keep a Reverse Kegel going the entire time. The easiest place to do these, for me anyway, is when I take my morning shit.

Nah, I have been doing it for years now with no problems. It just makes it easier because when I am going I am automatically in the Reverse Kegel position.

I would rec'' the Squat stretch as an alternative if anyone gets tired or wants a change....its the same exercise really but the stretch is from the downforce of the arm on completion of a squat.
I like Squats, onlt this comes close to beating them in intensity on the ligs, I will be doing it again.

But I get SORE as hell around the sides, anyone else get this?

thats great to know, this a a serious stetch in my opinion altough hard to maintain reverse kegel, it is a serious stretch. Cant wait for these results.

I wanted to add this to the thread also while I'm thinking about it.

I think it is important to measure flaccid, stretched, bonepressed daily with this exercise for a couple reasons. The first reason is I KNOW YOU WILL SEE SIZE INCREASES OFTEN...This is important for you confidence and expectation. Expect the gains to be there and they will happen. I also thing that FBPS measurements are a good habit to reinforce if a workout is yielding good gains. Gains will show up here first and this will give you the heads up on your future erect gains.

I twist my penis 180 degrees then grip with a cotton handkerchief.I do 25 each hand for 10 mins. 3 times a day.

I have yet to try these BUNDLED but I will tomorrow as I have just finished stretching. What kind of gains have you made? I have tacked on 1/4 inch since I started doing these.

Please do, I just finished my Pulse 110 with some tub stretches and it is just the perfect ending. I can feel it throughout my entire penis radiating from the base. It also feels as though I am warming down in a sense, like a stretch to use after stretching. Hard to explain but very nice.

Your absolutely right this is like the magic excercise of Penis Enlargement which will give you gains but i combine them with downward stretches and do 2000 a day 1000 in a session(Morn/Night). I wanna increase my chance of being lucky on getting a bigger Penis EnlargementNIS.

Ok RED, this is the way you will feel it the most. Close your toilet lid and sit on top of it. Take bottom portion of clothing off. Open legs and grab FLACCID penis under the head . Get a good grip and pull downwards(my variation i guess) until it is 100% stretched...now pull even harder to the most you can possibly pull the ligs out or as DLD says 110%. NOw Hold that GREAT pull for 1 second and go back to 100% stretch but make sure not to go back to like 80% and then repeat 100 % to 110% hold back to 100%. One rep is considered 100% to 110% hold for a sec and then back to 100%. I personally do 1000 in a session and 2000 a day but combined with other intense downward stretches. I have seen a .25in gain in BPenis EnlargementL in TWO WEEKS and i have been peing since JULY with no results so this routine is definately a MUST FOR ALL Penis EnlargementOPLE THAT WANT TO GAIN. Thanks DLD for a great new stretch.
