I think I'll try these Monday night when I get off work.

I'm only concentrating on length for the time being. A full workout with girth and length is too time consuming right now. I'm working three jobs with weird ass hours for one of them. My third job actually is only on a sporatic basis and only weekends. It pays helluvalot more though than the other two hourlys.

Any suggestions on a routine D?

I wish I didn't have to give up on the Phase II so soon, but it is going to be a bitch getting up at 6 30 every morning from now on lol and going from one job to the other.
And the two hours it takes me to do this Phase routine is too much to handle energy wise.

Tonight I did DLD blasters 50 of them and then I did 4 1 minute stretches up, down, down and right, down and left, and straight out.
I'm thinking of doing the DLD Blasters like say 60 instead of 50 and then doing the Pulse 110's say about the 5 sets of 50. Then maybe 4 sets of 1 miunte stretches up and then 4 sets of 1 minute down stretches. Shoot, I guess that's my routine. Nevermind DLD, lol I think I handled this one on my own. ha

OH guys, I was a little naughty today and pulled out that ol nemesis Mr. Ruler. I wasn't supposed to until the 15th, but hey I was looking at some adult entertainment tonight and thought what the hell? I'm now a little over 6.25 NBPenis EnlargementL. The tip of my penis was one line over the quarter inch mark of the 6 inch line. I was happy to see the gain.
I wanted that .5 inch by the 15th but I know now it won't happen just yet. Still, it's progress. I can't believe I used to be 5 inches. I won't recognize it by this time next year.
 
Yeah I started them last night, the Pulse 110s. My dick was sore afterwards. Do you do them with a minute rest in between each set or do you do them in a continuous effort? I did like the last 3 sets without hardly a rest. I was like man I can feel it let me make it hurt lol. Today I woke up with the biggest hard on I may have ever had. At the end of the week I'm going to measure again to see if the Pulse 110's have helped already lol Thanks D these seem to be a must in the Penis Enlargement world if you want serious gains.
 
That's good though! The more blood your dick can hold, the bigger erections and size it can achieve! Keep it up man!

Hey guys, when you do these pulse 110's what grip do you use? I haven't been able to really find a good grip for this stretch yet. Like overhand or reverse ok

I use an overhand reverse ok but I have done variations too. If baby powder is not gripping well on any particular day I will use a small piece of paper towel wrapped around my glans, this give me really good grip.
 
Wax have you made any additional gains since your last posting on this exercise? I have been doing these for just about 2 months and I have a .25" increase in erect length. Nice work doublelongdaddy.

I decided to reintroduce these into my workout after hanging. I did this today and the stretch was incredible following 3 hours of hanging. The feeling is a very welcome "active stretch" to compliment my hanging efforts. I did 15 minutes immediately after unwrapping.
 
reading tese threads carefully, and making my own routine using a combination of your excercises. I hav not taken pics yet, but will in approx 2 more weeks.

Good to here, pulse 110's really are a plateau breaker and a great length exercise. I love when these old threads get bumped it gives the new guys some of the classics.

Okay I have a question.

I just can't pull anymore because of the elbows. How can I incorporate this technique with hanging?

I was thinking the principle would be similar, not the same mind you, that if I was standing while hanging and began to swing the weights. The tension would extend out just a little more rather than just sitting there in full [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words].

Other than that, I was thinking about sitting/laying with weights off the bed and then rock my pelvis back and forth so as to tax the ligs and tunica just a little more.

Please give me any advice because I am now officially a Penis Enlargement junky and have to do something everyday.
 
hey OCD atm im hanging SO, i have a wheelie chair and at the end of each session i move back and forth from my desk. you can feel the difference in tension immediately, although it would be alot slower than the pulse 110s.

That seems to be the biggest problem with hanging would be the speed of pulse. Possible to maybe get a set of pulses in at 5 minute intervals by holding the weight and bouncing it manually.
 
THE MOST UNDER-APPRECIATED LENGTH EXERCISE

I just started to do this exercise 5 days ago and I have to say that I am impressed.These are great!! I do them in the A stretch and I do them also while doing the newbie stretching routine. I have never really gotten any soreness(not sure if thats the right word) before doing other manual exercises but I have to say that this exercise did. I have only done these for 5 days and i swear to God that my flaccid hang is longer. And thats after a full day of rest :)

I feel like I have to do my girth routine first though because after doing this exercise I have trouble getting an erection. But its funny because while doing this exercise I will get a hard on. By the way... hope u guys have a good grip because you'll need it with this exercise.

After doing this for 5 days my flaccid hang got bigger and more fuller. I cant wait to see what this exercise will do for me after 1 month hell 5 months.

Very true, this is another exercise that has become buried that many men have never seen or tried. I created this exercise for a guy who used to be on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums and he loved it (after going to Thunders he hated it, go figure). It is based on good science and it is extremely effective at not only bringing length but training the penis to accept new length.

Believe it or not, there are probably more than 20 exercises that are very good that are buried in this forum. It is always a good idea to find the threads by a user you have interest in as you will find some real jewels in the process.

Pulse stretching is the ultimate plateau breaker because it loosens the suspensory ligs. I was stuck on 7 1/3" for a while and noticed my gains slowing down until I did small "yanks". Now I am up to 7 1/2". I do about 100 of them before I start the regular high intensity routine manually or with the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words] and static stretchers. The ligs tend to loosen up and allow more growth just like when you do flexiblity training. If you reach a plateau, you do flex kicks then stretch to loosen the hamstrings. In a plateau, the ligs are so used to the stretching that they tense up and disallow any further stretching. In fact it gives more resistance to the stretching as a reaction to the pulls. To get past that, you must coax the ligs to accepting the increase in length with the sudden tugs.

When you say "Flex kicks" are you saying pc flexes?

I have been doing them for a few weeks now and feel that the shock is the true beauty of this exercise, the steady pulls really feel like I am pulling out internal penis. I think it also goes to breaking down tunica tissue with the steady rhythm of the pulls.

yeah i like them, however i think as theyre quite similar, between the blasters and these its one or the other

Completely different exercises. The Pulse 110's are a short burst of energy, progressively delivered to the penis while Blasters are long stretches held for at least 30 seconds. The 110's are meant to break down the tunica tissue through pulse stretches that last about 1 second each.

i thought the blasters was a 5 second kegel followed by a 5 second reverse kegel where you stretch... have i been doing them wrong?!
