WAX asked me to develop a length exercise for him and I have been messing with the screw theory again but on a different note. I remember that if I want to loosen a very tight screw sometime tightening it up a bit more than loosening it over and over will eventually break it free. In the same line of thinking I remember when I used to have a RANGE ROVER and I would go off road all the time. When I would get hung up my best method to break free would be rocking the truck forward and reverse until it broke loose. Anyway, people are probably wondering what the fuck this has to do with penis enlargement and I will try to give you a method to my madness.

I have found that I can measure longer immediately after a stretch session when this method is employed. How I use the above method is in a pulsing motion where I stretch at 100% but pulse beyond my max to 110% over and over. This method of going beyond our max is very popular in power lifting, something I dabbled in for a while. Anyway, in my case I use it in the A-Stretch doing Blasters. This method can be used in any stretch but for this thread I will use the A-Stretch as the example.

DLD Pulse 110 Stretch

Get into the basic A-Stretch. Position high or low depending on if you want to train the LIGS or TUNICA. Once in the stretch engage into a 100% reverse kegel stretch. While keeping yourself at 100% slowly count to 50. With every count increase the stretch to 10% stronger. You will be stretching beyond your max by 10% each count. This pulsing motion will look like this:

Stretch 100%-1-110%-back to 100%-2--back to 100%-3-110% up to 50 reps.

I do 5 sets of these making a total of 500 reps.

Immediately after a session my flaccid bone pressed stretched size is .25" up! There will be video, illustrations and gifs available soon as this method will no doubt become part of PHASE 5.

I was approached by WAX to help him with a length routine and I had been thinking about this theory fro quite sometime. I have been so busy getting PHASE 4 up that I did not have the opportunity to pen this yet. Anyway, it always blew my mind how a screw worked and I am always trying to relate simple machines to manual Penis Enlargement.

It will more likely be used for some portion of the PHASE 5 length routine. I am always excited about exercises that help me grow especially with the gains I have already made.
 
Yo!!! I for one can say that DLD is on to a powerful technique here. I have been experimenting with a technique like this. I called it "Tension Stretches"because when done it would create a great amount of tension to the ligs. While in an A-stretch, doing this technique will give your ligs the workout your looking for, but use them wisely because if you use too much tension too soon you will find your ligs aching to all hell 4 while. When done properly you will get a GREAT lig workout. You will know for sure your workout is good the next morning when you have a slight ache to your ligs. Not enough to stop your Penis Enlargementing, but just enough of an ache that you know that you are on right track.WORD UP DLD!!! STAY DROPPIN THE HOT Penis Enlargement TECHS!! This could be a real good exercise. Did one somewhat similar, not quite as eloquent ( not timed) and without the kegals. Will try it with the kegals. DLD, Phase 5, Can't wait.
 
WOW, these are really an ass kicker. I actually feel sore after a workout. I really hope these are my ticket to another .5".
 
sorry about this dld but am confused :s rofl maybe am a daft thicko ;) I aint sure how to do this.
Tthe 100% thing...is that erection? when you say reverse kegel at 100% hows that? I just need it breaking down for me to understand abit easyer if thats possible?

Nah, this is done flaccid. The idea is to pulse your stretch beyond what you are used to. So if you are stretching at 100% strength push yourself beyond that 1 for a one count than go back to 100%. Do this pulsing motion through the entire set.

How long and how many I do???? it says [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X50[/words] which is 500 reps but I miss this....I am lossed on knowing whats a full rep on this? is a full rep a count of 50 secs?

Pulsing 1 second stretches. Each rep last 1 second at 110% than back to 100%. 1 full set is 50 reps. I do 5 sets.

50 reps is 50 seconds from what I gather?
so I do 5 sets of 50 reps - 500 reps/seconds?
I pull full 100% for 1 sec than 10% more for another 1 sec than back to 100% for another sec than back to 110% for another and keep doing this till I hit 50 reps [50 secs] = 1 set till I get to 5 sets?

I think I know what you're talking about. Do you find that by pulling on your dick like that induces an erection? Sometimes it'll do that to me, then I have a hard time getting fully flaccid again.
 
what about combining the DLD blasters with the 110 pulses thingy. If the DLD Blasters are a killer lengthening exercise and the 110 pulse thingy is a great exercise then 1 +1 = more length.

I have tried it this way but it is hard for me to kegel and reverse kegel while pulling while counting. I think if you can coordinate than it's all the better.
 
I think that its a rythym thing, once you can get get the "hang" of it (sorry), then it definately would make sense. Oh the things we do to achieve our goals.lol :s

This is a great technique, but I think it is best performed when doing outward stretching (by A-stretch), it is easily causing lig-pops (something I don't like) when stretching down because that 110% stretch intensity exceeds the limits of the ligament/pubic bone connection. Another alternative way that I use this is stretching the dick while in a ''sitting in the toilet'' position. I pull my dick to the right rear with my right hand counting up to 200 and then pull it to the left rear with my left hand ( I'm not sure if this is actually what you call as lazy ass stertch or not). Your pulse 110 approach is very beneficial in that ''stretching while sitting'' position.

I tried these last night - awesome exercise! I am sore, which is not common for me. I would suggest one hint to guys doing these: Make sure you don't ease back too much after pulsing. There's a tendency to go: 100% - 110% - 85%, etc. Always keep the intensity AT LEAST 100%, pulsing it up to 110%, then back to 100% (there should be very little "movement," if you're doing it right; because at 100%, you're already way out there...that extra 10% shouldn't be much more movement).

That right WAX these really make you feel like a virgin pe'er. The soreness is refreshing especially for vets like us. Thanks for the clarification on the reps too...I knew a body builder would be able to explain it better.

I did these for 3 days straight, lots of sets. Today, I mesured "cold" and was 193 mm BPenis EnlargementL (about 7.6") -
A GAIN OF 1/10th an inch in 3 FREAKIN DAYS!!!!!

Yeah I noticed similar results. These really kick ass.
 
I measured again post session with an increase in FBPS size about .25". I have also found that these are excellent with other stretches too....allot of experimenting to do but I feel really good about this exercise so far.

You could masturbate prior to the exercise. I do not feel the urge to ejaculate during this exercise since it is done flaccid. I ejaculation is an issue why not do your girth first then ejaculate and go on to these?

Wow DLD, these stretches are amazing. My flaccid length went from 5.2" to 6" straight after.

Everyone should be doing these, I have a GREAT feeling about these.

This seems to be the result for everyone...I am looking forward to cementing this .25" I get.

Did I mention I failed math:D

I rewrote this exercise taking into consideration people who have problems with grip. I personally do 5 sets of 100 pulses changing hands every 100.
 
I like these alot, very intense BUT I am having probz and need help myself now.

I seem tobe getting friction burns, or pulled skin [I have that turkey neck shit] and it hurts so bad I cant do the whole thing >:(
is their not any other alternative grips, methods to do this? without me hurting my loose skin and also the hair creeping up my shaft.

I got this to, but I am going to try some baby powder and see if that makes a difference.
 
When I started out almost 2 years ago, I did something similar. I used to pull hard rhytHydromaxically twice a second (120 times a minute) but not from 100% but maybe 50%. During the first 2 months I gained the most, some 1.5". Maybe part of this came from this exercise? Still, DLD´s variant seems to be more kind on your dick. I think I will give it a try. By the way, why put this exercise in phase 5, I did it as a newbie and it turned out all right?
