Was gonna do 30min x 6 in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] today, however my dick came out looking like a black kale piece after only 30 min. Wow these newbie pump red/black spots keep reappearing after a day or two off, they go away after 1 or 2 days on and my dick is all brown and nice again. I had absolutely no loss of gains during these two days off:)

Think am gonna shot for 30 min x 4 with a 5 on 2 off schedule from now on.

It all depends on your body, so the 48hr rest period may prove the best. Test how your body responds to a 3 day 1 rest 3 day 1 rest... schedule too. Start that cycle, next time your body really feels like training after a 24hr recuperation period.

What's best?

I define that as what takes the least time spent to gain the most : )

what made you decide to go for long sets instead of the clizer routine? just curious. did you stop getting good expansion, or are you on more of a schedule now?

Dan Clizer got a lot of FR trying longer sets (10, 20 min) in the beginning of his pumping career. This made him wanna try shorter sets ex his famous 6 min x 6, it made him get a strict control on his FR levels and from there he could move up to longer sets with the same low FR as 6 x 6. My story is the same as his, got a strict control on my FR levels doing 6 x 6 then i moved up to longer sets with the same results.

Also experimenting and trying new things/routines once in a while is a good thing.

Thanks omb, will also try 3 on 1 off eventually. My dick really needed those 48 hrs. The funny things is that it was big as hell after 48 hrs, like you said good things happen when you let the body cath up on its own process. Now am gonna pump fellas, see you later.

I guess am just mentally exhausted from pumping averaging 90 min everyday, but until am back to 90 min day 30 min is better than nothing.
I have generic viagra coming in tomorrow and it will be interesting to see how they can spice things up a bit. But i will not use these all the time because i do not suffer from ED not even a little bit.

Yeah i believe watching avg 90 min of adult entertainment everyday, it gets to you.
Am not into any specific routine per say since i have a strict control on my FR and have the knowledge where my dick can breathe (not collect FR) and not. set wise 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, hell 180 min i can do them all since i know how to divide the time pressure wise in [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words].

There has got to be a way to keep the de conditioning dots from coming back. I think I'm going to make an effort to at least try to get 4.5 min of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] in to see if that's enough to keep em at bay.

Gotta be a way, or after a day or two off you/we are just gonna have to go VERY slow with pressure and build. Wow a new all time record, have never been that far up in the tube (22,2/22,5). Something else that i noticed today was that my girth expansion stood still for quite some time when all of a sudden from nowhere in the third set it started to expand further (still the same pressure as nr 1 & 2 18,5 - 19,5). I really believe that 100 % EQ builds GIRTH, that´s why tomorrow am gonna do 20 min x 5 at my golden ratio EQ 18,5 - 19,5 and then finish off with a more length oriented 6:th set pumping up to 22,2/22,5 for 1 minute then releasing down to 19,5 for 30 sec and repeat this process 20 times.

Todays post up: 6,25 - 6,75 range.

Splitting the routines in two 1st session 15 mins take a break maybe 10 mins and then continue whit the next session?

That sounds solid, experiment(which is half the fun) and find what works for you right AT THIS MOMENT and pe journey. I believe once a person has figured out how their dick responds at different vacuum levels you can kinda just swing it.

I think a split like that is fine, it is not enough time for elongation or expansion to be lost and it is enough time to regain strength.

Actually am hitting 8,74 - 8,86 mark:P, which means that my next (in the near future) BPEL will be 7,95 - 8 inches. Might be the thing that my dick needs to really get over or stabilize at 6 inches of girth.
