Hey brothers,

Finally i decided to get my own progress thread, will later edit this post with PE history and so on but for now i just wanna get going.
 
Todays workout:

30 min x 5 in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] with 10 min jelqing there in between.

Todays post up: 6,25 - 6,75 (eye measurement, since am not coming near my dick with a measure tape until 1:st of July. However i can see my post up getting bigger and bigger now without measuring and still the same low FR AS USUAL:P

Taking a week or even a year makes no difference, permanent gains are permeant.

Hey Stillwantmore,

Thanks for your suggestion however taking a two week break now in the process makes no sense, since am not genetically maxed out just yet (probably gonna be between 6,4 - 6,75). My last confirmed measurement was 5,75 way over a month ago and now am in the range 5,75 (80 % EQ) and a solid 6 when EQ is absolutely viagra 100%. 6,25 - 6,75 post up, well that has only been present 5 - 6 days so it´s very recent/new.

The highest i´ve ever seen erect is 6,25 - 6,35 (once) happened three days ago after one day off and a good nights HGH inspired sleep of 7 - 9 hours, the biggest morning boner i´ve EVER seen. So these are exciting times to say the least, however annoying that the size varies so much but i take that as a sign that it´s not finished growing and has not really settled yet. Well i guess i´ll just keep on doing what am doing, pumping, jelqing and eventually it will have settled for my genetically maxed out size.

Edit:

I wanna take more days off as it might actually be a good thing for me right now in the process, however taking more than one off lets say two and my EGO says no.

Hey Bach,
you know what you are doing, just giving you my experience and I am gaining girth in spite of really focusing on length...

Up to 48hrs leaving the body to catch up with its own processes has counter-intuitively led to more gains, than putting the tissues through more stress.
Unless your body is 'screaming' at you for another session, I would say don't be concerned about a 2 day break... unless you end up not getting the rest the body needs during those 2 nights - that might set you up for injury when you pick things back up.

If that 2 day break then leads to a hiatus from continuing...
in that case those 2 days would have caused more trouble than they were worth.

EDIT: Glad I can be of any assistance to anyone really going for their goals. (Now I know how DLD feels, brings a tear to the eye...)
What do you make of this too.. I've often wondered if we ignore EQ as a guide to how well recuperated our groin parts are... I mean if the penis cannot get hard easily you're not quite back together... what real change can come from disrupting the penis more?

[note to those who have not done 4-6 months of SOLID PE, don't know how they're body responds, this is not for you yet] I was trying to get myself to the limit of what I could take and I was doing manual stretches with a lot of focus on the ligs and tunica, and then intense sustained erect pulls and strong erect jelqs, staying just the right side of injury... I lost erections for a week. I still get dull aches and sensations in the lateral lig. structures and the shaft. It's thicker. Doesn't look much longer, but you know how when you gain girth causes it to look shorter than it is.
I suspect that what is adding permanent girth best from the pump are any pulls you are doing while engorged. I strongly recommend you trying not to pump beyond you having a packed erection raging with blood, and then hold a pull for 30sec minimum to 1 minute, then gently letting it go. Repeat this as much as you can safely in one session.

Here's to everyone finding the fastest route to their size-goal. I can't wait to get my days back, not have to train -my schlong- any more : )

EDIT *Edit*: Erect pulls, with or without Kegels - whatever you feel your body-parts can handle without injury [anyone reading who has note done PE 4-6 months solid this is not for you yet, you don't need it, you can gain in easier ways, lucky you.]

I really respect your words Acromegaly since you´ve made great pumping girth gains. Please feel free to share the short version what worked for YOU. Long sets/short sets? High/medium/low pressure? This is very interesting how everybody´s different.

Thank you Owma for sharing your experiences and thoughts, means a lot:) Gonna pump tomorrow Sunday and then try 2 off and see if things will be more stable. Flaccid girth is also all over the place by the way;)

I wouldn't change a thing, the more you engorge with blood the thicker it gets I don't think anyone can argue with that....

I think if I tried the clizer routine my wife is going to yell at me saying I'm playing with it too much XD
 
Again, I suggest a short break to make sure you're not measuring fluid retention as "gains". Been at this stuff a long time and seen many pumpers get excited over fluid retention. Just trying to help.

Edit:

Thankfully i discovered the importance of knowing the difference between expansion and FR early on in my pumping career. Can imagine that plenty of pumpers just go on and never knowing the difference and the importance of it. Read about a guy that pumped straight for five months and then after a two day break according to him lost everything, wow that stuff can really break you mentally, hehehehe;););)

Today is an off day, tomorrow will probably also be off and will pick up things again on Tuesday. I think moi & my EGO might be addicted:s

Yeah Owma i believe EQ is a good sign of how/if your dick has recuperated well or not. This is a fine line some have continued to gain having no days off & also the other way around. I think i probably made my first initial gains the first 6 weeks then pressure became to high as the stupid fucking EGO wanted to advance higher up in the tube. I noticed this since as soon as i had a rest day 0,25 - 0,5 inch of gains just fell off (fluid gains likely). The funny thing is that during this period of time my mind told me that my EQ was GREAT top of the line however it was not. My dick was tired as hell pushing max pressure right away when entering the tube.

Then surfing [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] i found a legend named Dan Clizer and his way of pumping and theory really made me question WTF i was doing. After getting a strict control on my FR my EQ has NEVER in my 30 year old life been better. (-1 with comfad) my best levels are FOR NOW 19,5 (100 % EQ), 20,5 (75 % EQ), 21,5 (25 - 40 % EQ), 22 (unknown). Now whenever i pump am giving my dick time at all the levels so it´s getting the best of all worlds. So yeah i believe getting cement hard inside [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] and watching closely your dicks ability to breathe are two VERY important things in getting bigger expansion wise and not collecting FR, any fool can collect FR. And those 0,25 - 0,5 are no longer falling of after a rest day which is also a good sign of progress.

I really do not know what good can come from disrupting the penis more, a part of me says it does not matter since it´s not exactly muscle theory and another part of me says it´s not a good thing. Erect pulls?, interesting. Kegals?, yes no?

Today is also an off day. Settled my anxiety of not pumping by cleaning/draining the inside of my handball pump:P


Edit:

Tomorrow am gonna do 30min x 6 or 60min x 3 ONLY at my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] golden level 19,5 (100 % EQ) to see if 6,25 - 6,75 post up will be possible. Of course 10 - 20 min jelqing between sets.

Will be interesting, hopefully it does work for me meaning when removing the tube my dick is hard & brown and when starting to jelq the expansion is soft and my dick is rock hard ONLY after a minute into jelqing = good sign.

Same thing:) An incredible exercise but be careful with fluid retention.
