I have been doing Penis Enlargement for almost 3 months now starting stats was BPenis EnlargementL: 6.37'' and EG: 5.0''
I started with jelqing @ 50%-70% get my penis conditioned and edging first month and I gained nothing and the first two weeks of the second month I still did the same increased volume/intensity still gained nothing. I decided to only jelq for a while but I always read you should never jelq @ 100% until I read some dld's post about how he always jelqs at 100 and I tried this for two weeks and I don't know if these are newbie gains but I could actually feel my thing working and the blood coming to the glans it felt amazing. The first time ever I actually felt like working my thing. After 2 weeks of this I measured and I came out on

BPenis EnlargementL: 6.77''
EG: 5.3''

Amazing gains hope I can continue with these gains and I will for sure let you guys know if I make more progress. I only got a girth pic because I couldn't make a length pic with a ruler for some reason because if I would hold it 1 hand I couldn't press it hard enough in my pubic bone and it would show 6.57'' inches. If anybody does not gain at low erection level jelqing I would highly suggest to try 100% did a amazing job for me and I hope I can continue gaining.
 
I remember a day where when I put forth the idea of jelqing erect almost cost me my membership at Thundersplace. I was attacked and ostracized by their ignorant words! You think they would have thought that was the reason for my gains that surpassed any of that time. I wrote an article on this exact topic years ago. I explained that when the penis is at say 70% erect and we are able to attain 20% of expansion what has this done for our gains? Nothing really, expansion is maxed at 90% therefore you are not even expanding beyond your 100% size. Now, talking the same routine but training at 90% it is easy to see that it calculates to 10% greater expansion than the normal erection size...This is where the girth gains dwell and the place to reap them. Hey DLD, I remember reading your thread on Thunders when I first started Penis Enlargement actually. I tried it out and I liked it, but it was very painful afterwards and it discouraged me from doing them again. Now I see that people are getting great gains from this and I'd like to try it out again. Should I use a less tense grip when performing Erect Jelqs? Cause a normal medium-hard grip caused me pain.

Yes, start with a gentle grip and progressively build up your stroke as you feel ready. Perhaps use the first week to slowly build up to max pressure that will cause gains. Eventually you will master this and distribute power with accuracy.

In these two 2 weeks I jelqed 4 days / 2 off, Originally I would like to have done 5 days / 2 off but after the 4 days I felt so sore I could feel I need some rest. I jelqed for 20 mins with 1-2 second strokes and you could say about 1000 jelqs a session.

You're theory makes so much sense, jelqing @ 50-80% erection never felt right it just didn't. I always had this need to want to jelq @ higher levels but never was confident enough due risk of injury. After I read some of your posts I was so happy and I tried it directly and it felt 100x better I have no pain what so ever and it feels great. Thank you DLD!
 
I really enjoy erect jelqing. Flaccid jelqing is a bore.

It has always helped the general health of my dick, and brought about girth expansion.

Whenever I do erect jelqs, i get boners galore, seriously. And that's a good thing...

The only thing that bothered me in the beginning was sometimes the pressure would become so much that it was kind of painful in a "pressurized" way...the veins would bulge sometimes and look like they were going to burst. Eventually I became not only used to it but able to manipulate the pressure and directional force by way of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]Slow Squash Jelq[/words].

100% Seems to be the preferred choice now, imagine a time we would have been burned as witches for training erect:)

I read a decent amount of threads from guys who made really fast gains (both girth and length) from 50-70% jelqing. It's hard to know why that is.

Check out my progress thread I have seen great gains both length and girth jelqing at 100% I have measurements and pictures.

In general most people say that 50-70% is better for length. My personal opinion is I really couldn't feel it work @ 50-70% and at 100% I really could feel the blood pumping more satisfying feeling like I'm doing something. Thanks everyone for the kind words.

2 weeks were down again I re-measured sadly enough still the same measurements. I have promised myself I won't measure again till a month from now and I have upped the intensity and added stretching.

25 mins of jelqing + 2.30 mins of btc stretch, downward, straight out, straight up 1 set all 35 seconds of rest in between sets hope to gain some in this month span.

Could not keep myself to my promise I felt so thick I wanted to measure again sadly nothing gained but some new measurements I can track namely BEG and NBPenis EnlargementL. Wanted to snap a pic but mobile phone was not cooperating.

NBPenis EnlargementL: 6.5" (new)
BPenis EnlargementL : 6.77"
MEG: 5.3"
BEG: 5.5"

I feel pretty thick and I really want to add some more length to get to 7.5 BPenis EnlargementL the problem is I only do manual central stretching when i'm doing left or right stretches my left ligament does not feel at all comfortable and when doing central it feels better and it in my opinion it keeps me injury-free it suits bests for my body I think. So currently I do BTC central, SD (Straight down), SO (Straight out) and SU (Straight Up). Currently i'm doing 3.30 min hold for each stretch rest between sets 40 seconds and wanting to increase to 4 min to get my penis ready for stretching it is not doing much for me yet. Does anybody have ideas/advice any advanced stretching I could do and only central would it beneficial? I really wanna focus on length now girth is fine and it is coming easy along I think with some time and effort I could easily reach 5.5 even 6". But length is the real problem I just can't see it coming can't visualize it.
