I just started hanging. After reading Supra's hanging 101, I tried 5 pounds!!!!!!! hell on earth, so I just finished my 1st set of 20mins with 2.75 pounds. I believe I made myself a really good hanging device (will try post some picks soon and see what you guys think.

Thought my penis could take a lot but I guess I'm way behind. Anyway back to the 2nd set, unfortunately I can't do anything whilst hanging because I have to stay standing. So hopefully after this set I'll check and find some comments from fellow hangers.

so just did the second set, this time at 3.8 pounds and it felt goo. So I guess it won't take me long to be comfortable with 5 pounds. So that's 40mins already but I feel like I could keep going. What you guys reckon?....... one more set haha
 
Why can't you sit an hang SD?
 
only thing i sit on in my room is my bed and it is too low the weights touch the floor.. can't hang in the living room unless i want to give my family a heart attack!.. Had a good session though earlier, want to get more time in while I have the chance but not sure if 2hrs of hanging is over kill?

If you are using hanging as your main length tool you will want to get in as many sessions as possible. When I was hanging I was doing 6 sets of 40 minutes. It takes time and effort but hanging will work. I suggest you pick up a chair for your room, maybe a directors chair so you can sit.
 
That's a point. I use an extender mainly and supplement that with some light ADS and occasional Uli clamping. However I have had problems fitting in enough hours of extending as I would have liked to. So today I tried hanging and I like this and will add it to my routine. guess I'm getting a chair then. My extender sessions are often cut short because even though I feel my dick can take more, my skin cannot. I have tried experimenting with different wrapping techniques but no luck yet!

Which brings me to my next point. I read through your latest theory and actually I like it and some stuff especially made sense. No offense but I was expecting the theory to either not have anything concrete in it or to go way over my head. However, after my extending sessions I had been using a thick material (the stuff they use to hold your knee or elbow in place after an injury) to wrap around my dick. Reason being, I did not like the turtling effect and felt it to be counter productive. So I rub my dick with olive oil and lightly hold the material in place with elastic bands. After reading your theory I now use that thick material but wrap around it with the self sticking bandage stuff you guys call theraband or ace? It means I wake up with a heavy set blood filled dick and it feels like the man is growing. One thing that bothers me is that when ever I wrap (and this goes for extender use too), the lack of air flow to the skin under the wrap makes the skin really sore. So even though I lightly stretch and wrap my penis overnight, when I wake up I cannot continue extender work straight away because I have to give my dick time for the soreness to subside. Do you get this problem too? It is the only thing stopping me from being under a 24/7 Penis Enlargement schedule.

Perhaps an alarm half way through the night and reattach? You could also wrap looser, which may allow better circulation.

mate I don't like how you have such simple solutions for my unsolvable dilemmas.. So a chair and 3am alarm it is then........... I have another dilemma with regards to the meaning of life, lets see you solve that one!
 
So my second day of hanging and I managed to do 3 x 20min sessions with 5 pounds. Feels magic.. Check out my hanging equipment. Will probably need to get something better with more grip and safer once I reach higher weights but for the time being this serves me great.

You should stay at 2.75 lbs for a week. Get down the number of sets per day. Develop wrapping technique at the low weights. Allow soft tissues time to adapt.

Go up 1 or 2 lbs weekly: not daily or within a session.

Yes my skin gets sore and now seems to be getting rough too from the extender. Can't find a way to avoid it though. Also I am cut so the skin there is sensitive

Use Hydrocortisone Cream after you train! This roughness an soreness will disappear.

Will try it out. Seems to come in a 2.5% strength as standard, is that right?
 
what a frustrating day it has been!.. I unwrapped my dick this morning and began my day. I decided not to keep it wrapped or put an ADS on as we where having a new carpet fitted and I had a lot of moving furniture around to do. So the day began and I managed to sneak off for a couple of 20min hanging sessions, as my plan was that once the carpet is done and my cousin leaved for his course later in the evening, I could get down to hammering my dick properly. As you may have guessed it did not work out that way because as he was stepping foot out the door my sister called and asked me to pick her up from the station. So off I went and we spent the evening catching up and eating etc.. Once she left, I had only a half hour before my cousin returned and although I could have squeezed another session in, I decided to wait for him as he is often left chilling alone while I lock my room and concentrate on the necessary ;)

So here I am at 1am hanging and trying to catch up with the MOS forum. So I would like to get a couple of sessions in which means 50mins including a ten min break. Then I'll strap up into the x4 and chill for an hour or two before I sleep, so we're looking at 4am people!!!.. I'm expecting another cousin to come stay in a weeks time for a good month so gone are the days of clamping, hanging, extending and brushing up on the latest Penis Enlargement know how. What a shame as I'm determined to have my 1st 3 months show some gains as that will prove to be the make or break of my future in Penis Enlargement

cheers.. I'm so p'd off I lost out on a good workout today.. Every time I went to the loo and whipped my dick out to take a piss I'd see how heavy and full of blood it was, almost seemed like it was finally ready for the workouts I've been forcing it to do. Oh well

Another wasted day!.. Although I got a couple of hours doing a light ADS, I spent most of the day running around with family.. So her I am at 2:40am warming up to get some hanging done. This morning I woke up I assume because I got an erection and was wrapped up so the discomfort and needing to pee got me up! So I can hardly keep my eyes open yet I am going to stay awake for at least another two hours all in the name of Penis Enlargement. I will wake up again with lack of sleep and I reckon in a month's time I will look like a crack head!... and why? just to make sure I get a result from the 1st month so I have a reason to continue.

And since I have a few cans of stella in me I will tell you something that has been bugging me: I was not going to measure until the month was up, but about 4 days ago I did and my erect length was 1cm shorter than my starting stats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could blame my eq but to be fair it was 95% if not 100% and minimum 90% so absolutely no excuse for a lost in length. However, I will measure on the 10th (1 month in) and I guarantee you all there WILL be some progress.
