I read a lot of posts where guys can only hang 7-8 lbs and fatigue with around 10-12 lbs. I am way ov er that and just started hanging end of september.

I started with 10 lbs for 3 sets of 20 minutes each once daily 6 days a week. Within a few days I added 2.5 lb plate to first set and felt it slightly. After probably a week and half got to 15 lbs on 1st set. At 15 I noticed some slight tingling mild numbness at head but it healed within a day.

I have been working my way up and have been able to do 3 sets of 17.5 this whole week and hung 20 on first set this morning for 12 of the 20 minutes. My cock feels great in my pants I can feel it all day. I also try to jelq 500-750 quick strokes after hanging.

My question is why can I hang this much and since there is no longterm fatigue (next morning good to go) should I keep adding weight? I am only using some basic wrapping and shoelace double wrapped approx 1 inch behind glans.

Is this too much if my cockfeels great and no bruising etc? I am wanting to fastrack my gains as much as possible without any injury.

BTW I made a homemade hanger with PVC pipe but my dick felt smashed and only able to hang ten lbs that way. The free hang with shoelace feels much better and able to exercise swing, do btc and ots no problem... Maybe co k is too fat at 5.5 girth for PVC I don't know. Looking for comments from pros that have went thru similar situation. I just don't want to hinder progress fooling around with low weight when I can do 17.5 3 sets no problem...

There is no real guideline that men need to follow for weight in hanging. What is important is to do what you have been doing and start off light and progressively work your way up to a heavier weight. I jumped up quickly through weight when I hung starting at 10 pounds and eventually working my way up to 50 pounds and beyond. You will know when you have maxed out on weight when you can't get through a 20 minute set without fatigue. At this point of fatigue you can work backwards lowering the weight in each additional set taking advantage of the fatigue to further stretch the penis. What exactly is the hanger you are using? Is it only a shoelace or is that lace idd to something?

I am glad you are getting in a good girth session too.
 
A heavy duty shoestring doubled thru weight plates knotted a couple inches back and double wrapped around my cock. Cock wrapped lower 3 inches first with gauze single layer then wrapped with strip from sweatshirt material several layers. It does leave a dark ring after 20 min but goes away after a good jelqing. I vary the attach spot half inch between sets. Add another long string to first one for over the shoulder which is middle set. I do notice a bit of pain on each side of v above my dick when I do btc full back with legs up and weight between ass cheeks like doing some serious strain on ligs but it goes away after the exercise. If I notice gains in bpfl I am going to come up with a better system easier to setup and switch weights. It is very flintstone like but gives me a great stretch and feel. I am also sleep ing with cock pulled btc. Wakeup with a good full cock.
 
I have a feeling more of your penis skin vs the penis itself is supporting the weight. This would allow you to hang heavier at least for a while, but will you gain? Hard to say.

I am just amazed that you can hang so much weight with the homemade hanger you are using, seems almost too simple. Anyway, good luck on gains and plea continue to update us on your progress.
 
Will do. Did a different routine this morning which brought on slight fatigue and a little numbness at glans. Did jelq for one hour then mbated. After this hung 15*20,15*20,15*20ots,15*20 and 17.5*20. It was all I could stand at 17.5 and stuffed it out last 7-8 minutes and the 15 lb sets kinda hurt too. I was able to bpfl get to 8 this morning from 7.9 so maybe I am making some progress.

I haven't noticed any gain in bpel yet but flacid girth is really gaining. I feel much fuller all day and unable to get any further than halfway down circ scar on tp roll now when I get up in morning no way can I get it down any further pushed cardboard roll out trying to force it. A couple months back I could get it in snugly so all is up and up.

No turkey neck here and girth is growing so I don't think I am just pulling skin...
 
If you're feeling numbness, you should probably rethink something. Is the cord of your setup pushing into the top of your penis?

The numbness was at glans due to one hour of jelqing.(not hanging) I got most feeling back after beginning the hang routine, and full feeling back after showering etc. I always do 350-750 strokes while in the shower too. I think I may be a bit addicted to jelqing, it feels good. The hour of it was a bit much though and will probably try 30 minutes next time I add it to pre-hang routine.

I started off this morning normally (no jelq/ no masturbation - I try to keep mb'ing to 1-2 x a week, any mre than that my test takes a hit)
Warm up with hot cloth, warm up set 10lbs x 10 min
some basic fulcrum 10lbs x 10 min
Went right back to 17.5, did 4 full sets of 20 minutes each (no way I could have done this yesterday after m'bating) slight discomfort at times,
17.5 OTS 10 minutes each shoulder
finish set 17.5x6 minutes, added a 5lb plate for 22.5, held for 5 minutes.

I find if I wrap too tightly, cock gets sore very quickly, Too loosely and everything slips down to glans area, What works for me is slight tension and indention, skin moves forward slightly, but I can still feel a little circulation through cock and glans is not cold after 20 minutes.(although it does cool). I am noticing a lighter skin color ring appearing hopefully this is new growth, it is only sligthly lighter and pinkish.

I have been jelqing for a year or two, so my dick is conditioned and can take some punishment...

I figure I will do some measurements monthly and log progress.

Haven't had a chance to snap a photo but want to add I think I finally got the fatigue I heard so much about had to drop back to 15lb * 20 minute sets yesterday. Did 15s again this morning but felt better will probably go back to 17.5 tomorrow. 3 sets of 15 *20 each morning.

Fatigue is a great place to be when stretching and hanging, it is where the penis will allow length over any other time. The other way to achieve this same state is to train right after orgasm.
 
I'm using a pipe clamp for my hanging. What I do is get 80% erect, put on lots of lotion and a little bit of water, take this sheet packaging material which seems to slip agains the lotion very well and put one layer of that on. Then put a good amount of ace bandage on and finally the pipe clamp. This allows the weight to not hang from my skin as well as not pinch etc. The ace bandage was extremely uncomfortable against my skin which made it very sensitive. When I hang, I can grab the skin above the hanger and move it freely. I'm not sure if this is a great method or not but it's the most comfortable for me yet.

It is good to use a layer of Thereban under the ACE bandage, this will prevent the burning and irritation the ACE causes under stress.
 
Update:

After a month of this routine, I ended up with between 1/16"-1/8" of gain. I'm not to impressed, considering 1 to 1.5 hours of PE everyday. So, I changed up a bit, backed weight to 12.5, doing two sets(20 min each) with weight hanging directly behind glans(instead of behind scar tissue., it feels like I am really pulling dick out of the body, especially BTC. I then do a third set at 7.5lbs 10 min hanging,and 10 mins of fulcrum exercise. I am going to do this for November and compare the gain. Maybe I am a harder gainer at 40 years of age and a LOT of 9:00. I was hoping for 1/4" gain, but hell gain is gain I guess. I'll update after I make more progress.

congrats on the gains. glad to see youre keeping at it. hope the changes speed the gains for you. your gains are very good though. if you do that every month you will be a very happy person soon enough

You may need more sets to deform your tissues. Everyone's tissues are a different strength, but with hanging it takes a lot of sets typically to deform lig tissues and even more time to deform tunica tissues.

Some tissues are a different strength or for other reasons they gain quicker. If you exhaust your lig stretches then tunica work may help you.

I remember there were times I hung weights ALL DAY and it is very time consuming, but it works if you feel the stretch. Congrats on the gains!

Keep in mind all gains add up. "ONLY" 1/16-1/8" a month quickly turns into 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1" and so on. The average monthly rate of good gainers is right around what you gained. 1/16-1/8" a month. In a year that's roughly 1.5" per year. SO, bust it out for a couple years and be 3" longer.

This is the truth, even though gains can appear to be in small increments over time they add up and you find the increments becoming inches. This is not a overnight process as some would like, it takes time, effort and consistency but most of all being appreciative of the small gains you are making. It is kind of like growing up from a child to a man, it happens slowly and consistently and the next thing you know you are full grown.
