Symptom: Flaccid penis length remains normal. Flaccid Girth shrinks 30%. Penis shaft becomes firm to touch. Skin is tighter. No pain or discomfort during this situation.

1st time this occurred was after I tried my extender for 20mins about 2 months ago, and it stayed like this for about 5 hours

2nd time this occurred was after a 4hour wrap post workout, and remained in that state for 24hours

notes:

- I began implementing SRT and to wrap the penis after each workout
- Only wrapped post workout in the last 4 workouts.
- Began with 1 hour and added an extra hour each workout, making sure to take a break each hour with light stretches and rotary stretches as SRT outlines, and also apply some heat for a few minutes.
- problem began after 4 hour wrapping
- Penis is NOT stretched to max BPFSL, but rather, 0.75" under (cant get max with a wrap)
- No pain or discomfort occurs during wrapping, or loss of circulation. Glands go cold however.
- Erection size and quality is like normal, However hard to maintain due to anxiety about strange flaccid situation
- I stretch only (no jelqing) and never had this issue occur after a regular manual stretching session.
- I'm warming up and down efficiently.

It doesn't sound too bad, you probably over trained a little, and now you have what they call firm flaccid. It goes away with rest.
 
Could it be the blood flow?You only got this problem after using an extender or a wrap...so my guess would be you cut the blood flow or something...you could try use the extender for a short period of time like 5-10 minutes at a lighter tension..and see if you have the same problem.

possibly, but thats got to come back within a few minutes



I also forgot to add that during the "firm" state, it does become normal after I massage it for a few minutes, but then quickly returns to this smaller firm state.

I do believe its an indicator I've done too much because I did not get it after I wrapped for 1, 2 and 3 hours
 
Sounds like recoil sometimes when you PE too hard your dick shrinks up. I also get a weird flaccid like that if I'm on stimulants or super stressed out

Yes, thats exactly the type of flaccid I'm talking about... the "stim dick" flaccid

Id like to think so too... but for 24hours is bothersome. And correct me if I'm wrong, but if the flaccid is in that state, it has less blood flow going to it, which has me dubious to it "healing". I always read the penis should be hanging nicely after a workout *shrugs*


Good to know its nothing too serious and an indicator I'm doing enough I guess. I just can't get over how it gets like that just from staying in an elongated state.... and not even at full stretch or under load/tension

I just don't get it
 
Jelqing and edging would get blood flowing big time. Both are pretty important for overall pe.
 
As tb007 said jelqing and edging are good for blood flow. Make sure you are heating up your penis at least for 5 minutes before and after a PE workout. Also massage the penis from the base to the glans while heating up and cooling down. Try not to over train. Increase your intensity gradually over time.When your glans become cold that's a sign of not enough blood circulation. So you should take the.wrap or extender off when this happens you should massage, jelq, stretch, and edge for maximum return of blood flow. I remember having this problem before. Im happy to say I don't have it anymore :).

well when your penis is tired and wants to protect itself.....it turtles or shrinks.....in your case its tired....

All men need to take this to heart, intense training will cause fatigue and when the penis is fatigued it has the tendency top turtle, I have the same issues as any other Brother here.

I'm definitely not over training because I don't experience this turtling issue. The only time my penis wants to turtle is after pumping.
