I have added some intense jelqing back to routine to improve EQ which had dropped off with hanging. EQ is back I must say. I jelq to partial erection, then wrap at base to increase pressure, which makes for an intense jelq session. Measuring this morning with a rock hard erection, I measured 7 5/8" and 1 7/8" wide, so I think the jelq helps with girth - and length. That and some nice 12.5 lb hanging sessions and 10 lb fulcrum, I am looking forward to more gains!

I really need to document my length gains with a picture so people will believe this shit in the future. I wish I had documented years ago when my dick was about 6 inches fully erect. Jelqing got me the majority of my over 1.5 inches of gains. And most of my PE has been sporadic over the years, since I have been exercising every day, I feel the gains and it has really sped up the process. If I would have started this routine long ago, I would have had a foot long monster by now...

With me hanging just behind head now I had to back off the weight. I noticed very little gain in November. I have been able to bump back to 17.5 lbs and stretch is more intense. I am thinking with time for up to 3 hangs a day, 17.5 is my minimum for any substantial gain. Btw most of Nov weight was 10-12.5 lbs and gain was about 1/16 in flacid stretch. We will see how Dec goes I am at 17.5 and gonna try to work up to 20 later in the month. Jelqing session after hanging too to keep my eq. Eq is best its ever been and got to 7.75in bpel this morning. Later guys.

What is your hanging device?
 
I thought I had explained before, free weights tied on to area 1/2" to 1 1/2" behind head.

As an update, gains have been slow. I can BPSFL to just over 8 1/4. I have gotten to about 1/16 under 8" BPEL, but that is pumped like hell, and usually at 7 3/4".

I am using weight 12.5 as warm up then a set or two at 22.5 lbs. Gains are very slow, and very time consuming at this point.

Today started my first hanging session spent a Bit more than an hour took the LM off 3 times after every 20 mins... yep the flaccid is great while i had the wrap on...

Used this piece of metal weights like 4 pounds..

Awesome Long! So happy you are exploring other uses for the LengthMaster. 20 minute sessions are exactly the way I would go.
