It pains me to see some of the workouts people are doing. The premise of this thread:

YOUR Penis EnlargementNIS WILL ONLY GROW SO FAST. HOW FAST? VERY VERY SLOWLY.

This is not to be confused with newbie gains. Even young studs may not be at their erection potential - I sure wasn't. Newbie gains can be rather fast, though the first gains are almost always increased erection potential rather than actual penis growth.

It's easy to get over zealous with Penis Enlargement. A common, unspoken thought that rings louder than any other statement on this board is "if I just work twice as hard, I can get twice the gains." Unfortunately, in the real world, it is simply not the truth. It can be dangerous in fact - I have heard of quite a few guys who got over zealous with girth work, many with hardcore clamping routines, whose erection started to suffer, get horrible fluid buildup, and bad discoloration. Worst of all - inability to get an erection when it really counted.

This is where working smart comes in to play. Remember our premise? The penis can grow only so fast. It's a fallacy to set time limits for goal sizes. If you really want to set a time limit - tell yourself "I want to work hard, work smart, and take rest where I need to for three months." There will be no dissappointment, there will be no rush, and there WILL BE Penis EnlargementNIS GROWTH.

It's up to everybody to find a balance between work intensity, rest, and growth potential.

Clamping. I tend to come off as an anti-clamping propaganda spreader - but there are some very important things to remember with clamping that people tend to forget. Red WILL back me up on this. It's easier to get over zealous here more than anywhere. You get a super big, super cool, super fat erection that just keeps on growing in the clamp. Guys, this is exactly what kills you. "Maybe I can get just a little more expansion if I go 20 more minutes." Everyone who's strapped on a clamp has thought this. It's an unfortunate battle clampers have to face - overcoming the psychological torture your huge penis is putting on you.

With clamping, it's difficult to tell when you've had enough. It has a tendency to numb the "tired" effects. It also has a tendency to keep your erections long after an erection would have been kept with a manual routine. This can be dangerous.

Keep these things in mind:
*Limit your set times. Yes, guys, you HAVE to take breaks. The more the better.
*Use clamping as an ADDITION to your routine. A 100% clamping routine will lead you to disaster.
*DO NOT oogle over your expansion. I know it's pretty. Have a set workout, do it, and be done.
*DO NOT have clamping as 100% of your routine. Your penis will thank you.

Clamping aside, working smart means EXPenis EnlargementRIMENTATION. Dare I say experimentation can mean even CUTTING DOWN YOUR ROUTINE? This isn't a race. Overworking will destroy any chance of you making nice gains.

Overworking Signs:

*First and foremost, loss of nocturnal or worning woods.
*Erection difficulty during the day, few or no daytime erections
*Excessive fluid buildup that last longer than 10-12 hours
*No gains in 2+ months, even with a demanding routine

Also:
*Workouts lasting longer than an hour. A good girth routine should not take longer than this. If it does you are resting too much or working too much.
*Experiencing pain is not a good sign
*Anything beyond a light soreness after a workout

A Smart Penis Enlargementer Does These Things:
*Has a set workout plan
*Executes this plan
*Hot wraps. The importance of hot wraps goes beyond whether you need it or not. It encourages blood flow and injury recovery, not to mention injury prevention
*Carefully monitors penile health during a workout (discoloration, erection firmness, erection quality) and following a workout (soreness, erection ability [or inability])
*Jelqs
*Takes rest days
*Clamps in moderation
*Carefully monitors erection quality AT ALL TIMES, throughout the day, morning, etc.
*Carefull monitors gains
*Works consistently. Working out every day because you may lose inspiration if you don't is a very lame excuse. Part of working hard is maintaining inspiration on the off days.

I agree.....also guys must LEARN for themselves and not expect their hands to be held as much, its a big world out their and some guys in pe want it easy when in reality its not like that.

Constricters [clamps, cock rings, torniquet, hose clamps ect ect] are good, but they seem EASYER than they are.....its not as easy, say as it looks.
 
Yes, I've learned this the hard way, seems like I learn the hard way with a lot of things. This relates mostly with development of other parts of your body (lifting weights) and your penis, even though it is not a muscle should be treated like one and taken into consideration when doing so. Think of Penis Enlargement routines like your weight routines, your muscles need rest, your penis does too. When does the penis grow? Correctemundo, when its at rest after a hard work out, same goes for your muscles. Your body repairs itself the same way with any part of it, with rest..denying it of rest is just hindering gains on any bodypart.....Its ALL about moderation.
 
Excelent post and very true. We would all do well to heed the advice given here. I know when I have overdone it, the symptons you describe are real. Thanks for the reminder. GS

I agree with most of what was said, however I have seen big gains in short time frames before, and they are nowhere near "newbie gains". Sometimes, I just see a big gain and the only way I can explain is it the level of intensity I use. My last girth gain took me from 5.75" to 6" in about two weeks. That was after gaining 3/4" in girth with on again off again efforts. Then again, I think I hit girth with more intensity than most men who even really do Penis Enlargement do. I never approach a girth session without caution though. I always do at least 5-10 minutes of warm up, lower intensity squeezes. Then when I feel my penis is ready, I crank it up 5 notches.

VERY VERY SLOWLY.No offence man,but i think you might be dissapointed with your gains in previous 2 months.Stillwantmore said it already:Intensity is the key for girth gains but only if you work smart enough(very good wormup followed by low intensity jelqs,squeezes,...,than the real thing:VERY INTENSE SQUEEZES!). But this can be done ,as i think, in only one week during a month period!NO MORE THAN THAT.The rest 3 weeks should be done with lighter routine.In a month period you should have more days on,than days off(2:1),if not understood, around 20 days on,and 10 days off.Perhaps a post from Thundersplace can help in understanding my point of view:

Everybodies penis can grow at least 0.125 inch EG. a month,but i wouldnt think that more than 0.2 is possible.Alloy you said it with this:

I'm hoping I'll see some of these newbie gains :p I'm controlling my urge to check for gains until I hit a full 4 weeks. I'm hoping for 0.125" on length and/or girth, which seems reasonable to me.

I tried clamps all I got out of them was t-veins <:( >:(
as for gains My theory's are.
1. high intensity may make short quick gains, but then you may need rest after, before you can make more good gains.
2. less=more in pe IE. always do the least pe you can do to get the best gains you can get. So if 5 mins. of girth work is making you bigger don't go to 10 until you aren't growing anymore.
 
AlloyCG - You have made great gains in the girth area,you realy was 4.1 eg?How long it tooked for you to get at 5.1 eg?What was your girth routine?
 
Intensity is the key for girth gains but only if you work smart enough

I said this, and belive in it 110% as my constricter work did it when I hit the penis hard and with ecentric routines that could begin on anyday.......I worked smart than by doing the ''Eggshell'' routines, its just constricters has had recently some bad press, which is fair enough cos not everyone will like it, but the above quote is SPOT FUCKIN ON.....I'm living proof with the clamps.

I was just saying to pay attention to your erection/bloodflow quality throughout the day. When I'm doing well I always have blood moving around, and frequent erections. Never a dead, lifeless flaccid.
