Professional personal trainer with education within the field of nutrition here. I didnt read the entire thread but I want to chime in anyway.

Black coffee may reduce appetite. It is also really healthy in many ways and something I actually recommend for your health. Some people are worried about the cholesterol but looking at the mass of studies there is really nothing to be worried about. So without going into further detail black coffee is good for you. Just make sure to not drink coffee at least 4 hours prior to sleep.

You also mention skipping lunch. I would advice against that. When you eat breakfast you break the fast that you've been in all night. Once you break the fast, and especially if you break it with a high carbohydrate meal, you will not react well if you go without food for too long. This is normal for people who depend on carbohydrates as their main fuel source. Instead if you do want to skip meals I'd advice you to skip breakfast. This is often referred to as intermittent fasting and has shown to have many health benefits and is also very effective at reducing your total daily calories.

Since I dont know what diet you follow I cant really make more recommendations than that but based on those two things you mentioned I hope you will take this into account :)

Thanks for that, gives me a lot to think on. I appreciate it. I am now off to get lunch via your directions :)

What do you put inside the tea that makes it your favorite?
I just drink it plain on ice. Super refreshing and no calories. Lately I’ve been drinking this Lipton hibiscus/blueberry tea, it’s really good.

I suggest high quality Matcha tea. Whisped to a moderately hot water it is divine! I can feel more boost and buzz from Matcha than strong black coffee. I mainly drink black coffee though, more of an cost issue and easiness I think. And living with more people than myself, coffee is the usual beverage enjoyed.

Other good health oriented teas include Ashitaba Tea and several other green teas. I do enjoy Maté from time to time as well. It's nice to try different flavors. I sway away from the flavored teas mostly though. If I have flavored teas, they're mostly herbal teas.

Green tea is in general a very healthy beverage boasting benefits such as anti cancer, boost metabolism, help prevent alzheimers, reduced risk of diabetes, and in general the antioxidants will be good for your body in more ways than you can count. It also contains less caffeine than coffee making it a nice beverage for the afternoon. I'd still recommend staying away from green tea 4 hours before sleeping because of the caffeine content even if its not particularly high.

Still the most important part of green tea is that it contains water and most of us are not hydrating properly. Drink more green tea and water in general.

Matcha is green tea; very fine powdered version of the leaves. But as kak03 said, hydration is a big part of well-being, so water is the best bet usually. As caffeine does boost metabolism and expel fluids, it's important to keep the intake in balance.

If I drink green tea, it's usually matcha. The taste and the effects are just so much better in comparison to the leafy stuffs. Just a personal taste preference.

Personally I love the leafy stuff. Watching the dried leaves unfold is beautiful and the taste is just right depending on the origin.

Also while we're on the subject of the tea chamomile tea has been shown to help with sleep just like it has been used for for ages. Good sleep is important for pretty much everything and will of course help with PE :) There are also other blends of teas that have good effect on sleep but chamomile is a basic one that is easy to find and has documented effect.

Thanks guys, I am going to stop at Starbucks and give it a try.

Please, stop by a health food store! :) Or order on Amazon or for some other webshop.

And yes, chamomille is great as an evening tea to help with sleeping. I have some Pukka Night Time, doesn't have chamomille but surely has helped me to catch sleep easier on few occasions.

Over the past 2 weeks, my fat pad has increased slightly. Now my penis appears shorter to me. I will have to tone down on my eating habit

I found that it can never be an act now, it has to be a habit of act everyday. Just like PE becomes a habit we need to make diet and exercise a habit.

It's easier said than done :)

I work with people in this same situation every day. In general I've come to the conclusion that diet and exercise needs to be natural, enjoyable and easy to maintain. If you try to stick to a diet through willpower alone it will eventually fail. The easiest way to do this is to set simple rules that you will not just follow but enjoy following. For many of my clients this has been a paleo diet. Basically you eat nothing but meat and vegetables. Nothing refined, no junk, and no grains or legumes. This basically ensures you get all the nutrients you need and it is an easy way to reduce your calories. Plus it tastes good.

Many people think this is crazy and they keep looking for some sort of shortcut. The people who do it on the other hand see results and realize that this life is both easy and enjoyable.
