Sorry for the double post, but DLD, is the 7 inch mark on the X40 actually 8 inches? As it seems a lot bigger than 7 inches. (I can't measure as I purposefully don't own any rulers).

That would be without compression.

Really? That's mad. 7 inches looks fucking huge in the X40! I'm probably not getting close to it as it was my first Bathmate session in a long time, but still. Wow. I never realised just how big 7 inches is!

Yaaaaah! 7=monster

Definitely need to sort myself out now. How on earth am I back down to 7 inches? I'm gonna get some talc tomorrow and just really kick on. Manuals, SizeGen, X40. Just gotta start killing it.

? Confused ?

7" of girth?

Hahaha. Nooo. Of length! Girth is perfectly fine. I'm around 6 inches on that.

As far as guys who are north of 9", you will need the X-40 as the Hydromax X40 will not accommodate an erect size beyond 9" The depth is about an inch deeper than the X-40 which measures about 8.5" The difference is from the depth of the comfort pad. If the pad is not in place the dimensions are identical. They could actually produce deeper comfort pads that would accommodate longer penis's and it is something I will suggest to the company.

I would love to see a X-40 version of this but I don't think that will happen for a while. We waited about 1.5 years for the X-40 after the X-40 was released. I assume we will see the same here. I hope Bathmate comes to market also with a mid-size version that would complete the stables.

That's is a great idea DLD. They could make a powerful lengthtool of the X40 by producing different comfort pads. For example they could create one that is inch deeper. It has so many advantages even for the company it self.
This is something UM needs very fast and it shouldn't be a problem. Just make a new mould and sell it on their accessoires page.

I already filed for the patent is my name and the name of Matters of Size. Paperwork mailed and lawyer contacted. I am a nice guy and generous but not that generous.:) I am tired of our ideas going unpaid.

Yup, just got off the phone and we are patent pending on 3 different marks.

I don't know which one to buy now. Is the Bathmate Hydromax pump better than the penomet? I read that it is larger and has a more powerful suction than the original Bathmate. How do you recommend I go about choosing one man?

I have the Bathmate X-40 and just recently got the penomet about a month ago. I had the X-40 for about a year before I got the penomet. I love the Bathmate a lot, I gained a good amount from it. But I had always hated the how my dick would get ring marks at the base. And also I would get fluid retention bad sometimes so you have that spongy feeling. Now I've had the penomet for about a month and absolutely love it. I don't get the ring marks at the base and get very Lil fluid retention. And it doesn't suck your balls into the tube, which was very frustrating about the Bathmate. Now I never tried the Hydromax but I did out grow the X-40 girth wise and the penomet can handle girth up to 7 inches and I find it doesn't lose suction or water while pumping. I know it's a lot of money but I would spend the 300 for the penomet and do DLD manual exercises with the penomet and your gains will come 10 times faster. Money can't buy the confidence and the feeling when a girl says Damn you got a nice thick dick.

Good to hear your feedback. I always wonder how men come to the choice between the Bathmate (Hydromax X40, X-40, X-40) and the Penoment. SOme go one way and some the other but it is always good to hear from someone who has used both. Thanks for the feedback and I am happy the Penomet is working so well for you.

Hey guys,
Just got my Hydromax today. Pumped to use it!...haha literally.

Any tips on keeping good suction at the base? (shaving, vaseline on ring and body, etc)

Thanks!

I purchased a Hydromax last Thursday and had it by yesterday (Monday) -- so big kudos to Bathmate on the speedy shipping. Unfortunately, I found that the valve latch was very difficult to move and wouldn't stick at all if moved to the left position. Addititionally, as soon as I started pumping it, air bubbles started leaking in from the valve causing it to lose pressure. I tried the "place it on a flat surface and pump it" advice from the web site, but that didn't do anything. I have emailed customer service and will update you on the response.

Do you instantly lock it after you pump in unlocked mode?

No. The instructions didn't say that I should. Are you saying I should move the latch back to the locked position after pumping?

Okay, I tried that a couple of times. I either got bubbles still leaking in from the valve or the latch would snap back to the center position.
