I am doing Penis Enlargement regularly since February 2011 and my length remain the same: 15.5 cm nbp and 18.5 bp. I eat healfy and I am active.
my routine is:
10 min warm up
manual stretches: 60 second each stretch,all direction ,2 sets every day!

what should I do? I was so motivated until I measured today
 
U have to keep at it. Some people gain faster than others. i suggest u keep at it or do more advanced techniques or increase intensity. just be patient

You say, 60 sec each stretch, but do you do like, 3 or 4 reps of each stretch, each direction ? If you check many routine posts, you'll see that most people recommend at least some 20-30 min of stretch session overall. I personally need a good hour (even if I actually exercise for just 45 min) to feel a difference.

Doing just 60 sec of each stretch in one direction (even twice a day) would not be enough I'm afraid (even if in theory and based on some others, you should/could have gained a little something if you're consistent)

I just have gained roughly 1" in almost 1 year and a half of Penis Enlargement (2 years total), but I think it took me this time to really do the stretches correctly and really "feel" the length exercises

A good indication (for me) is that you should feel a little sore afterwards in the ligs

You should also really stretch (progressively, beware of the scary and painful lig pops) the hardest as you can in the end of the stretch (you should feel some acceptable "pain" when doing it but the threshold is different for everyone). We're actually talking about pulling a part of your body so it gets changed/modified (mutated if you will LMAO), so it's not just a little stretch there

If you don't want to buy an ADS or a Power Assist, you can try make some "Power Assist" like exercises just using a pvc tube, or wooden stick (I use a long plastic pump for bikes to tell you the truth ;)), these may completely change the game !

For me these types of V and A stretches (using a pvc/plastic stick) are really extreme and I think they've been the most efficient on me ! The newbie routine got me a little but was not doing much afterwards (maybe my penis got used to it too quickly)

Search for power assist exercises in the forum or in the pay site (there are some free video samples I think)

Eventually, check the great post from DLD about SRT, and how to optimize the gains after the workout. I also think that in my situation that made a difference (I stopped using tight underwear clothes, and tried to exercise often, even for a few stretches whenever I could)

That's all I can think of for now, but don't give up man, you'll eventually get there ! Just try different things and find the exercise you'll feel the best for you.

I'm also thinking : It seems you started in February and just measured today in October after like 8-9 months, is that correct ? I'm sorry for your disappointment then :(

It's not good to measure too often (can kill your positive minding and motiivation because you won't see much progress), but I think it's reasonable to give a routine at least 1 month or two (3 if you're really scared of the result), and then check it so you can adjust it or add another exercise to your routine to see if that makes a difference the next time.

And most important, Penis Enlargement is probably going to take a long time, and take a lot of your time during the day, so when choosing your exercises and routine and how you do it (environment, etc..), try to make it in a fun way, so you'll actually be enjoying it !

It has to be your FUN and Intimate period of the day, so you'll actually have a good time because of it, and will want to go back for more !

Coul you be more specific on your routine? 10 Minute warm up sounds like five minutes of wasted time from what I can see so far. Be very specific about your routine and frequency so we can advise you best.
 
10 min warm up with hot water bottle and then 60 seconds stretches:
- First behind the cheeks left, and then right
-Down right, down left, straight down
-to the right, to the left, straight out
-up right, up left, straight up
this is one set then i do another set
 
Hey, i gained 1/8 of an inch in a month doing just 30 seconds on streching and 15 minutes of jelqing. Are those good gains for the first month? Too much, too little?
 
Oh, and, can i start doing the head expanion after a month or should i wait longer? Thanks, DLD, from all the support from before.
 
sounds like you need to up the intensity. varied exercise.

up slowly(!) the intensity. you need to make your dick guessing so he adapts to the challenges you give him.
 
I have reduced the time of each stretch to 50 seconds, BUT now instead of stretching in constant force for the whole 60 sec i strertch 35 sec at constant force and for the rest 15 sec i stretch with all the strenght i got,which allows me to stretch even further(2-3 sets).by the way when i restarted Penis Enlargement i had those wrinkles after stretching and after couple of mounths they were gone, and now when i stretch this way i can see them again.
I also added jelqs, although its a mess(15 min and next week will do 30 min).
and testicles health massage.

what should i do for more gains?

by the way you may got the impression that i dont belive in pe well I know it works because whent i first started Penis Enlargement(at 2007) my penis was 13 cm and the only thing i wanted was to be like most guys,average. and after 3-4 mounths think i grew to 15.5 cm which made me really happy.
but now i dont want to be average anymore, i want to be big!

SInce you are applying different forces while stretching why not try the DLD Blasters? They take full advantage of this logic.

OK i will try it. after how much time should I see results with the DLD blaster? so I know i'm doing it right
 
if i'm not mistaken the OP is only doing stretches? NO jelqing? If your not jelqing mate you need to add that.....
 
try to add jelqing.
I think reevaluating after 3 months is reasonable. If it didn't work by then, try something else (heavier manual work (A-Stretches, DLD blasters) / extending / pumping / hanging whatever you feel like)

You could gain as much as the best gainer or as little as the smallest gainer, I can't give a logical answer to this.

This is true for everyone.
It's practically impossible to say:
- This is how much you're suppsed to gain in .... months.

We all gain at different speeds. But there are programs out there, that will maximize your gains. You will find these programs by looking at the threads pinned đź“Ś at top, in the Penis Enlargement Forum.
