Girth gains have come easier to me than length. Ive gained about 3/4 inch in girth since March and 1/4 inch in length. Just found a routine that is working for me for length. Ive combined dlds newbie stretch routine and redzulus lazy ass routine. Just started that about 3 weeks ago and that has been my length gain so Im excited to finally see some length.

Got the gains from supra slammers with slight constriction, slight pumping and mostly from clamp work. I dont use the jelqs because I never saw any gains from them and I would get bored and lose my erection.

Edging is when you just spank it until youre about to ejac and then back off and keep yourself close but never have one. Kind of like a big fucking tease. :)
 
I guess no one likes my idea that I have talked about. Pump while clamped. It will keep the skin tight to the tunica so fluid can't come in but it will draw blood into the penis.

I wouldn't say that noone likes your idea. I don't think many members here pump which is why this thread was made. Since I have been here I haven't heard much about pumping. Most people will say they useto pump but no longer do it.

Ive never tried it but I always told myself to stay away from things like that. I know a lot of people here hang but I couldn't see myself doing that either.
 
I have toyed with the idea of hanging,but I am more concentrated on girth,I have gone to between 6.25 and 6.50 from 5.75 .My wife has a rather shallow pussy,and I am getting to where if i get much bigger i'm afraid of it hurting her,she prefers more girth but says it's fine like it is,I would like to get to 6" girth though.Hanging will give me more length but I have toyed with the idea.

I have done it. It's pretty intense, however, when you do this, you need a larger diameter tube so you can fit the pump over your cock and clamp. The only one I have found that works, is a 3" tube that also pumps the sack as well. The "theory" behind this the ligs are stretched. I haven't done much of this, but I may be up to doing some as an experiment.
 
Are all pumps about the same? I see some have round like pumps and others have grip pumps.

I'd like to get one for length. Maybe a cylinder 8" long?

Is any pump a pump? Do some come with gauges that tell you have much pressure you have built up or you just have to go by the feel?

WELL.....i just wnated to tell you guys that i have integrated pumping in and out of my routine and im seeing promising results. I do it during my girth routine between sets AND after. :D:D:D:D
 
The last two days I have pumped while clamped AFTER a 20 minute clamp routine. After the clamping routine, I slide the pump on and do it for about 10-15 minutes. What I have noticed is the lack of fluid buildup and the baseball bat effect. Maybe conincidence, I don't know.

I haven't done a lot of pumping with the 3" tube and sack. It's ok, but you can't use a lot of pressure, because the balls will ache. I am not sure if it is effective at increasing the size of the sack.
 
i read that using pumps can damage the penis so if i were u i wouldnt use it i also read that after using them u can have erection problems

I think you've read wrong. Some doctors use them for penile disfunction, I think.

I have never, never had an issue geting an erection and I have been using my pump for over 1 year. My dick isn't skinner either, like some people would argue. It's not soft, but harder. Maybe because I combine a pumping routine with jelqing, clamping and other girth work, but I have no issues with pumping.
 
I believe that damage to the penis thru pumping is definitely possible IF USED IMPROPenis EnlargementRLY... but if you follow best practices, you minimize these risks. Like, only use pumps that have a guage and start slow and don't go above 10 in.hg. Damage to the penis and ED are usually the result of overpumping.

And yes, pumping is also used by men with ED. They pump up the penis and use some type of cock ring to keep the blood in prior to having sex.

That advice carries for all Penis Enlargement. Clamping, following best practices and not clamping for 2 hours. If you don't follow some guidelines and good practices, you can damage your dick with any Penis Enlargement exercises.
 
Do any of you use a Pump for a bit and then do your Jelq routine.....I think that would work wonders, but someone must have tried it......

I just have a problem of when I jelq my cock has a weird hard feel to it, I like it squishy when I jelq, u know.....and the Pumping would definitely do that....

Looks interesting.. Expensive though... They also have smaller diameter cylinder which would only work on length. That way you dont have that swollen look. I think it would be great for that little extra after a length workout. After you do you regular length workout, you could put the smaller diameter cylinder on and keep it stretched all evening long.. It would be more comfortable than one of those JES extenders....
But, back to my original comment about the mushroom cylinder, I think this would help dramatically for the head. It would be a great boost at the end of your workout.
